Tony gave me an amazing price up front, and told me that they would beat anyone (they even beat Coscto!), and did exactly that. During Tony's day off, Jacob took excellent care of me as well. They do what they promise, and do it well! I've now bought two sets of tires from these guys, so I'm now a repeat customer and will continue to go to them! They give you a free alignment check, rotations, nail fixes, etc all for free. I haven't used any of it yet, but those other guys I mentioned earlier will charge $200 for the same service, and still charge more for the tires! I simply couldn't be happier with Discount Tires and will keep coming back!

After we drove away, the same thing happened a few days later. They checked things out again, made some adjustments and released the van to us. Again, the same thing happened again, so we had it towed to the Kia Dealer. The Dealer determined that the "After Market" Alternator was the problem and replaced it with a "Kia" Alternator, and things are fine now. This was an unusual problem, and they were very professional in how they handled everything. They agreed to reimburse us for the new alternator. Despite this problem, I would still do business with them and encourage others to use their services.

Adam, the service manager, greeted me very cheerfully and I explained my situation, including that I couldn't just leave the car and come back due to the distance. He put me very much at ease (as you can imagine I was pretty frazzled), got my info right away and summoned a technician to take my car to the work area. I was able to relax in air conditioned comfort and even got a free cup of coffee while waiting. Before long, it was announced that the culprit was a leaking valve, which they promptly fixed. It was $25. They also checked/filled the other tires. A couple of people came in to pick up their cars while I was waiting and several phone calls came in. I noticed the high level of customer care that Adam showed to everyone he was dealing with, including me. I would have appreciated being shown the nail and having the repair options explained before any work was done. After the service, I asked where the nail was because I wanted proof of what had been removed from my tire. I was told they didn't have it and there was nothing they could show me. That left me feeling frustrated because I had no way to verify what had been found or removed. I also felt like the focus quickly shifted to recommending that I replace all four tires. While I understand that AWD vehicles sometimes require replacing multiple tires depending on tread depth differences, I felt pressured instead of being given a clear explanation with measurements and options. I would have appreciated seeing the tread depth readings and understanding why they believed all four tires needed replacement. As a Deaf customer, I expect to be treated with the same honesty, respect, and clear communication as any other customer. Please don't talk down to Deaf customers or try to smooth things over instead of providing straightforward information. Clear explanations, transparency, and respect go a long way. I also believe one of the employees would benefit from additional training in customer service, communication, and disability awareness. Because of this experience, I decided to take my business to a local family-owned tire shop instead. They explained everything clearly, showed me what they found, answered my questions, and did an excellent job. That experience reminded me how important honest communication and customer service really are.

So they basically sell you something that doesn't happen without a lot of hassle. It doesn't take long to rotate tires, but it doesn't generate income so they just blow you off and put you out hoping you will not take them up on it. This is why the automotive industry isn't trusted. And by the way Goodyear on 747 is the exact same way. Shame on these snake oil salesman.

He said that he would need to order a new tire. Several days later I again called Jim and asked when we could get the tire taken care of. He said to bring the car in the next morning and leave it with them. My employer is one of their vendors, which made it possible for me to get a ride to work from one of our delivery drivers. The next morning, I arrived at their store at 8:45am to drop off my car. At that time there were 2 cars in the bays and one person in the waiting area. Six hours later, then 3:00pm, not hearing anything from them, I called back and spoke to Curtis. I asked what the status of my car was. Curtis checked with Jim and said that they had not started on replacing my 1 tire! Curtis told me that they were going to move my repair up and that they would get on the repair. Two additional hours later, then 5:00pm, I had a driver take me to the Tire Discounters since the driver's quit time is 5:30pm. When we arrived, I could tell that my car had not even moved from where I parked it at 8:45am. I went in and again spoke with Jim. I asked if my car was finished. He looked a little confused and went into the garage and looked at a couple work orders. He came back to the counter and said that he had moved it up but somebody must have moved it back again. I asked for my keys and said that 8 hours for 1 tire was ridiculous! The ONLY thing Jim said was, " I agree"! I said ,"see ya", which he said the same in return. I took my car, nail and all, and drove off. The garage area was full at this time. However, my 1 tire replacement was there HOURS before any of those cars were even there. I didn't expect any special treatment. I brought the car in when they said to bring it in and left it for an entire work day just to get 1 tire replaced. I would have never imagined that some unknown technician could just sort through a repair line up that was set by the service manager. I realize that my little warranty repair wasn't going to stuff as much money in a technicians pocket as the other repairs that were now pushed ahead of my repair. BUT, I was a customer too! So I'm happy I've found Christian brothers. They have been very transparent, have great service and fair pricing. The staff is constantly pleasant and responsive. We've taken several cars there and each time have received good service. Today was an oil change. I appreciate the free inspection to know what needs to be considered for future work. They also give photos of the items in question. The waiting area is always clean and comfortable. When I picked up the car there was a handwritten note thanking me for the business. In this day - any thank you note is an above and beyond gesture, but to have it hand written was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely continue to do business with them.
