When I asked someone I was told there's nothing they can do about it, and asked if I checked the CarFax. Here's the thing, it didn't show up on CarFax, it showed up on Autocheck. They knew that, because they purchased it from the auctions where it's notated on the Autocheck report that it was announced at auction. I understand as is with used vehicles, but willingly putting people in a vehicle that would not adequately keep them safe in anything outside of a fender bender is just down right atrocious behavior.

As i looked at contract of sale I was like holy crap. 19900 car jumped to 23000 before fees I put 12 k down means financing 7900 it jumped to 11000 and final after loan was 33000k other stuff can't talk about. So they yo yo me called the financing people rhey told me deal returned now I'm sure there will be comments to cover booth but I called and called to get my dp back which is law BTW full dp back not partial full. I get 8 grand I ask so I did 4 grand of damage in 15.5 days no I didn't by the way 4 grand I ask for a statement of repair or charges from shop nope didn't get them oh yea I also never signed a release of contract car taken and i wasn't behind on agreed payment now of coarse contract void in real world but I'm just saying I've been nice and understanding I don't care if someone has to bring me cash or what but I'm bout to lose my mind never have I had a refund or return electronically pend in my bank something smells off so yea good luck yall dint get caught in the yo yo

    Last night my wife and I decided to go look at RV'S at Colerain Family RV. I do appreciate the fact…read morethey are open till 8:00 PM. We arrived at the store about 5:45 and was greeted graciously by a very nice receptionist who then handed us over to Bernice Friedberg. We went to Bernice's office where she spent time getting to know us and what we were looking for in an RV. I told her I was a novice when it comes to RV'S and she made us both feel very comfortable and relaxed. While in her office we laughed and joked with each other as she was taking notes on what might interest us. We then went to the lot and looked at RV'S. It was evident Bernice was an experienced professional who really knew her stuff. We spent at least 90 minutes going through vehicles, talking and laughing together. Bernice did a great job building trust, thus building a solid relationship with both of us. Even though we told Bernice we were just looking and we might never purchase a vehicle, and frankly she might never see us again, she never flinched or acted like she was short on time. It was about 7:30 PM when we all hugged each other and said our good-bye's. I felt like I had made a new friend. Bernice and I even got our picture together!! I am Yelp Elite so this review with a picture will be on Yelp later today. Salespeople like Bernice are the face of a company. As stated, Colerain will receive a great Yelp Review because of our experience last night. Lastly, because of this experience, if I ever purchase an RV from anywhere, I will make sure I call Bernice first. If I find what I think might be a better deal somewhere else, I will give Bernice a chance to beat the deal. Colerain is lucky to have a salesperson like Bernice as she nailed customer service as well as it can be accomplished. We have already talked with three other people to tell them about our experience last night and we told them if they ever need an RV, go to Colerain Family RV...... we did say ask for Bernice.

    Low stars are for the service department only. We've had great interactions with sales and parts…read moredept. Service - too many miscommunication. Told one thing- another thing happened. Too many bad repairs. Too many- couldn't duplicate. Oh, and if you ask for paperwork on winterizing your beans new RV and they tell you they show you how the first time, and it's included, dont believe them. Double check to make sure your parts are in before going in for your repair appointment. Too many times ours weren't. Total waste of our time. Of course they deny everything. Glad I got the extended warranty from Jayco. Equally glad I did not get the service warranty from BlueCompass. ​​​
