DO NOT GO HERE!!!! 100% SCAM!!!! I purchased four tires, installed, and subsequently alignment. Shortly after, heavy vibration. They couldn't figure out what it was, so I took my car to Honest1 in Loveland. Ended up being the rear passenger wheel bearing. The scam is, my tires were never aligned. Upon replacing the bearing, Honest1 had to do a full alignment. Furthermore, the right rear wheel couldn't be fully aligned because the adjustment bolt was seized to the arm bushing. The cherry on top and final dot to connect was that when I picked up my car from Tires Plus, their printer "supposedly" had stopped working and couldn't print of my final alignment measurements. How convenient. But I was assured they were aligned. Absolutely, without question, they took my money for a service they never performed. And boldly lied to my face about it. My car's battery died around the corner and even though they were closing up shop, service manager Brian W came to give my car a jump so I could bring it in. I have visited this location a few times for numerous reasons, the employees have always been very detailed and not too pushy. I also recently purchased a set of tires from this location, and overall I had a good experience. I used to use Bob Sumeral on Tylersville rd for any tire related issue and I think I prefer this place. I didn't feel like I was getting screwed over by the workers or the pricing. read more

We took our car here last weekend after driving over a huge screw, we called ahead of time to see if we needed to replace the tire or if they could plug it. Marius was unbelievably helpful, he offered to plug rather than opting for a brand new tire, saving us a ton of money. We loved working with him and the crew, quick, efficient and very reasonable. Bought a full set of new tires from these guys a few months ago. That went fine. Returned to have a tire patched for a small leak. The guy told me if I got it in before 2pm it should take 2 hours to patch the tire and get the free rotation they owed me. Got the car there at 1:45 and left them the keys. They said they would call if they encountered any problems. I arranged for my friend to pick me up and we left to go do some errands. Arrived back at 4pm and noticed my car sitting in the same spot I left it in. Walked up to the desk where the same man that checked me in ignored me as if he didn't even recognize me from 2 hours earlier. After standing there for 2 minutes without being addressed by any of the 3 men standing there, I finally asked him what the status was of my car. He had no idea which car was mine. Nothing. Very frustrating. The car hadn't been touched. You get the idea. Out to lunch employees. An afternoon wasted and they didn't even rotate the tires because they said they were too worn (after having bought them 6 months earlier). Probably could have used that information 2 hours earlier...bad/unorganized service. Likely they were also lying about the tread of the tires just to get me out of there as quick as they could. I didn't get out of there until 4:45. Three hours for a patched tire? If I hadn't bought a full set there prior with relatively little drama, they would get 1 star. I've been taking my car to Tires Plus for several years- mostly for oil changes. You can usually get an appointment whenever you need one, which is really convenient for me. While a lot of people probably worry about getting conned into having service done that really isn't needed, I think this happened only once. They told me my tires only had a few months left on them, and when I got them checked at Toyota, I was told the tires weren't even close to needing replacement. Regardless, I'm not complaining when I leave with an oil change and tire rotation (free w/ oil changes) for less than $25! read more

I needed to have my left front Tie Rod repaired and have a alignment done.I was able to get in at 3:00pm on a 06/15/19. Brian was at the front desk and advised me on what they needed to look at .Went across the street to eat while they are looking at my 2006 Mustang. Brian called and told me what the price would be and how long it would take. We went back to finish waiting and found out the alignment machine was down with a truck stuck on it. Brian called around to a few other places to find one for me that could do my alignment at 5:30pm on a Saturday. Firestone on Socialville Fosters Rd was able to .They were very nice and did my alignment.No charge since I have the Lifetime Coverage for alignments. Brian was great and I believed he went above and beyond to make sure my car was again road worthy. Kudos to everyone. read more

This location used to be better than now. A simple oil change for my 2001 Audi TT took over two hours. The counter person looked lost. 15 minutes later he could not recognize me nor the car. No updates. The result was that the "mechanic' broke the engine oil tube and never said anything. The result was an oil leak, was not there before they touched the car. They claim the leak is due age of the car. Quite a coincidence. No oil leak beforel and oil leak after they touched the car. Of course, they deny they did anything. Not recommended, not satisfied even with their own warranty as to work or service. This location USED TO BE good. No longer. Very unhappy with the service and response. The sooner they go out of business, the better for the community. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. read more

They might be ok for very basic things like oil changes, and wiper replacement, not much more. I went in for my undercarriage guard to be reattached at 1 fastener location. They could not figure out how to do it. Instead they decided to completely remove it and claimed it was fixed. Second time, I scheduled a 8 am appointment. If I schedule an appointment, why does it take almost 4 hrs to tell me what is wrong before they even fix it? 3rd time, I took it in because the air inside the cabin was blowing but not changing from the floor to the vents and to the defrost. When I picked it up there was not change, but they charged me a couple hundred $ for replacing some other part. Then, when I returned the vehicle, they wanted to charge me $600 to diagnose the original problem. read more

Have been a long time customer of Tires Plus but this will be my last ever dealing with Tires Plus. Made an appointment and brought my car in for rear brakes. Called ahead to see how long it would take as was told hour to hour and a half. An hour and a half in, I was told they had to go get parts and would take 45 min. Hour and a half later was told driver was in traffic and it would be another 30 minutes. 30 minutes later the parts still weren't there and they weren't sure where the driver was. I finally got out of there more than 4 hours later and completely screwed on the price. It would have been $200 cheaper to have had this repair done at the Subaru dealership and would never have taken 4 hours. read more

The managers and staff are always pleasant and courteous each time I drop my car off. Today was no exception. I like to use this shop due to its proximity to my work office, and am always happy with the repair services, but I am a bit disappointed with the high(er) prices. Sometimes it is sticker shock, so may need to start shopping around a bit. read more
