One of the big things are very much impressed me is he still behind his word on a couple things he said he was going to do after I bought the truck. About it took it home drove it for about a week and brought it back to him for him to do a couple things to it. So for that he's a man of his word and I'm very much honor somebody like that. The fair, simple negotiation and process to get everything sorted was awesome. No extra back and forth or drawn out process to add warranties and extra costs. The truck I came in for was in need of tires, and I wasn't sure if that was something I would have to pay for on top of the listing price, or if it could be negotiated, etc. The first thing Bob told me (before I even brought it up) was that he won't sell a car with bad brakes or tires. He had the tires replaced with a quality set, even had a second key made, and the truck was spotless when I finally picked it up.
