    Low stars are for the service department only. We've had great interactions with sales and parts…read moredept. Service - too many miscommunication. Told one thing- another thing happened. Too many bad repairs. Too many- couldn't duplicate. Oh, and if you ask for paperwork on winterizing your beans new RV and they tell you they show you how the first time, and it's included, dont believe them. Double check to make sure your parts are in before going in for your repair appointment. Too many times ours weren't. Total waste of our time. Of course they deny everything. Glad I got the extended warranty from Jayco. Equally glad I did not get the service warranty from BlueCompass. ​​​

Dear ****** I received a call from ** the day before the scheduled PDI.  He told me that a service tech cut the pipe under the toilet and the parts for the toilet would not be in until Monday.  I went ahead with the PDI. I had some concerns about the washer/ dryer installation blocking the access to the water shut off valves and the front of the washer was scarred up from the installer pushing the dryer to the top without protecting the front of the washer.  The 2nd awning was sagging. The water pump would not turn on, crack in front cap, etc... ***** after the walk through we came back into the building and we were seated at the "break room" area. At this point we have been there for 4 hrs...It was an hour before a finance person stopped by and I expressed concerns about the washer/dryer installation, fridge-water and ice maker not working, awning sagging on left etc.  I asked for *****s write up of items to be corrected.   Then I sat for another hour.  At this point we have been in the store for 5+ hrs.  It all seemed extremely unprofessional.  I started to leave when a different salesman had the wherewithal to ask if he could help. I explained my situation and he went and found somebody by the name of ****.  Please keep in mind that I was told $3,000 would be the max for washer/dryer install.  I gave **** the email from Blue Compass for an additional $250 off a new purchase. He disappeared for approximately 25 minutes and when he returned he brought me an invoice for the washer and dryer for over $3,500 and said he could not do anything better.   It has now been 1 week and no one at your location has reached out.  I had my insurance binder and cashier's check ready for August 10th.  Since I was under the impression that you did not want to sell the unit....I went ahead with another dealer. I firmly believe that by sharing my experience....things might (should) be improved for the next person.

    Let me state first that I was not compensated in any way for this review...it comes from the fact…read morethat few businesses are this customer friendly and efficient! Mark at Car Audio Plus is honest, down to earth, polite, quite electronically knowledgeable and FAST!!! And while he doesn't have a fancy show room like several other dealers I had stopped by or looked into, he got the job done at WAY below what I had come to expect after talking to other dealers. Here's the story, especially for GM truck and SUV owners! I have an older Chevrolet Suburban that had an old flat screen/gps/cd/dvd player radio that suffered from a common malady (see GM Suburban, Tahoe, Silverado blogs) of parasitic battery drain caused by the stereo nav radio, even when the ignition was off. I took it to a local GM dealer to have the parasitic battery drain problem diagnosed ($300) only to discover that it was indeed the radio and it was a common problem. Then I got the kicker! The dealer said those radios were no longer available from GM (which I had assumed, the vehicle was over 10 years old) but that they could get a remanufactured radio and they would install it for an additional $2700!!! Now the total was gonna be $3000! Since Bluetooth was NOT a part of my factory radio (BT came out in the middle of the year in which my car was built), I decided this was NOT an economical idea, nor a practical solution as I still would not have blue tooth! I researched several local dealers, and one in my old neighborhood in south Dayton, and found they were going to sell me a cd/dvd player equipped stereo radio for more than half of the $2700 Chevy was gonna charge. Then I thought, I'll give a local installer A chance. So I contacted Mark at Car Audio Plus in Harrison, Ohio and got an estimate on what I THOUGHT I needed, and he installed it in one day, for far below what others had quoted. Then I discovered, do to my horror, having not realized how things had changed in 12 years, that it wouldn't do what I wanted! I had ASKED for the wrong model radio!!! I called Mark back, told him it didn't do what I thought it would, and without flinching he said, Bring it back, we'll get you the upgrade you need at a slight difference in price, and I had a new, fantastic BT/ car stereo/nav system/ cd/ DVD player installed the very next day...NOW NOW THAT IS REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Other businesses need to follow MARK'S example!!! I HIGHLY recommend Mark and Car Audio Plus!!!

    I try to put my money where my mouth is and give repeat business. I used Tint Masters for 4…read morevehicles from 2014-2019. I have literally been to all 3 of his locations, from Affinity to both Colerain locations. Mike the owner has always been friendly, but hard to get a hold of at times, and nothing really happens on time, particularly bodywork. But the prices were good for decent quality work. I got a new truck and wanted to get the windows tinted. I called earlier in the day and made an appointment. I get there, tell Mike why I'm here and he tells me I need to make an appointment. I tell him I have one, and he tells me he is running behind and it'll be atleast an hour wait before he can get to me. I told him that wasn't possible and I made an appointment to prevent this. He was apologetic but had no solution. I wasted 90 minutes driving here and back home. This new location didn't appear to have any waiting area, let alone ample parking. Maybe business is so good that organization and scheduling is slipping through the cracks? Either way, I will no longer return. I've had great service in the past. I WAS a repeat customer, but no more.

As a customer I have…read morenot been given reasonable response for the completion of my vehicle for a interior headliner replacement. I had to take it to small claims court and the business countersuit me for a whopping 35K. This is personal now. This is not a business I would recommend. Don't pay anything upfront of you chose to do business with this organization. My repairs once completion should be around 975.00. This has been extremely stressful to myself and family. I am a disabled veteran and I am having separation anxiety. I use this car for business and pleasure. My car is rotting sitting in the same spot for months. Today is 8.28.23. I supplied 99% of the parts and my car was promised to be completed in 1 week. You are taking a chance if you do business with this shop. Good luck!
