When I asked someone I was told there's nothing they can do about it, and asked if I checked the CarFax. Here's the thing, it didn't show up on CarFax, it showed up on Autocheck. They knew that, because they purchased it from the auctions where it's notated on the Autocheck report that it was announced at auction. I understand as is with used vehicles, but willingly putting people in a vehicle that would not adequately keep them safe in anything outside of a fender bender is just down right atrocious behavior.

So they yo yo me called the financing people rhey told me deal returned now I'm sure there will be comments to cover booth but I called and called to get my dp back which is law BTW full dp back not partial full. I get 8 grand I ask so I did 4 grand of damage in 15.5 days no I didn't by the way 4 grand I ask for a statement of repair or charges from shop nope didn't get them oh yea I also never signed a release of contract car taken and i wasn't behind on agreed payment now of coarse contract void in real world but I'm just saying I've been nice and understanding I don't care if someone has to bring me cash or what but I'm bout to lose my mind never have I had a refund or return electronically pend in my bank something smells off so yea good luck yall dint get caught in the yo yo

    Low stars are for the service department only. We've had great interactions with sales and parts…read moredept. Service - too many miscommunication. Told one thing- another thing happened. Too many bad repairs. Too many- couldn't duplicate. Oh, and if you ask for paperwork on winterizing your beans new RV and they tell you they show you how the first time, and it's included, dont believe them. Double check to make sure your parts are in before going in for your repair appointment. Too many times ours weren't. Total waste of our time. Of course they deny everything. Glad I got the extended warranty from Jayco. Equally glad I did not get the service warranty from BlueCompass. ​​​

Dear ****** I received a call from ** the day before the scheduled PDI.  He told me that a service tech cut the pipe under the toilet and the parts for the toilet would not be in until Monday.  I went ahead with the PDI. I had some concerns about the washer/ dryer installation blocking the access to the water shut off valves and the front of the washer was scarred up from the installer pushing the dryer to the top without protecting the front of the washer.  The 2nd awning was sagging. The water pump would not turn on, crack in front cap, etc... ***** after the walk through we came back into the building and we were seated at the "break room" area. At this point we have been there for 4 hrs...It was an hour before a finance person stopped by and I expressed concerns about the washer/dryer installation, fridge-water and ice maker not working, awning sagging on left etc.  I asked for *****s write up of items to be corrected.   Then I sat for another hour.  At this point we have been in the store for 5+ hrs.  It all seemed extremely unprofessional.  I started to leave when a different salesman had the wherewithal to ask if he could help. I explained my situation and he went and found somebody by the name of ****.  Please keep in mind that I was told $3,000 would be the max for washer/dryer install.  I gave **** the email from Blue Compass for an additional $250 off a new purchase. He disappeared for approximately 25 minutes and when he returned he brought me an invoice for the washer and dryer for over $3,500 and said he could not do anything better.   It has now been 1 week and no one at your location has reached out.  I had my insurance binder and cashier's check ready for August 10th.  Since I was under the impression that you did not want to sell the unit....I went ahead with another dealer. I firmly believe that by sharing my experience....things might (should) be improved for the next person.
