We have been using performance Lexus since 2011 when we bought our first Lexus. First, we love the brand! The cars are tight, well built, ergonomic, driver friendly, long lasting cars. Mine is a 2012 with over 150k and still runs like a top. There are no rattles, everything still fits and works and looks great. I'll have this car for 200k miles, that's a value! Performance Lexus has great Covid protocols in place; barriers, masks, online scheduling and a video report of your vehicle. They have maintained the level of service while keeping the spread down. Their building is a lovely space, pre-Covid you could workout on a treadmill, watch a movie in the theater (with snacks), work in a mini office or relax in a leather couch and watch TV. There's no hard plastic chairs for hours while you wait for your car. They also offer complimentary washes with service, or anytime if you purchased from them. And when your repair or maintenance will take a long time they offer nice loaners that don't smell like smoke. Service guys are nice, professional and frequently we get 10% off labor coupons. Sales guys are good, we've purchased three cars here and would absolutely buy from them again when we need to replace our vehicles. We don't interact with the sales team as much, my car was purchased 10 years ago, but our interactions have been positive. And when we occasionally wander around the floor while waiting for service, they are always friendly but never pushy. read more

Ive been coming here for car service since I bought my Lexus in 2021. Great hospitality. Nice environment. But the bad is I wouldn't recommend coming here for oil changes based on the 4hr wait time , Set an appointment for 7:30 am service and have been waiting over 4hrs for. Oil change that's ridiculous! Time management here is not a thing unfortunately. Not sure about other services but better off going somewhere else if want reasonable timing. read more

I've owned and experienced all the top auto brand relationships in Cincinnati. Audi, BMW, Jaguar, MB, etc. etc. They always have "good service" bright and shiny dealerships etc. but Performance Lexus has proven to be distinctively beyond the others. EVERY employee is attentive to help you whether it's their job or not. They are prompt, responsive, and courteous in a top echelon manner, but even the techs, their video overview of your car, 100% honesty about what must be done or not and what the real situation is in your car is something that is not matched. Mike the Service Mgr is just one example of a straight shooter on this team. I trust them. I've had sticker shock on repair quotes from other dealerships that were enough to drive you to another brand. Quality issues with Lexus are much fewer than all other luxury brands save one. Animal crackers, pretzels, popcorn etc. Smitty in Sales was very accomodating along with his manager Rich. They even have someone whose job is to teach you how to use the car. We just bought a new RX350 F Sport and so far so good. They also will do hand car washes on demand. First service appt went fine. You get texted a video from the technician. We have been loyal Performance Lexus customers for 15 yrs. the customer service, sales, service is exceptional! Our cars have proven to be overwhelmingly cheaper in the long term than any other car we've owned. We have traded our cars in at 100,000 miles every time with no mechanical issues. Just stay on top of the suggested tune-ups and buy new tires. Done! We gave up on Range Rovers after owning two for years. You should go ahead and add on $25,000 to the cost at buying for repairs, and service- and that's if you only want to keep it for about 4 years. They offer us valet pick up and drop off for service and repairs even though we live way outside of their typical range. We're getting ready to buy our next SUV this fall!! We're lifers! I've been fortunate to have been the owner of 4 Lexus vehicles in my life. ('06 IS250, '11 RX350, '13 RX350, '14 IS350) Obviously, I'm a fan of Lexus. However, my first experience at Performance Lexus was BAD. As in, shady used car lot bad. I like to include all the details in my reviews, so read on for the details. For those of us who just want the take-home points: -This dealership will low-ball you on the trade-in value of your vehicle. -They won't tell you any numbers over the phone or e-mail. -They won't honor what they tell you over the phone. -They show no qualms in wasting your time. -Avoid unless you don't mind getting ripped off. Recently, I started shopping around for a new '17 RX350 F-Sport and decided to contact Performance Lexus to see what they had to offer. I initially contacted them through their website, and later received a call from Robb Kelly, who appears to be one of their sales guys. I told Robb what I wanted in my new RX350, but was told that my interest in the Mark Levinson audio system upgrade AND roof cross bars meant I'd likely have