Mind you I called once a week just to check on my car and every week they said waiting on parts. On 3/4/2026, I went down there asked for my car, the guy behind the counter either hates his job or hates life or just straight racist, cause every thing i said to him annoyed him to the point he wouldn't even look away from the computer. , he says the parts are in and your cars next. He said it will be done Friday, Monday at the latest, On 3/5/2026 they move it from the front line of cars to the back of the building and it's been there with no work done at all. They refuse to work on my car, I have friends checking on my car for me and they see other cars come and go but mine ........ nothing. So I checked their reviews they have good reviews........ When they discovered an additional issue right before they returned my vehicle, they did not charge for labor and even gave a discount on the part. When my AC recharge did not work the first time due to an underlying issue discovered later, they also did not charge for the failed AC recharge. The workers are always kind, patient, and explain issues thoroughly and carefully. They never act hurried or impatient, and when an issue arises on their end, they are apologetic and strive to make things right. My father listened to the Dale Donovan car show on Cincinnati's local radio station for years. We love supporting this local business! Shout out to Wayne for being so sweet and kind.

Because my VW Tiguan took six quarts of oil I ended up paying $75.83 for this bumper to bumper service. I have no problem with the quality of the service, but I do have a problem with the deceptive nature of the coupon. This reeks of "bait and switch" and they should make the language on their coupon state it is only good for five quarts.
