5/5 stars! Writing…read morethis review the third time I've been to Overbeck. The first time was a standard oil change, the second time was getting a full set of new tires with an alignment and balancing and they repaired a broken tire pressure sensor. The alignment was done properly for the first time, probably ever in my 11 year old car, according to the tech. It was so rusted stuck that had to use a torch to heat everything up so it would release. And I just took it to a Toyota dealership less than 1 year ago for an alignment. When I told the staff this they said it looked like it had never been touched. So it seems to me that everyone else (Toyota and firestone) besides Overbeck wanted to stay on schedule, not getting behind, and just did the bare minimum. And let me tell you what- my car drives like it's new again. The third time was 2 days after my tire pressure sensor was replaced- I took it back in to have it looked at becuase the low tire pressure light came back on. They told me the one they replaced was only intermittently working and was therefore defective. So they replaced it for free and sent me on my way. The best part about this? They have a line that they text confirm your appointment, send quotes to, etc. I send a text to this number around 10pm on a Wednesday to try to secure an appointment early the next day. To my surprise, someone wrote back and told me to bring it right in in the morning, no appointment necessary. When I got there, they said "we're dropping everything to get you on your way", And even offered me a loaner car for the day, knowing I had to get to work. I declined because I had the capability to work in their cozy lobby on their wifi network. I feel like I'm truly treated like family here, they even greeted me by name today (which I find impressive since I've only been here three times). I'm so so satisfied. I just happened to come across this place because I got a coupon in the mail for an oil change. I'm so glad I decided to bring my car here. They want to make sure they're doing the best work possible and making sure they have happy clients.

They are honest with you and prices can't be found anywhere else! I was told by two other big name places in town that I need collaborators, luckily I was told about Junior's and gave them a call. They took my car for a little spin around the block as soon as I got there and told me I just needed new front break pads. (much different from what I was being told) Junior proceeded to tell me that if I did needed collaborators, I wouldn't have been able to drive more then 5miles without the breaks freezing up. I was blown away from the honestly of Junior and the dishonesty of the other places. I will from now on be going to Junior for any all maintenance needed on my car..and I'm telling everyone!

Warning about Bill's Auto Repair & Towing Service…read more I want to share my son's experience with Bill's Auto Repair & Towing Service so others know what they may be dealing with. My son was in an automobile accident Friday evening. The police called Bill's to remove the vehicle from the scene. We have roadside assistance, but I understand that police can require a vehicle to be removed immediately for safety reasons. When Bill's arrived, the driver said the car was going to their impound lot. My son asked about having it towed elsewhere. He was told that would cost $250 plus mileage, and the driver convinced him it would be cheaper to have the car taken to Bill's garage, where he was told he could pick it up the next day. What he was not told was that the garage would be closed for the entire weekend. When he was finally able to get the vehicle today, his bill was $328.79, including $25 per day in storage fees while the business was closed. They also initially attempted to charge him an additional $100 in mileage because the tow-truck driver had been pulled away from another job at Kings Toyota and wanted to charge my son for the driver's travel to and from that job. After disputing it, that charge was removed. On top of all of this, they would not accept a credit or debit card. They required payment in cash. My issue isn't that a tow company charged for towing and storage. My issue is how this was handled: my son had just been in an accident, was told taking the vehicle to their garage would be the cheaper option and that he could retrieve it the next day, wasn't told they would be closed all weekend while storage charges accumulated, and then faced an attempted additional $100 mileage charge unrelated to towing his vehicle. I would strongly recommend that anyone dealing with Bill's Auto Repair & Towing Service get the full towing charge, destination, storage fees, business hours, and payment requirements in writing before allowing them to take your vehicle.

The chains and dealers charge an arm and a leg. The owner has been in Norwood since 1972 and has a really good reputation with the local business owners. He was straight forward, honest, and had in finished when he said he would. I was told that Midas and other chains would charge between $700-$800. My bill was closer to $500. It's rare to have car work done and not have a bad taste in my mouth. I wouldn't go anywhere else for brake work.