to special order my vehicle. Apparently, there weren't any vehicles that fit my spec in their inventory or in the inventories of other nearby Lexus dealerships because most RX350's with Mark Levinson audio also has the panorama moonroom, which isn't compatible with the roof cross bars. Fair enough. Robb suggested that I drive down to Performance Lexus to talk about special ordering my vehicle. I live in Columbus, so Performance Lexus is about 90 miles away. I drove down on the afternoon of Saturday 2/18/17 for a 1:45pm appointment. I arrived a few minutes early, and I checked in with the friendly girl sitting at the reception desk. I did notice that this is a beautiful dealership with a pond with a fountain out front and even an exercise room. I mention the exercise room to the receptionist and she laughed as she told me that she never sees anyone actually using it. Unfortunately, Robb was tied up with another customer. So it's close to 2pm by the time he sits down with me. Once he sits down with me, he tells me that the vehicle ordering system is down, so he can't give me a quote. On hindsight, I'm not sure if this was truthful or just a ploy to get me to buy a vehicle off of their lot. He instead tells me about a few vehicles in their inventory that I'd perhaps want instead. I'm not interested. I didn't drive 90 miles to talk about vehicles in their inventory that I'd already looked up on their website before. So Robb tells me that he'll e-mail me later with a quote on the special order once the computer system is back up. I next ask Robb to give me a trade-in quote for my '13 RX350 that I would trade in for the new '17 RX350. He pulls up KBB's Instant Cash offer and tells me that my '13 RX350 is worth ~$17,000. WHOA, that's low. Fortunately, I'd gone to another Lexus dealership the prior week and had my vehicle appraised for trade-in there as well. The other Lexus dealership had offered $23,000 (consistent with Edmunds' online appraisal) so I knew Robb was trying to rip me off. I protested, and he spoke to his manager who said that they can match the $23,000 trade in offer. But since I'm special ordering a vehicle, Robb tells me that vehicle prices can drop by $5000 in 3 months. That seemed exaggerated to me, but I went along with it. With that said, Robb agreed to follow up with me the following Monday with a quote for my special order. Since I didn't get much out of this trip to the dealership, I swung by Ikea in West Chester to grab some items. The following Monday (2/20/17), Robb e-mailed me back and said he won't be able to give me my quote until Wednesday. Today (Wednesday 2/22/17), Robb e-mailed me back and said that they're going to refuse to special order a vehicle for me because it'll eat up one of their vehicle allocations and they're not willing to do that. WOW. Wasn't he the one who suggested special ordering a vehicle in the first place? Had he just straight up said "Yeah, we won't do a special order for you", I would not be writing this review. But to basically lie to me to get me to drive down to talk to him, low ball me by $5k~$6k on my trade-in, and then ultimately bail? Performance Lexus obviously didn't want my business, and I can assure you, that they will never get my business for as long as I live. Oh, and that '17 RX350 F-Sport that I wanted? Germain Lexus of Dublin found me the exact vehicle that I wanted, so instead of special ordering it, I'll be picking it up this weekend. read more

We were so very impressed with Performance Lexus! We were driving our Lexus through Cincinnati in a rainstorm when our windshield wiper stopped working. We Googled the nearest Lexus dealer (Performance) and called them. It was near closing time for the repair shop, but one of the men stayed in order to help us when we got there about 20 minutes later. He fixed our wipers and Performance only charged us for parts. I am going to rate this dealership based off the past 2.5 years that I have dealt with them. In the past two years, I have leased two vehicles through them and have visited a number of times for check ups. Both times I have dealt with the sales crew they were very nice and professional a majority of the time. They work to ensure that they find the right vehicle for you. Also, try to work with the budget that you have set. From there my experience has gone somewhat downhill, however I feel as if the dealership has been self aware and tried to fix the issues that have arose. Below are a few things that I have dealt with in the past: 1) Once I leased the vehicle, they failed to have a walk through of the vehicle. This caused me to not understand the functionality that was already available in the car. Now that I just leased my second vehicle, I ensured that a walk through was scheduled. 