They are busy so it's best to call and make an appointment or bring the car and get a mechanic to check out a certain concern. You can either drop the car off at night and leave the key in a safe or bring it in the AM. The mechanics who work here know what they are doing - they checked my car thoroughly and made sure to keep me informed throughout. The entire process was super easy. When I dropped the car off, we reviewed the history of the car and my concerns. Then, the mechanic (Tom, whom I highly recommend!!) called me to give me updates. Finally took it to another place on the west side of town, and they actually managed to balance the new tires. 3 different places and they couldn't even balance tires right.
