To start Noah and his staff are great, very pleasant, and knowledgeable. I had originally purchased Cooper tires. I had an issue with them not being incompatible with my vehicle 2019 Subaru Legacy (not Discount tire or Noah's wrong doing) My frustration was with no one telling me that i might feel the seam of the tire while driving until AFTER the purchase and install, which would have saved me MULTIPLE TRIPS back to the store and many hours both mine and store staff trying to correct. Overall Noah set me up with Continental DWS 06 which is smooth riding and quiet. He even saved me money in the end and corrected in system to reflect the changes. I am very grateful. Great customer service. I had wheels and tires ordered online, and they called me immediately to let me know that it was a significant back order and if I wanted to wait or get an alternative. Unfortunately one of the rims came very very slightly not perfect and made sure to take care of the situation. Great customer service and communication through everything. Had my tire repaired here today (10/16/23) and I must admit these guys are on the ball. No one was dragging - all team members hustled to get the job done and were working together. These guys are professionals from Zack up and down the chain. The waiting room also has a nice atmosphere. When I pulled up and got out of the car, Zack ran out to greet me. This is just excellent service. You guys keep up the good work - I will be back. PS - There was no charge to patch my tire and I know some places charge $30 - $50 for this service. I have bought 3 sets of tires here. They are awesome and understand customer service. I would recommend this place over any tire place. They will either meet or beat any other tire companies price. Absolutely Amazing!! Leaving for trip and realized a nail was in my tire. After an hour. A fixed tire and best part was that they didn't charge me to repair the tire. These guys are great, I have never had a bad experience here, from buying tires to having them rotated, All no issues! Today my TPMS light came on, the tech came out checked it, hooked up his gauges and reset it, no cost! Polite and professional and courteous. I give the staff and managers a five star rating! Unlike some places where the staff are barely literate, even the mechanics are pleasant, personable, and respectful! The manager, when I bought my tires, saved me over $300 for my Escalade!! ...Best prices and quickest service over the 8 tire stores in the area!... Now, after about 5 months of constant air loss. ( because I had soft rims I bought from an individual) I Just needed a tire replacement after some issues with the tire rim and leakage under the road hazard warranty, ....I paid only about $30 and they got in and put on a brand new tire with NO HASSLE ! Not too pushy but gives you good information to help you make a decision that works for your budget. If you are a veteran I would stay clear of this place. They will tell you what you want to hear over the phone to get you into their store. But once you arrive they will play this game where they look at each other and say I never said that then the other guy will turn and say I never said that. Very helpful and friendly staff. I just bought a tool to reset my car's TPMS system between summer and winter tires, but I needed the TPMS ID codes for the OEM summer tires. I had called ahead and they said they could read them free of charge and they could take care of me immediately. They even offered to update the car's ECU if the tool didn't work. read more

First off, the last reviewer is dead-wrong! These guys beat the pants off of other "tire discount" stores, sure you don't get the "free" alignment but the $300 I saved should cover that. They will match prices too. And wow! These guys will rebuild your TPMS sensors (rubber seals & sleeves) for free! Who does free work? Appointment? you don't need no stinking appointment! Plenty of restaurants & stores to go to while waiting but you won't be waiting long because these guys hustle. I also like the lifetime rotate & balance.