2) Maintenance - I have had a few issues in this department. The first being the wait time. They do have nice amenities at the dealership, however it does take longer than expected for visits. Also, my particular specialist had a day where her customer service was "off" and it truly put a damper on my relationship with Kings Lexus. This was because my appointment was scheduled for her "closing" time. 3) Car Washes - Yes, they are free! However, other dealerships have fast options available for a quick wash. At this dealership, they will let you know the wait time. The few times I have went for a free wash, the wait was an hour long. 4) Parts - Another bad experience here in the past. The parts department refused to see me car mats for my car. The reasoning was because my vehicle was an IS300 and the car mats were only marketed for the IS250 and IS350. Long story short, I had to get the car sales manager to convince the guy to sell me car mats. 5) Management - One flaw I have ran into here is that we were told that we were very needy customers. When shopping for a vehicle, I wanted to ensure that the vehicle I chose was right for me. This caused for back and forth messages and three visits to the dealership before choosing the right vehicle. During this process they let us know that most customers don't need this much work. Also, they made a gesture which I won't list here as to their expression whenever I would text them about a vehicle. After reading through my struggles with this dealership in the past, I will say that my most recent visit was good. That is why I rated them a 2 instead of a 1. I swore to myself that I wouldn't lease another Lexus or use this dealership after my first lease. However, I have decided to give them another shot. I promptly received a courtesy call from Tom Riley, a service mgr., who was very amicable and eager to assist in anyway possible to restore my trust in Performance Lexus. My vehicle subsequently required some additional service. I felt the effort on the part of the service mgr. to correct the problem and to make reasonable adjustments were adequately and equitably handled. It would be less than fair if I didn't give credit where it's due! Every effort was made to correct a prior negative experience! The only concern I now have is that I have a serious case of car fever.... the courtesy vehicle that was extended to me for use while my vehicle was being serviced was a definite 'spoiler'! By late summer, I will more than likely own my first SUV and it will be a Performance Lexus! read more

We scheduled an appointment for service when we arrived they thought it was our 100,000 mile service our car is less than a year old..they promised us a loaner car when we arrived they stated they ran out of loaner cars. Why promised us a loaner car if you're not going to have one? Another service of new tires today 6/27/16 and spent over $1000. Very disappointed w their service followup. Paid $1,000 for the 60K mile service of es350. How could they screw up a tire balance? The ride was incredibly bumpy. Living 60 miles away, had to take off an additional day of work to drive down to get it fixed. They did a great job in fixing it but it was a hassle. They never returned my calls or apologized. Worst car buying experience of my life. Rude and pushy. You would think a luxury brand like Lexus would hire better. I think the man who showed us around was actually intoxicated. I could smell the alcohol seeping out of his pores. We ended up going with a dealership further north near Dayton and it was the best decision we ever made. Save yourself the time and don't even bother stepping foot in this place. They were shooting bottle rockets off on the property while we were there. No idea why. I've been to this location twice now and it has always been a super great experience. I leased my car from this location and they made that process as painless as it could possibly be (because buying/leasing a car is ridiculously stressful). It's a beautiful showroom, everything sparkling from the chandelier to the fancy paint jobs on the floor models. Trust me when I say I do not have what I considered a Lexus-sized budget but I was treated with respect and received great service. These guys (and gals) worked hard to get me into a car I really loved without compromising my very limited budget. Yesterday was my first service appointment for my new car. A big shout out to Lee in service! I have never been treated so well anywhere. He made the whole trip an absolute pleasure. He showed me around their waiting area which included a Keurig coffee machine with an assortment of coffee/tea/hot chocolate to choose from, a small refrigerator with soft drinks, snacks, and candy. There were couches and tables surrounding a television playing the news and a quieter room available for reading etc. They have a fitness center (seriously!?), movie theatre room, and business center available as well. When I went to retrieve my car it had been washed and vacuumed out. They usually don't vacuumed the car if your appointment is after 5pm but Lee went outside