My wife's car needed new...ugh. I had been searching for about 2 weeks and getting nowhere. The "we don't have that tire in stock" thing and most were 10 days to a month out. I got a tip to try Princeton Tire. I called and talked to owner Bill (super nice guy) and he found what I was looking for. Needed tires for my 1946 Dodge and I have prices them at several location including online. Stopped in here at Princeton Tire per recommendations off of yelp. I got 5 tires with tube mounted and balanced for less than $600. And they went above and beyond normal customer service with everyone that came into the store. While I was there a previous customer came in with something in their tire they left with a new tire mounted and balanced for less than $100. I use to get my tires at a local "discount tire store" all I can say is when I need new tires I will be back to here. They have made a customer for life. I grew up in a small town in eastern Ohio and I haven't seen this kind of customer service since I left home 25 years ago. read more

I stopped in on my lunch break because my tire keeps going down. There was 3 men inside behind the counter one was on the phone the other two didn't appear busy. I hate buying stuff for my car. I would rather spend that money shopping or at least doing something cool. So when I have to buy stuff for the car,Ii do my homework and make sure I am getting the best deal for the best work. So when I called around for tire prices I came across Princeton Tire. Keep in mind I have already been burned doing the Walmart thing for tires. At Walmart they broke 3 of the hubcaps and deined it to my face until I made such a scene that they gave me money for the hubcaps. So needless to say, I am a little picky about buying tires. I want them cheap and I want you to do it right. So back to Princeton: -They were the cheapest and came with lifetime balence and what not -Worked with my work schedule. Honest people exist. Twice I have taken my van to Princeton tire for what turned out to thankfully be minor issues. A man with less integrity could easily have taken advantage of my ignorance, but twice the owner, Bill, has taken care of the issue either for free or for very little. Stopped in on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving to get new tires. The gentleman was courteous. Up front he told me he wasn't sure if he had my tires in stock. But sure enough he had them. Fast service with a decent waiting room. If they don't have the tires you need, they'll order them for you and have them in very quickly. I've gotten tires from them twice and plan to keep doing so.
