Tried to talk to the supposed Manager and he was a total joke and shouldn't be running a place like that. Now I will have to take them to small claims court and deal with all that headache in order to try and get my money back. In my opinion do not have any work done there or you want be happy.

For one they didn't even do everything like I asked when I set up the appointment and even told…read morethem that my passenger drum brakes needed to be checked to because of another mechanic potentially putting on my adjuster backwards. After I got my car and was actually able to test it out, my brakes went to the floor. I had another professional mechanic look at it and showed me that the side that they worked on, the adjuster was unadjusting itself. Which is also why my ebrake isn't working. So when I came back in to tell them, the dude at the front desk was being a d!ck about it and kept talking about other stuff that I didn't come in for. Then proceeds to tell me that the side they were supposed to look at that the tire wasn't on all the way.... When I literally told them that the passenger side needed to be looked at too, and then got smart and talked about they were professionals.... Obviously not since their guys put the adjuster on wrong on the back driver side.... All of this after paying them $375 to fix my brakes. So yeah they will NEVER get no business from me ever again. And I have been working on my own cars for 6 years without taking them to any shops until now because i never messed with drum brakes and I didn't have the time to actually sit down and learn about how to fix drum brakes, but I've always been surrounded by ACTUAL PROFESSIONAL MECHANICS my whole life, and I know when someone is trying to get over on somebody and I'm not that somebody. So I just took my car and just taking it somewhere else on Monday. Not to mention they also said that it was gonna only take a day to finish the car (which it was already in the bay when I had Triple A drop it off) which it didn't, and also stated that any other issues came up that they would call me.... They didn't until the car was done, and it was about my battery which I already knew because my car has been sitting since my minor accident back in December. And when I went to pick my car up this past Friday, the E brake was up for some reason, which I knew right then and there that they didn't really look at and fixed it like they were told to do. But once the mark guy started to get a little defensive and smart aleck, I just knew it was time to leave and find someone else because for one I'm not dumb and two you mfs didn't even do everything I said and I still paid yall $375 for it... so yeah if you looking for a place, look somewhere else or just go to a different Xpress location because this one ain't it. So I'm happy I've found Christian brothers. They have been very transparent, have great service and fair pricing. The staff is constantly pleasant and responsive. We've taken several cars there and each time have received good service. Today was an oil change. I appreciate the free inspection to know what needs to be considered for future work. They also give photos of the items in question. The waiting area is always clean and comfortable. When I picked up the car there was a handwritten note thanking me for the business. In this day - any thank you note is an above and beyond gesture, but to have it hand written was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely continue to do business with them.
