If I took it to the dealership to have them perform the Diagnostics Scan Codes it would have cost $140.00 and it would have been there all day, but I would have gotten a rental car. When I asked Jeff how long it would take him he said an hour or less and I asked why the difference between him and the dealership and he explained it to me and also said that the scan itself would only take an hour at the dealership as well. The car has very low miles so I did not think a new clutch was needed but had no idea what else it could be. I took it to the local dealer (twice) and they couldn't ID the issue. The first time they flushed/refilled the hydraulic fluid which was pretty dirty. It helped but didn't cure the problem. The next time, they couldn't find the issue but gave me a $6000 estimate for a new clutch. That seemed way out of line so I went to Ft Mitchell Garage. They ran through all the diagnostics and then multiple people drive the car . Finally on one of the drives, Ron experienced the problem . They ended up simply lubricating the gears. It cost $237 not $6000!
