I took my car to this business a few weeks ago due to issues that I believed to be in the…read moretransmission. Frank (owner I believe) was very direct and after a test ride and a quick inspection of my car advised that he did not believe the car issue was due to a transmission issue. He advised that he saw broken motor mounts on the right side and felt those needed to be replaced. I took the advise and replaced the mounts on the right side. Once done, he took the car back out for a test ride and advised the issue still persisted. He advised the motor mounts on the left side were very used and recommended to replace those to check if the issue still persisted. Authorized and replacement took place. That still did not fix the main issue I had but I knew that the car was in much better shape than it was when I brought the car in. He suggested that both trans-axles we very used and one was leaking liquid (something he advised on the initial inspection. I authorized the replacement along with the center bearing support and the car ran like new. They did a great job and did not rush to replace every part needed immediately. They worked through the issue one piece at a time and got the car working perfectly again. I will be using them again if in the future, any additional service is needed. They also give photos of the items in question. The waiting area is always clean and comfortable. When I picked up the car there was a handwritten note thanking me for the business. In this day - any thank you note is an above and beyond gesture, but to have it hand written was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely continue to do business with them.

On the way to the park, our car started making a LOUD noise in the front end. It sounded BAD. Metal on metal. I dropped the family off at the park and called. Told them the whole story, including the part about being on vacation and picking them off Yelp. They said come on in and we'll look at the car. When I get there, we go for a test drive and the noise is just as loud. They give me a ride back to the park and say call in a couple hours. Here's where it gets good: when I call they say its fixed. They took the wheels off and couldn't find anything but a tin lining that was a little out of round. They bent it back in place. Come on and get the car, it's ready. Best of all, NO CHARGE. So, I'm on vacation, and this guy had me. I'm not the most mechanic guy in the world, and Dale knew it after talking to me. He still did the right thing. And he went out of his way to get my car back to me. It was unbelievable. And awesome. I'm seriously considering driving to Cincinnati to get my car worked on from now on (200 miles). Seriously. A Ford certified service center damaged the feeder hose to the gas tank while replacing a fuel pump. They refused to admit fault and Bill's found a much cheaper replacement.
