I took my car to this business a few weeks ago due to issues that I believed to be in the…read moretransmission. Frank (owner I believe) was very direct and after a test ride and a quick inspection of my car advised that he did not believe the car issue was due to a transmission issue. He advised that he saw broken motor mounts on the right side and felt those needed to be replaced. I took the advise and replaced the mounts on the right side. Once done, he took the car back out for a test ride and advised the issue still persisted. He advised the motor mounts on the left side were very used and recommended to replace those to check if the issue still persisted. Authorized and replacement took place. That still did not fix the main issue I had but I knew that the car was in much better shape than it was when I brought the car in. He suggested that both trans-axles we very used and one was leaking liquid (something he advised on the initial inspection. I authorized the replacement along with the center bearing support and the car ran like new. They did a great job and did not rush to replace every part needed immediately. They worked through the issue one piece at a time and got the car working perfectly again. I will be using them again if in the future, any additional service is needed. So I'm happy I've found Christian brothers. They have been very transparent, have great service and fair pricing. The staff is constantly pleasant and responsive. We've taken several cars there and each time have received good service. Today was an oil change. I appreciate the free inspection to know what needs to be considered for future work. They also give photos of the items in question. The waiting area is always clean and comfortable. When I picked up the car there was a handwritten note thanking me for the business. In this day - any thank you note is an above and beyond gesture, but to have it hand written was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely continue to do business with them.