himself and vacuumed my car. It's a nice place. It's like sitting in your rich friend's living room (I don't have any rich friends). Lots of complimentary stuff (coffee, cappuccino, fruit, snack, etc.). One room has a TV, the other is more quiet. There is also outdoor seating. When I purchased my car I was told they have a gym, too, which is a very nice touch. Service was excellent. They not only washed the car after, but vacuumed the inside. A very nice touch! Just one thing keeping it from being a five star review. I bought one of those inexpensive Lexus automobiles. Mine does not have saved seat settings. When I got in the car, the seat had been moved. I kinda get it, but no... don't move the driver's seat especially if the car does not have saved seat settings. Then, and I don't understand this at all, the passenger seat had been moved, too. I suppose if they knew how I obsess about getting my seat and then my mirrors 'just so', they would refrain from moving the seat. I don't know... seems like common courtesy. Having just come from the BMW family, I must say that I am fully impressed with the service, and friendliness at Performance Lexus. I recently Leased a Lexus here, and I have been treated like royalty from the beginning to the end of the process. The dealership has many amenities for their customers. They have a gym, movie theater, and a nice comfortable lounge with snacks, sodas, coffee, etc.. What I really like, are the free car washes. They have two options. The full car wash which takes around 30 minutes, includes a vacuum of your car, exterior wash, and wheel shine. Then they have the quick wash, which I assume is just running it through the machine real quick. I did this option once, and it took around 10-15 minutes. The only thing I think Lexus, and not necessarily the dealership can improve upon, is the maintenance during leasing. BMW covers most maintenance costs of a leased vehicle, whereas Lexus you still have to pay for things like oil changes. Again, not the dealership's fault. There was an excellent opportunity for them to service my car recently. I had a squeak coming from the center console of my car. It would squeak every time I hit a bump in the road. They took my car, have me a loaner, and about 3 days later called me and said, "We fixed the squeak, and would like to tint your windows for free as an apology." If I had taken this to BMW with my prior experience, they would've been like, "We can't find the squeak." I definitely will be coming back for my next car. read more

First time EVER stepping into a Lexus dealership the other day and I can assure you that I WILL NOT be returning to this one. If I could give this place 0 Stars I would. My one star is for the cars themselves because that was about the only decent thing out of this experience. My family has driven Lexus for years and has had nothing but nice things to say about their cars and the service that comes with them. My experience was anything BUT nice. For the sticker price on one of these things I expected nothing less than exceptional customer service. There is literally no excuse. Yesterday a friend and I stopped in to do some test driving on a UX and an RX. We're both in the market to purchase new cars within the next few months so we thought it would be fun to go together. As soon as we got on the lot we did some walking around to just check things out. Several employees walked passed us and not one of them said a thing. (Not what pushed me to write this review) but still noted if management cares to read this. After walking around for a bit we walked inside to the front desk receptionist who was just relaxing on her iPad watching Netflix. Headphones in and all. It took her a second to realize we were standing there awkwardly. She was nice but still very unprofessional. (Not what pushed me to write this review) but still noted. After directing us to a "Master" Sales Consultant we walked back to his desk and discussed the reason for our visit. We both were interested in test driving two different vehicles. Which was NOT a problem in the beginning. After test driving the first car (UX) we were immediately slammed with the "you could drive this off the lot today". This was honestly expected because it's part of their job to sell these things. UNDERSTANDABLE. We just weren't looking to drop $40,000 on a car that we weren't 100% sure about. Especially only after driving the one for the first time. I'm sorry but who would? ANYWAYS the real reason that pushed me over the edge to write this review is what came next. After walking back into the dealership following the FIRST initial test drive on only the UX the "Master" Sales Consultant handed us his business card and told us to have a good day. Confused both my friend and I looked at each other and asked him about test driving the RX. He informed us that he didn't have time to continue test driving with us that day. His reasoning