Took my car to Don's tired because of a rear brakes issue he checked my car and agreed to change the rear brakes. After picking up my car there's a grinding sound coming from the rear. I went back the next day and he told me he fixed the front brakes and had the nerve to ask me if I want to go ahead and fix the rear brakes that's what was supposed to be fixed in the first place you are a rip-off. read more

I've been a loyal customer for years. In the last 6 months alone, we've spent over $800. In Feb we bought 4 of their best tires. Today one if them blew out and was left stranded on I75. Called to see if there was correct tire available, and was rudely hung up on. Called back and he barks at me that he has one and quotes price and hangs up. Finally get there 30 minutes before closing and he refuses to sell the tire because he's closing. It's never taken more than 15 minutes anytime they've changed tires. They are very fast. Certainly 30 minutes is more than enough time for one tire thats not even on the vehicle. This was the most unprofessional treatment of a customer I've ever seen. Apparently, he made enough money for today. He didn't care one bit about serving our need. Lost my business forever, and I'll warn anyone I know about how little they care about their potential customers. It's really sad to think of just how low this business has sank. SMH read more

Thought I would give Don's a try. Was quoted 16 dollars each plus tax plus tire disposal (total 40.47) to mount, balance and put new valve stems for two trailer wheels. Well, they mounted the tires alright but did not replace the valve stems and I was told that they did not balance trailer wheels as they all bounce anyway. My trailer never bounced before and will be pissed it does now. They were very busy, maybe too much so. read more

I went to the this place today and it is great. They had the cheapest tires in town, got 4 new tires for my mustang; mounted, balanced, and out the door for under $400. And they were so friendly and helpful as well. They said that they do everything but mufflers and I have already scheduled for an alignment at $20-40 less than Tire discounters. Brakes will be next, wish I had found this place years ago. Great deal on their oil changes as well, semi-synthetic for a lot less than Valvoline. read more
