As soon as I arrived at Midas, they immediately took my car to a bay for inspection. Found out that the crack is small and in a place that cannot be welded. A Midas employee (Troy) offered to use some type of cement adhesive that will seal the crack and reduce the noise coming from my car. He said it was a temporary fix that he even used on his car which has lasted for at least a year. He also did it at no charge. While he could have told me that the flex pipe needed to be replaced in efforts to get $$$$ for the repair, he was kind and considerate by offering me a cost free option that will last for a while. Because of his honesty, I will be coming back to this location for future repairs. Midas does great work and provides wonderful customer service!

My vehicle would veer off to the right when you let go of the wheel. I came back to have them put in the zerk fitting and was met with some sarcasm and frustration. The guy that handles the customers told me "it must have fell out." Very unprofessional for making an excuse and owning up about it. I don't understand how a component like that could just fall out when it's meant to keep the parts in. Overall the service here was unsatisfactory I spent a lot of money here for what I got and the service was very slow I feel scammed.

Found this place on Yelp. Lots of good reviews. So I thought I'd check it out…read more There were 2 men working. One was the owner, I think, and my dealings were with him. He was with another customer, but quickly came over to see what I needed. I had a red message light and was thinking I would end up with a big repair and lots of time sitting and waiting (my usual experience!). He did a couple of quick tests and fortunately it was not a huge deal. I was given a couple of recommendations, as well as a few "stay away from" suggestions! I thought he was thorough and gave me good, honest answers. I was lucky this time to not have a big deal repair, but will certainly return to this shop with any future concerns and/or repairs.

I will be reporting him to the BBB for his poor services and being money hungry , taking people hard working money and not fixing the root of the problem!! all he kept saying is you didn't spend thousands with me only $80 no I can't give your money back! and that he charge for diagnostics when he told me the first hour was free and he charge for anything after when he only spent 48 minutes on my car as stated in the receipt pure trash he is also if you have been here back in 2018/2019 this is NOT THE SAME JOSE THAT OWNED IT BEFORE HE SOLD IT TO ANOTHER HISPANIC NAME JOSE!! So..I blew out a tire the other day. It was really violent and terrifying..I don't want to talk…read moreabout it. I got my donut on and continued driving to work only to realize when I finally got there that my donut was flat as well. What a day..I knew I had to get some new front tires ASAP or I wasn't even going to be able to make it back home. I called this Tire Discounters location because it was less than a mile from where I work. I knew I wasn't going to be able to get far on my flat donut so it seemed to be my only option. I set an appointment for 3 o'clock that day. I carefully rolled my car the mile to their location and ended up getting there around 2:50. I had already chosen the tire that I wanted..the cheapest option that they had..so I was expecting them to immediately start trying to upsell me..but they didn't..so that was nice. They accepted what I wanted and that was that. I actually find that to be a really nice thing in an auto shop..I for one totally appreciate them not trying to upsell. My violent blow-out also resulted in some wires being torn out in the front of my car resulting in all the lights on my driver side not working. They said they would take a look at that for me as well to see if there was anything they could do..so that was cool as well. They were backed up that day, so they didn't even get my car inside the shop until around 3:45. That was a bit frustrating..but it's..whatever. The whole thing took about 2 1/2 hours..which is ALOT longer than I thought it was going to take. It ended up costing me about $225 for two new tires and installation. They couldn't figure out my wiring situation so I have to make an appointment at my local dealer to have that figured out. Foreign cars are a real pain most of the time. But anywho, the service was good here overall, the guys I interacted with were all really nice. It took a bit longer than it should have in my opinion, and the pricing for what I got was a bit high. But, honestly, if I ever get in this type of situation again (hopefully not for a very long time), I would definitely use Tire Discounters again..and this location in particular. They got my car running again and I was able to get home that night..that's all I really wanted anyways.

I took my car to this location in December 2025 to repair a flat tire and was told the issue was…read moreresolved. In February 2026, during a routine oil change and tire rotation at my dealership, the technician informed me that one tire was out of balance. Upon inspection, they discovered that Tire Discounters had broken part of my rim and left two deep gouges on the inside of my tire--so deep that the wires were exposed. I returned to the Tire Discounters location immediately and requested reimbursement for the damaged tire and rim. The supervisor, Morgan, stated that the decision would need to be made by Frank, the Zone Regional Manager. When I spoke with Frank, he was dismissive and offered no apology or willingness to reimburse me for a new tire and rim. I asked to escalate the matter, and he stated he would forward it to the company's Vice President. It has been 7 days, and I have not received any follow‑up. This experience has raised serious concerns about the integrity and customer service at this location--from the technician who deemed the tire safe to drive, to the management who failed to take responsibility. I am giving 1 star only because I am fortunate the tire did not fail and no one was injured.

I am always a bit trepidatious when going to a new oil place because I have definitely had my share…read moreof places that try to sell me things I don't need. Pfefferle, was not one of those places. I pulled into the driveway to get my car serviced and it was packed. I almost left because I figured it may be awhile, but the tech assured me that it was only going to take about 30 minutes or so and with, all my traveling, I can tell you my car Is probably running on mud right now instead of oil... yikes. So, 30 minutes wasn't too horrible. I went inside and most of the chairs were full in the waiting room, but they had a tv playing horrible soap operas and a full pot of fresh coffee. I stood around for a few, and realized they had a stack of magazines that had some unusual titles. I'm an artsy type and they had, sitting on the top of the stack, "International Artist." I was pleased and parked my butt in an empty seat. The guy at the front desk was very nice and took my info. My car has lots o miles, so I told him I wanted the oil that would make it purr like a kitten again instead of an asmatic old lion. I presented a coupon to him and he nodded in acknowledgement. I sat back down and watched him greet several of the regulars by name, and that's always a good thing in my book. After awhile they came in and showed me how dirty my air filter was and I cringed... I knew this visit would entail more than an oil change because it had been a pretty long time since I'd brought my car in for service. After about 10 more minutes he came in and said my serpentine belt was bad, and I had a feeling it was so that was no shocker. Well, my 30 minutes turned to about an hour. Not a huge deal, but I think they had to order my serpentine belt from another shop. What I am bummed about is that they didn't tell me, and my boyfriend overheard them ordering it from another shop. Had they set that expectation of my wait, I would have been fine. When I was all done and ready to pay, the guy told me that my coupon wasn't valid because I used a more expensive oil. I probably looked like someone kicked my puppy because the original guy never told me that. For a high mileage oil change, fluid top off, air filter, and serpentine belt I was looking at $160. After he realized the first guy had been told about my coupon, he gave me a $10 discount. I was happy again! He also gave me a loyalty card that gives me my 6th oil change free. Bonus!! The thing I liked the most about them, is that they could tell my car had some issues while starting, and they offered some ideas and mentioned that the auto shop up the street was theirs too. I can say that I will definitely be back here, and I may even try out their auto shop. The service was great, and my car's asthma is silenced for a bit. :P
