I had an issue with them not being incompatible with my vehicle 2019 Subaru Legacy (not Discount tire or Noah's wrong doing) My frustration was with no one telling me that i might feel the seam of the tire while driving until AFTER the purchase and install, which would have saved me MULTIPLE TRIPS back to the store and many hours both mine and store staff trying to correct. Overall Noah set me up with Continental DWS 06 which is smooth riding and quiet. He even saved me money in the end and corrected in system to reflect the changes. I am very grateful. Adam, the service manager, greeted me very cheerfully and I explained my situation, including that I couldn't just leave the car and come back due to the distance. He put me very much at ease (as you can imagine I was pretty frazzled), got my info right away and summoned a technician to take my car to the work area. I was able to relax in air conditioned comfort and even got a free cup of coffee while waiting. Before long, it was announced that the culprit was a leaking valve, which they promptly fixed. It was $25. They also checked/filled the other tires. A couple of people came in to pick up their cars while I was waiting and several phone calls came in. I noticed the high level of customer care that Adam showed to everyone he was dealing with, including me. I have a feeling this is a very high quality operation for purchase of tires as well and they also do other types of auto work. Recommended.

I wish I would've been told when dropping my car off that they were running behind. Had I known that my 11 AM appointment was not going to be honored I would've not done it. Ended up going back to the counter and asking for my key back. The place was chaotic! The management and employees couldn't handle the volume of business. I was told twice my car was next. In fact that was not even true. I think they were just telling me that to try to appease me. Through that experience, I will never buy anything from tire discounters again. I spent $1200 buying tires which I could have went to Costco to get my tires. It was more to get them from tire discounters but I wanted the all wheel alignment. I had my car towed here late Tuesday evenin, due to an…read moreemergency as I'd been stranded on the highway for 6 hours, after being on shift since 5am, was a hot and day needed to be over afternoon. the associate seemed nice at first. then informed me nothing would be done till the next day. I just needed a tire, stranded. we're closed. Ok, in direct contradiction to the way they were open and I was discussing this with them inside. Got home eventually. well then they quoted me nearly $400 for 2 tires. They refused to email me a breakdown of the quote or anything at all, as I needed to have something to show work. Said they did, I politely called the day after that and asked again at which point the pretended to so while I was on the phone. I know this be Igave them two emails and to this day, 5 days later have received nothing. when I got paid a cohole days later I had a ride at 520 called and asked if we headed that way would they wait, knowing we wouldn't be late, could have totally said no we can't do that. instead he said yes, that's no problem. we arrive at 609 pm just as hes walking to his car. we honk, he stops looks right at us, gets in his car and drives off. fourty min drive one way, accompanied with the $208 I lost as a. direct result of this individual being dishonest and inconsiderate and disrespectful about their word and our time and their integrit. when I came back the next day and asked the uncomfortably overweight gentleman at the counter about this they immediately proceeded to give nothing but attitude and we had stuff to do retort. I calmly explained that had they said that upfront it would be fine, it's the fact they knew how far we were coming and told me they would wait, and then they didnt. He didn't have anything to say to that, so when I made a point to let him know I was out over $200 because if this he laughed in my face and and gave me a look like they were very plew to hear that. I then asked for a ln alignment print out at which point he informed me they didn't bother to do the alignmen, because. They didn't have a reason, he mumbled something and changed the subject they were adamant that I did not get overcharged yet tires were $93 each+ $33 for labor disposal fees under $5 leaves nearly $100 unaccounted for. As if all that wasn't enough already, I get out to my car and they'd put used tires on the car, with no alignment for a hundred dollar premium with a side of morel repugnance and sadisti delight. I only see reasons to stay far, far away from this place. Far. If you break down here, push your car on another lot before they touch anything. Be aware

I am always a bit trepidatious when going to a new oil place because I have definitely had my share…read moreof places that try to sell me things I don't need. Pfefferle, was not one of those places. I pulled into the driveway to get my car serviced and it was packed. I almost left because I figured it may be awhile, but the tech assured me that it was only going to take about 30 minutes or so and with, all my traveling, I can tell you my car Is probably running on mud right now instead of oil... yikes. So, 30 minutes wasn't too horrible. I went inside and most of the chairs were full in the waiting room, but they had a tv playing horrible soap operas and a full pot of fresh coffee. I stood around for a few, and realized they had a stack of magazines that had some unusual titles. I'm an artsy type and they had, sitting on the top of the stack, "International Artist." I was pleased and parked my butt in an empty seat. The guy at the front desk was very nice and took my info. My car has lots o miles, so I told him I wanted the oil that would make it purr like a kitten again instead of an asmatic old lion. I presented a coupon to him and he nodded in acknowledgement. I sat back down and watched him greet several of the regulars by name, and that's always a good thing in my book. After awhile they came in and showed me how dirty my air filter was and I cringed... I knew this visit would entail more than an oil change because it had been a pretty long time since I'd brought my car in for service. After about 10 more minutes he came in and said my serpentine belt was bad, and I had a feeling it was so that was no shocker. Well, my 30 minutes turned to about an hour. Not a huge deal, but I think they had to order my serpentine belt from another shop. What I am bummed about is that they didn't tell me, and my boyfriend overheard them ordering it from another shop. Had they set that expectation of my wait, I would have been fine. When I was all done and ready to pay, the guy told me that my coupon wasn't valid because I used a more expensive oil. I probably looked like someone kicked my puppy because the original guy never told me that. For a high mileage oil change, fluid top off, air filter, and serpentine belt I was looking at $160. After he realized the first guy had been told about my coupon, he gave me a $10 discount. I was happy again! He also gave me a loyalty card that gives me my 6th oil change free. Bonus!! The thing I liked the most about them, is that they could tell my car had some issues while starting, and they offered some ideas and mentioned that the auto shop up the street was theirs too. I can say that I will definitely be back here, and I may even try out their auto shop. The service was great, and my car's asthma is silenced for a bit. :P

But in recent years not so much in 2023…read morewe we had put in a new air compressor it went out before the warranty was up and they kept saying I hope it's still under warranty, it was we had the paperwork, and yes a man at the counter sai " yes it is under warranty, once they did not get everything oil in and the last oil change that didn't screw the screw in tight enough and we lost a lot of oil, a man from church screwed it in tight for us and put in oil the gentleman from church ask where we got the oil changed we told him, and told him about the faulty air compressor too, he as are we, not sure about going back to Pfefferele any more....... Really feel sad
