Sounds great. 5-6 hours later after a $790 bill we leave with engine light on and need to take car to GMC only to pay another $400-500 to fix the work they did. Got my vehical serviced today by the manager Blake. The service was fast and i was greeted. I was not happy with the poor hands on service and his sarcastic attitude toward me wasnt called for. When they handed me my keys and said it was done, I had to ask him for a window sticker to put on my window so i know when i need my next service. Then i ask him why he did Not check my tire air pressure nor did he check any fluids or wiper blades conditions. He said he forgot. He still didnt offer, I lefted. I am very unhappy with the service rendered here. Even the sticker was filled out wrong after i had yo ask for one. My family will never bring our vehicals back here again. I went into this jiffy lube for a break check a couple weeks back but I cant not leave a review after my experience. I felt deeply uncomfortable with the man that handled my vehicle, I don't recall his name but he had weird hair and was on the heavier side. He kept making uncomfortable inappropriate comments towards my daughter and I was deeply offended. They would not do a simple oil change unless I upgraded to synthetic. They insisted it was required. Has to be the most bizarre experience with any auto maintenance shop. The manager was super rude and insistent. He claimed he would be responsible for the car's poor performance if I got regular oil. I left and we to Valvoline around the corner. I got my rear break pads and rotors changed for $368 after %10 discount. I feel it might of been a little high since Kelly Blue book estimates $299-$349 (I looked after it was done), but at that point it was more convenient than scheduling time to take it somewhere else. Quick lube places like these usually have a bad reputation. I usually handle all my routine maintenance on my vehicle myself but found myself living in an apartment for the first time in while. Lease says no auto maintenance or repairs are to be done on the property, so what am I to do. I watched closely as they worked and we bullshitted through the open driver side window. I even told them I didn't trust them to do the work. Luckily, I never had to call them out for not doing the service or for pushing unnecessary products and services. I watched as they struggled to get at the oil filter (it's a bitch to get to) but they serviced all that was expected of them and I got my military discount as well. So I don't plan to go back cause I'm buying a house but I would go back if I wasn't. read more

Very polite and professional staff. I had my car serviced in about ten minutes; was given a half off my next service coupon and a coupon booklet; drove home and returned with my wife's car. Her car was serviced at half the price and they were able to repair a 3-4 inch crack in her windshield at a very reasonable price! Well as I sit in the waiting room ready to pay, I noticed that the air filter that "came from my car" is still sitting in the back table. Because it's not mine. Who tries to trick a loyal customer like that by showing me something that you say belongs to my car just for an upsale. Along with selling me blade windshield wipers...... WAIT!!! I've been coming to this jiffy lube ever since I got my first car in high school, granted it has been through a few managers the new manager is the best I have dealt with, his crew is nothing but respectful and thorough. Great step up from the service I was used to. I didn't even know I had a cabin air filter and he showed me where it was because I had no idea I had one in my fusion. My only reason for 4 stars is the extra price tag jump recently compared to other lube shops with the only difference really being chassis lubrication, vacuum, and window cleaning. I was going in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. It'd been a while since I'd had my vehicle serviced, in fact I was over on my oil change by 9000 miles. I knew my car needed some love. Regardless, I just wanted an oil change. I went in, got the synthetic oil, and despite everything that happened, I'm still glad I went with the higher grade oil considering my bad habits with oil changes. So... they're working on my car and they call me out to have me look at my brakes. I was concerned, but not fully as I have been taken advantage of many times by car shops trying to push their products on me. I'm so happy that they had me go out into the bay to really see the damage my brakes had taken. I was under the State limit. My brakes could have gone out on me at any time, and I'm glad I went out to look instead of brushing them off. When they told me I needed new brake pads AND rotors, I hyperventilated a bit, and Morgan, the female working there, was very sweet and was very patient with me and calmed me down. Brian, the office manager there was also extremely helpful and patient with me. They both took the time to explain how my vehicle worked and how the brake fluid goes to my brakes and makes everything work. They pulled me out numerous times for me to see with my own eyes and kept me in the loop the entire time, never pressuring me into anything, but still voicing their concerns for my safety on the road. I've always gone to this location, and I will continue to do so. When they found out I did not have the money to take care of such a large bill, they did everything they could to lower it, giving me a half priced oil change (synthetic too) and a free tire rotation. By doing this, I was able to cover my bill, and that helped immensely. I very much suggest going to this location. I went in on a walk in basis and even though 5 more customers came in during my visit, they still handled everyone else with fast care and efficiency as well. The service here was OUTSTANDING! When I got here I was greeted by not just an employee (KJ I think his name was) but also the district manager Ian. I then was greeted by I believe the Regional Manager Jake. All three of these guys made sure that I was asked specifically what services I wanted done, informed me of the prices, informed me of the things that my car would probably need in the near future, and informed me of all of the new things that Jiffy Lube was able to do for me. I never felt pressured, but I did feel informed. No one tried to sell me things extra than what I needed, but did let me know the services they could provide in the future when my car was ready for them. The regional manager spoke with me and double checked to make sure that everyone in the store was doing their part, and made sure that everyone was 100% on their customer service. It was nice to see that the upper management was so involved, and it was very clear that he did his part in training these employees to make sure that customers were happy, and felt satisfied before leaving. It was also nice speaking with Jake and Ian about the future of the store, and company, and what the plan was to make sure the future customer experience is nothing but excellent. The nicest part though, was after my oil change was done, and I was checked out, every employee in the store checked to make sure that I was satisfied with the service. The whole process took about 10 minutes, and I couldn't be happier. If you were iffy on taking your car to a chain like this.. DON'T be because these guys were 100% welcoming and helping.