for this was due to the fact that it was the end of the month (9/30/19 was the date of the visit) and their team was going to be hustling that night to "meet their sales quota" and help customers who were actually interested in purchasing cars that day. He invited us to return at a later date. WHAT?! Are we serious? I drove 45 minutes to this place. The website literally says "just stop by and see us". It was convenient for us and they were open. It's not like we stopped in 30 minutes before closing. There really was no one else he could of passed us off to? He actually didn't have the time? No excuse whatsoever. What I did take note of as we were walking out was the fact that he DID HAVE THE TIME to walk into his managers office to tell him about these "kids coming in here thinking they're going to buy a car". We both heard it plain as day. Completely unprofessional and severely wrong to discriminate an individual based on their appearance or age. We're both very accomplished and hard working individuals who have been through quite a bit to be where we are. I guess it's unfortunate for them that they didn't make a sale with us that day to meet their sales target. But what's even MORE unfortunate is the fact that they never will in the future. I won't be back and neither will my friend. Or probably anyone that asks me about my experience here. I will HAPPILY take my business somewhere else. Fantastic cars with sad customer service. If you are a single woman, borrow your male neighbor to come here. They LOVE to scam women. I had to go find a used car when I was in a pinch and my old car broke down beyond repair. Sure, I didn't have a lot of money due to the sudden nature, but that didn't mean they had to do me that bad. First of all, yes, I did get it inspected. However, this dealership did a great job at hiding things. They tripped it to the warning lights wouldn't come on. They hid the physical damage to it (rust, flood damage, paint peeling, you name it). I thought it was fine. Teach me. The very next day the hell started. First of all, the dash has so many hazard lights that it looks like a storefront on Christmas. Second, I have poured thousands in repairs just to keep the thing running. It can't hand adverse weather worth beans no matter how many times I change the tires. I'm pretty sure the previous owners used the paint job to sharpen knives or something it's so scratched up. The fact that this dealership thought this piece of rubbish was actually okay to sell to anyone is beyond me. It's an embarrassment. Obviously they just saw a female and said "she'll buy this garbage". Honestly, this place doesn't even deserve to be in business. read more

Every Lexus dealership has its own personality and I'm diggin' on Performance Lexus's. Came here last weekend to get the car I was going to help drive down to LA (eek!). Matt, the salesman, greeted us as we pulled up. He was very accomodating and friendly. We were pretty much in and out, but he wanted to get me directions to our next destination. He led us to the waiting lounge with an adjacent "Future Lexus Owner" lounge (get it? kid's area, lol!). Here's the personality part: the lounge was definitely luxurious and made me feel like I was part of some high society Lexus owner frat. A fireplace, dark woods, leather seating--I almost busted out a smoking pipe to enjoy while reading my paper. Ha! I fixed myself a high class hot cocoa from one of those expensive coffee machines. The food/drink counter also had a fridge full of drinks and a candy store setup of glass "penny candy" jars filled with gummy bears, peanuts, and the like. A touch of fun and cute to counter the ambiance. I had a seat in one of those comfy leather club chairs and watched some exciting CNN. Matt returned with directions and we were on our way. Now I find out that we barely saw any of the dealership. In fact, there were a few other lounges, a fitness room, and a movie theater. Oh word? My bad Lexus! What a great place for local owners to chill at while getting their car serviced. Jealous! read more

My experience with Performance Lexus was amazing. I dread car shopping because sales staff can be so pushy. However I had the exact opposite experience at Performance Lexus. On several points, David would step away so my husband and I could talk. He never pushed on when I said it wasn't want we wanted. In the end, he found me the car I wanted, in the color I wanted and for the best price. Andrew was also instrumental in the deal. They are the least pushy cars sales staff that I've ever worked with. I recently inherited my dad's old Lexus coupe. I love the car but I'm a little annoyed at the number of service appointments Lexus requires one to take part in to keep the car under warranty. Performance Lexus of Cincinnati recently opened a brand new dealership and service center in the back corner of Kings Auto Mall, they closed their old location that was near the front of the complex. The new area includes luxury waiting areas for Lexus drivers to spend time while waiting on their cars to be serviced. The center includes a fitness center, free Internet access, and a movie watching room for the convenience of patrons. Staff here couldn't be friendlier, Performance Lexus actually hired a professional valet service to greet customers and take cars to the service area, which is a classy touch. Aaron is who my dad always dealt with and now he's the one that I'll be talking to, he is incredibly friendly and helpful and never fails to call the second the car is ready. Lexus also offers free rental cars if yours has to be in the shop for a few days. read more

