I supplied all of my own parts, yet I was never called with an estimate before the work was done. I was charged $2,400, and they even purchased two coils without my approval and charged me an additional $400. They never explained their labor charges, and after I got my van back, I had to take it to another shop because they had cut wires and failed to complete the front-end work properly. I ended up spending even more money to have both sides repaired correctly. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Kennedy Motor. There were major red flags throughout the process, including poor communication, unexpected charges, and incomplete repairs. Please make sure you get a written estimate and understand all labor costs before allowing them to work on your vehicle.

Performance Lexus has great Covid protocols in place; barriers, masks, online scheduling and a video report of your vehicle. They have maintained the level of service while keeping the spread down. Their building is a lovely space, pre-Covid you could workout on a treadmill, watch a movie in the theater (with snacks), work in a mini office or relax in a leather couch and watch TV. There's no hard plastic chairs for hours while you wait for your car. They also offer complimentary washes with service, or anytime if you purchased from them. And when your repair or maintenance will take a long time they offer nice loaners that don't smell like smoke. Service guys are nice, professional and frequently we get 10% off labor coupons. Sales guys are good, we've purchased three cars here and would absolutely buy from them again when we need to replace our vehicles. We don't interact with the sales team as much, my car was purchased 10 years ago, but our interactions have been positive. And when we occasionally wander around the floor while waiting for service, they are always friendly but never pushy.

Instead, management claimed that "multiple people inspected the car" prior to the sale and tried to shift the blame onto both the transport carrier and myself. Even after I provided evidence--including the transport company's official pre-inspection photos clearly showing the damage existed before the vehicle was ever loaded onto the carrier--the dealership still refuses to fix the issue or offer a solution. Despite this proof, General Manager JR Hage and Used Car Manager Rich Cook refused to take responsibility. Their repeated response was simply, "It's not our responsibility." Their total lack of accountability, failure to honor basic transparency, and refusal to acknowledge photographic proof show how little they value their customers once the sale is complete. Save yourself the headache and take your business to a dealership that stands behind the vehicles they sell.
