There was a show incentive of $50 to test drive, so even more reason to go. Added note, the salesman said the dealership was not participating in that program, but we were ready to continue with even without the GC. After initially talking to a salesman and leading with our lease is expiring soon. we were told they didn't have time if that we were only there for the gift certificate. We asked to speak to the salesman manager, and he came out with an attitude that he couldn't be bothered and didn't care that we will be purchasing or leasing within the next few months. If this is how potential buyers are treated, I have little faith that customers would be treated any better. No wonder they still have four "New" 2025s on their lot.

This started as a typical car buying experience for the most part. Would have bumped this review…read moreup at least one star except for my interactions with the finance person and later with the sales manager. The finance manager was so focused on selling a 3rd party extended warranty (not even the more economical and convenient Hondacare) that he told a total untruth regarding the ability to perform basic maintenance on your own car. In fact he doubled down and said that you needed to be ASE certified. I was LITERALLY ready to walk at that point but my wife got me to calm down and complete the deal. I stewed on this for a week but could not let it go so I called and spoke to the sales manager. My conversation with him was very cordial and polite, but it truly felt like a conversation he had done plenty of times in the past and i eventually said my goodbyes but totally felt dismissed. So here we are, 2 months later, and I'm still pleased with the car. I ended up buying a genuine Hondacare extended warranty from another dealer for about a 1/3 of the price of aftermarket one that was being pushed in my face, as I've got no intention of spending another dime of my money here.

First the sales person inattention ... he kept walking away and leaving us while we were in the process of making this huge purchase/decision. So i had to go searching. We had answers we needed answered to finalize things. It was aggravating. This is not our first car but never been treated so dismissive. Plus in finalizing things they said we had to do oil changes at dealership or oil change business like jiffy lube. My husband is a mechanic and he said as long as he keeps receipts ... its illegal to tell people this. He almost canceled the whole deal he was so mad. So wouldn't rush back here but I am a fan of Hondas. My accord has been great and will buy similar.

Who was a super kind and informative throughout the whole process. Bill took us on a test drive and explained the vehicles finer points initially. Then we took some time to research the vehicles finer points on our own and dealerships and dealership pricing across the area. Finally we found thinking their lot that was loaded with more features than the average EX and for a lower price! Bill was even kind to give us a great deal on our vehicle on trade. Which we greatly appreciated! Rhonda was great in handling the finer financial details when it was time to take possession. Very kind and personable as well. Bill then finished up the process by setting us up on the kia connect app and showing us some more details about the car before we drove off. Bill assured us he's always here if we need anything and I believe it! I'd highly suggest using Bill Essen when you are looking for your next car. I'm hoping that future interactions with service will be as pleasant as the experience with sales! So far I love the vehicle and love the dealership. Writing this review on day 2 of ownership.
