Today, my car has a mechanism that slows my car down when it's time for an oil change. So I decided to visit that same location on Kemper rd near the former Tri-County Mall in Springdale, OH on my lunch break. I first stopped by a store down the street to get some water for my medicine, as they had a line. When I arrived and got in the second line, there was a vehicle that had to have been in that first lane for at least ten minutes before I returned. I noticed it was now almost twenty minutes and no one walked up to my car to let me know how long the wait would be, There was at least ten staff members and most of them were walking past my car staring at me and turning away. I caught one staff person staring at me with a smirk on his face as if I have some nerve being there. I ignored him , but then I began to feel somewhat unsettled about the exchange. I was worried that my car may go into another sleep mode until I get an oil change so I felt frustrated and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt I looked up thinking the vehicle in front of me was going to pull away as the staff that completed the oil change appeared along with others standing there with him laughing as if they had nothing left to do for the day. I then looked at my phone and I had five minutes to get back to work (and I was only five minutes away). I can provide proof if Valvoline would like proof. (As I will be contacting corporate.) I don't know if this is a new crew or I just came on a day the old crew was off but they were all new faces and they did not exude any customer service to me. The only acknowledgment I received was from that same smirking gentleman putting air in the tires of the vehicle in front of me. He was constantly looking up at me, then turning to see if others noticed that he was in fact ignoring me. So at this point, I drove back to work. The car that was there before me in the first almost hit me after they saw me pulling out, as they decided to leave as well.

In February 2026, during a routine oil change and tire rotation at my dealership, the technician informed me that one tire was out of balance. Upon inspection, they discovered that Tire Discounters had broken part of my rim and left two deep gouges on the inside of my tire--so deep that the wires were exposed. I returned to the Tire Discounters location immediately and requested reimbursement for the damaged tire and rim. The supervisor, Morgan, stated that the decision would need to be made by Frank, the Zone Regional Manager. When I spoke with Frank, he was dismissive and offered no apology or willingness to reimburse me for a new tire and rim. I asked to escalate the matter, and he stated he would forward it to the company's Vice President. It has been 7 days, and I have not received any follow‑up. This experience has raised serious concerns about the integrity and customer service at this location--from the technician who deemed the tire safe to drive, to the management who failed to take responsibility. I am giving 1 star only because I am fortunate the tire did not fail and no one was injured.

We had some bad weather and he stated that they needed until Wednesday to complete the job. I paid him $40 for diagnostics and then $150 for the tow. Then sent $550 for parts. I also got a rental for 5 days through budget rent a car which cost me 500$ Wednesday came and it wasn't done. He said it would be done Thursday. I got the rental another day. Another $68 and $15 extension fee. Friday came and he said it's still not done. So after a week I have paid over 1k and it's not done. He promised it would be done the following Tuesday by 8pm. I returned rental that morning. At 9pm when he didn't show up he texted that he was done but there was still an oil leak. WHAT!!!!! He said he had parts and needed until Monday. Monday morning I asked him if it was going to be completed as promised and he said no. He needed til Wednesday. So 13 days he has had my car and it's in the same condition. I just had enough and sent a tow truck to their shop to get my car. When tow truck arrived it was at someone's house. They told me it was a mechanic shop. It's a random house on a sketchy neighborhood and my car sitting in front untouched with snow covering it still. He misled me as he had a shop. He just paid google bc he was the first to pop up. I trusted him and he lied several times. I am now at a mechanic shop hats legit and have had to get ANOTHER rental car for the week. This guy has lied and set me back almost 1500 and my car is in the same condition as it was 13 days ago. Do not trust him
