On 3/4/2026, I went down there asked for my car, the guy behind the counter either hates his job or hates life or just straight racist, cause every thing i said to him annoyed him to the point he wouldn't even look away from the computer. , he says the parts are in and your cars next. He said it will be done Friday, Monday at the latest, On 3/5/2026 they move it from the front line of cars to the back of the building and it's been there with no work done at all. They refuse to work on my car, I have friends checking on my car for me and they see other cars come and go but mine ........ nothing. So I checked their reviews they have good reviews........ (mostly) but my personal experience it is the worst place.

When my AC recharge did not work the first time due to an underlying issue discovered later, they also did not charge for the failed AC recharge. The workers are always kind, patient, and explain issues thoroughly and carefully. They never act hurried or impatient, and when an issue arises on their end, they are apologetic and strive to make things right. Todd helped me and it took just under three hours so much sure you plan some time. They have a small waiting room with two tvs. It was $575 for replacement of two parts of the muffler. Unfortunately I did have to take it back due to a sound when going over bumps but I was able to bring it back next day and it was fixed! They are currently going thru renovations but very open! You can see your car getting repaired and downside is you can hear EVERYTHING. Plenty of parking in their private lot which takes up a whole corner in Covington. Would I come back for work? They checked it and said it was a bad converter, but the had to get 3 bad codes before they could do a warranty replacement. After the second one, they just said to bring it in.
