take it to Brocks. Period! I was leaving for vacation Wednesday and I. Before I got on the highway I noticed my steering was tight and kind of wonky at that moment. I knew I could not drive 700 miles like that. Fast-forward next morning called the Brocks. They immediately said bring it in. The people at rocks saved my vacation point blank in a nutshell. They worked their magic told me what was wrong and then told me to have a great vacation and they would have a spot waiting for me when I got back.. The guys really showed their knowledge and skill when I was able to go on my vacation in the same car I had issues with. We ended up having a great vacation and it was because they saved my ass. Work appears to be well done and the price is good, which is really the main two things. It was also done completed quicker than I would have expected. My only gripe would be that there is a 4% surcharge for using a credit/debit card that I was not informed about until I saw the sign at payment time. Dust off your checkbook and remember to bring it. Went here for an estimate for some repair work and I won't be going anywhere else. The estimate I was quoted was beyond reasonable but when it came time to pay, the price was below the estimate. Really fair pricing and extremely knowledgable. On top of that, because I live close, they gave me a ride back to my house so I wouldn't be stuck at the shop for hours and picked me up when the repairs were finished. read more

They got us in last minute, took care of everything (plus things we didn't even think of asking like bent up wipers) and make sure our two toddlers were entertained the whole time. I recently got my brakes serviced​ here. I am always very skeptical about going to a new garage to get things fixed. Before making my decision to go to Brocks, i read a few reviews. Brocks seemed to have the best, and other yelpers seemed to give them high praises on doing honest work and have great customer service. I called them in advance​ to see if they could potentially​ fit me in. ​They immediately said yes, I dropped of my car at around 10am and received​ a call from Ron at around 3pm. He informed me what all needed to be done. I drive a Chrysler​ PT Cruiser​, which needed new pads and rooters and rear shocks. He gave me a price estimation of $580. And then was able to give me a student discount. Which happened​ to be 10% off the labor. I picked up my car the next day around noon​ since he had to order the parts. When I picked up my car, paid and looked over my receipt​​t, I​ can honestly say that they did honest work. Most places charge you a misc fee which can range from anything. And they do not!!! They give you an exact break​ down of what each part cost along with the labor. I can definitely​ say that I felt good about bringing​ my car there. I will definitely​ be back. read more
