    BUYER BEWARE. My wife went to look at a '19 Camey with 27K miles. Upon close inspection it was obviously a FLOOD DAMAGED CAR. Don't tell me they did not know this!!

    The absolute worst company to work with. Walt Sweeney also owns a van conversion company. My van came destroyed! It has been 2 months now and they have yet to fix one issue. My van is currently in a body shop, for which repairs were to be paid by Walt Sweeney and his company, they have yet to pay. I am being forced to pay over $3000 out of my own pocket to get my van back so it can be utilized in my own company. This has been an absolute nightmare. I have been dealing with Walt himself who has essentially been useless. He allows an inept employee to manage his company. Said employee has perpetually lied and showed zero mental capability to be in a, "VP of Operations", position. My vehicle conversion cost $133,000. When delivered, by the company Walt Sweeney hired, my running boards were destroyed, dent in the back door, wrap completely destroyed in the front, panel paint damage, EVERY window leaked, drivers side seatbelt locked in retraction, left break light didn't work and my countertops don't sit square on my cabinets. 2 weeks later the roof AC leaked water all over my treatment chair and new Absolute nightmare!!! I would highly recommend you avoid any business dealings with Walt Sweeney or any of his associates or companies. Snake oil salesman is being nice. I have submitted complaints to the state of Ohio and Indiana(location of the van conversion business) as well as the BBB.

    they do good honest auto repair. When they couldn't fully solve my problem, they did not charge me for the labor.

I previously purchased brand-new tires from this location. The service team was responsive after I placed my order online and contacted me quickly to schedule an appointment. For tire replacement, the process was efficient and the work itself was done well, though it was on the pricey side. One issue I did have was with pricing transparency. I was emailed a total of $905.84 (including tax), but when I arrived to pay, the final total was $1,014.70 due to a tire rotation charge that was not disclosed upfront. I would have appreciated clearer communication about that cost in advance. My biggest concern, however, has been how my transmission repair has been handled. After my check engine light came on, I was able to drop my car off here. I was informed that my transmission needs to be replaced and that the repair is fully covered under warranty, but the part is currently on back order. I understand that delays like this are outside of the dealership's control, and I don't take issue with the lack of a firm timeline. The issue is the lack of support around transportation during this extended repair. I was told there were no loaner vehicles available and that all current loaners were already in use. When I asked about alternatives, I was directed to my warranty provider, who informed me they would only cover five days of rental reimbursement, requiring me to pay upfront and submit receipts. Working in the nonprofit sector, that isn't financially feasible for me. I also asked whether a loaner could be borrowed from Jake Sweeney Mazda Tri-County, but was told the two locations are separate entities and do not share vehicles. When I contacted Tri-County directly, they confirmed they had loaners available and said they could provide one if my car were brought to them and they confirmed the same diagnosis. Unfortunately, the cost of towing my car that distance is also not feasible for me. As a result, I've been without my car since January 13th and have been commuting via two buses each way to and from work. Given these circumstances, I would recommend going directly to Jake Sweeney Mazda Tri-County if you anticipate a repair that may take an extended amount of time, as access to a loaner vehicle can make a significant difference. The experience would have been much better if Mazda West had shown more concern or flexibility regarding transportation options. Lastly, communication has been noticeably easier with Mazda Tri-County. At Mazda West, it typically took at least three calls before I was able to reach a representative, whereas getting in touch with someone at Tri-County was far more straightforward.

What should have been a straightforward process turned into a 236-day issue due to the dealership's failure to properly complete required IRS reporting. My primary point of contact was Timothy McClure. After my purchase, I made multiple documented attempts to obtain a copy of the required IRS time-of-sale report and confirmation that it had been submitted correctly. The following outreach attempts went unanswered or unresolved: * August 16, 2025 * August 20, 2025 * August 25, 2025 * September 17, 2025 It was not until September 19, 2025--49 days after my purchase--that I finally received documentation. The report at that time was incomplete, required additional information, and contained incorrect details, including an inaccurate date of sale that did not reflect my actual purchase date of August 1, 2025. Because of the dealership's delay and inaccurate reporting, my tax return was initially rejected when attempting to claim the $4,000 credit. Despite continued follow-up, the issue remained unresolved for months. I was ultimately forced to file a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's Office and proceed through AUTOCAP mediation in order to get the dealership to take corrective action. Only after this escalation did the dealership resubmit the documentation to the IRS. While I was eventually able to successfully file my taxes, this outcome came after 236 days of follow-ups, delays, and avoidable complications caused by errors that should have been handled correctly at the time of sale. If you are purchasing a vehicle that involves any type of tax credit or required reporting, I strongly recommend verifying that all documentation is completed accurately and submitted immediately. Do not assume it will be handled properly after the sale.

A very impressed with the selection he has he probably has at least 25 cars on his lot and they're all good quality cars at a great price. Well I drove the truck and I fell in love with it between me and him we worked on a price . One of the big things are very much impressed me is he still behind his word on a couple things he said he was going to do after I bought the truck. About it took it home drove it for about a week and brought it back to him for him to do a couple things to it. So for that he's a man of his word and I'm very much honor somebody like that. There is also a car lot across the street and there is also one to the left of him but if you read the reviews they do not have a great selection like he has or great customer service.

After my 2025 Honda CR-V was totaled, it was towed to the dealership while my insurance arranged pickup within 24-48 hours. I clearly communicated this to the service manager, and there were no initial concerns. Due to a simple mix-up, the tow company went to the wrong location--and instead of contacting me to resolve it, I was given less than 45 minutes' notice before my vehicle was declared abandoned and towed to an impound lot. I was out of town at the time and couldn't address it right away, which led to additional fees. This situation could have easily been handled with basic communication and a reasonable amount of time. As a result, I incurred unnecessary towing and impound charges--and the dealership lost my future business, including what would have been a replacement vehicle purchase. As a dealership, how stupid do you have to be to piss off a customer who clearly needs to purchase a replacement Honda CRV! I went to Kings Performance Honda and bought it there - great experience, btw. Very disappointing experience, especially given my long history as a loyal customer. Based on my experience and the reviews I'm reading how does this dealership even stay in business?