I came in over eight months ago to just look at a Lexus but had no intention of buying until my lease expired with my current car. Told Katie this and she was very professional and only followed up with me as requested and wasn't pushy at all. I stopped in a few times unannounced and she was always able to help me and gave me a great deal when I was finally ready to buy! I wrote few yelp reviews. The last one I wrote in 2014 was not posted until today, well, I forgot to confirm the email sent by yelp. This dealer is close to where I live thus I still do some service work with them. Boy, the experience has been consistently inferior. For my most recent visit, they forgot to reset the maintenance light, and after replacing the airbag (Toyota recall), they did not securely attach the right column panel-cover (passenger side). Any way, I had to drive back and asked them to fix these. The good news is, they are not far away. I am just amazed at their consistency level of offering low quality service. If defects occur once every 10 visits, I would consider it as normal. Now, they have been creating defects in a consistent manner, like once every 2-3 visits. It is clear that their managerial process is out of control. Just speechlessly sad! Am I willing to pay a premium for their service? Definitely not. I still believe Kings Toyota does a better job than this luxury brand dealer, despite they have a fancy building which really does not matter. Because I was treated rudely in the past, I normally do not step into their waiting area and lobby when I do maintenance with them. Instead, I walk to Costco store (cross the street) to kill some time. I am considering buying a new car, it can be either Lexus (will be my Lexus #4) or MB or Model 3. I do not know if having such a Lexus dealer in Deerfield Township is a good thing or bad thing. If you read some of my other reviews in the recent past, you'd see that I have visited quite a few dealerships. Performance Lexus is a solid five stars in comparison to many others. But let me back up a bit to give you the background of my visit to Performance Lexus. A couple of weeks ago, I traded in my car to another dealership to purchase another CPO vehicle. Turns out, the vehicle had a pre-existing issue that resulted in it randomly stalling. In the end, I had to nullify the sale and restart my car shopping process. After carefully considering many options, I decided to purchase a late model Lexus RX350. It just happens so that Performance Lexus had a 2014 L Certified RX350, which carries an incredible basic warranty (six years and unlimited miles from the in-service date). After a couple of initial false starts, where two salespeople who had email and phone contacts with me both happen to be unavailable at my appointment time, Maria came out to show me the vehicle. At the same time, she quoted me a trade-in for my 2007 Infiniti G35 that was smack in the middle of another offer and a Carmax offer. Was it a low offer relative to private party sales? Sure, but it was right in line with what its trade-in value is supposed to be. Throughout my visit, Maria was very forthcoming about the car (that it was bought at a Lexus auction of off-lease vehicles). She pointed out some light scratches that I might not have seen. She also took me on a long test drive that lasted about 20 minutes, including both highway and stop-and-go traffic. During the drive, she also admitted to me that Lexus's infotainment system, specifically the touchpad, is something I should carefully consider if I can get used to, because it is one of the features on the car that gets the most customer complaints. It's not everyday that a salesperson points out both the bad and the good about a car. Most salespeople only tried to point out the good and explain-away the bad. In short, the sales process was honest, frank, and went buttery-smooth. When I asked for the vehicle's price to be lowered by about $500 to account for the expenses I expect to incur to buff out the light scratches and paint, Maria quickly got it approved from the sales manager. During the finance process, Jeff was also very open about all terms of the loan, including principal, interest rate, which he managed to beat my pre-approved third party loan by a slim margin (2.49% from BoA as opposed to 2.59% from Lightstream). Of course, there was the obligatory sales pitch on the extended warranty and various insurance, but it was not a hard sell and I received no push when I declined the additional warranties and insurances. All in all, buying a vehicle at Performance Lexus was basically the ideal experience for me. After experiencing John Eagle Honda of Houston's deceptive F&I process, Joseph Airport Hyundai's deceptive sales process, my purchase of a L Certified 2014 Lexus RX350 at Performance Lexus was a breeze. As of now, Performance Lexus is my most preferred dealership for car-buying needs. read more

We just purchased a certified, pre-owned Lexus RX350, and within two weeks of driving away and on our first trip of a few hundred miles, we discovered that our left, front, bright light was out and also our right, rear brake light was out. We received a nice letter from Lexus congratulating us on our new purchase and expounding on their rigorous 161-step inspection before turning it over to us. I guess they needed to make it 163 steps. When I took it in to be fixed, they could only fix the front light and would have to order a new brake light assembly that will require another visit to have it installed. I probably could give a lower rating, but would point out our pleasure with our salesman, Tony Baxter, and our technology specialist, Kim Jones, who were very helpful. Also, we were pleased with the performance and service for our previous Lexus which is why we chose to upgrade to a newer model. But, it still baffles me how that car could have been turned over to us with two significant, easy to diagnose flaws. How Performance Lexus follows up from this point will be very important to us. We have not heard from them about the new brake assembly in five days. I thought they had said it would be in within three days. read more

This is our fourth purchase from Jeff Smith. Jeff is an awesome automobile sales person. Jeff knows his vehicles and he looks to please the consumer. Once we let him know what we are looking for, he attempts to find the best match for us. He is patient and does not engage in high-pressure sales. Performance Lexus' staff are all very friendly. I had made an appointment to look at a car in advance, and when I walked in, the man who greeted me asked if I needed any help to which I responded I had scheduled a test drive with someone earlier. He then proceeded to say okay and then stare at me for what felt like eternity. I said the guy's name I had talked to earlier, and then he said okay and stared at me again. It was probably one of the most awkward interactions I had out of all the dealerships I went to. I finally told him exactly what car it was, and we proceeded to go outside to look for it. He couldn't locate it, and I pointed to the car that was parked in front and said that was the car. He said no, and I walked over and told him that that was the car I had called in about, and he must've brought it to the front. He seemed surprised and went back inside. Everything about it just felt odd. Fast forward, past the test drive, small talk, and normal dealership nonsense, and we're talking numbers. This whole negotiation absolutely floored me. I gave him my ideal number, he goes and talks to the sales manager, comes out 5 minutes later with a number that's 2.4-2.5% lower than asking. Obviously, this was not anywhere close to where I wanted to pay, and when we pushed for lower, they took an offensive state. I find it hard to believe that the first offer they give us is the last and only offer possible, and when people start accusing you of "taking their profit" and throwing random numbers in your face that literally don't mean anything, it's hard not to get upset. Continually mentioning how honest you are and your dealership are doesn't help either and doesn't give me any sense of comfort. Tack on a salesperson telling you how unreasonable and ridiculous you're being and acting completely dumbfounded that you don't believe their first offer is their only offer, all with an air of condescension, and it's safe to say I'm done. On the plus side, the building is great and well kempt, but the overall experience left a sour taste in my mouth and has put me off from going to any more dealerships for a little while. read more

Came into the dealership with exactly what i wanted in mind. after 1 1/2 hours of them supposedly trying to find it, they come ack with only options that are $4,000 more than what i was looking for. They then tried to say that they can discont the higher priced car, but if they had to get what i wanted, it would be about the same price anyway, NOT TRUE. They tried to upsell me the entire time. I came in informed and looking for a specific car. TERRIBLE customer service. if you want more car and to pay more than you are looking for, visit this place. read more
