I love Kings Kia. I bought my 2018 Sportage off the show room floor and waiting for my car to get serviced I was drooling over the new cars. I'm shocked at how much tech and comfort features they put in their cars! And Justin is so nice to talk to us about latest features! Just for comparison, my 2018 Sportage was 32k new. And this particular Sportage is their top new model, bigger and much more roomy, has tons more tech features and is 42k. When you get in, the seat automatically adjusts to you. And upon opening the door the seat moves back. The leather is so soft and buttery. And their warranty is better than the old one. Worth checking out Kia if you're in the market for a new car. Their service department is always fast. They have an app that you can track their progress as they work on your car. And waiting is fantastic in their new waiting area. They have complimentary yummy popcorn, water and coffee. Places to charge your phones, and a tv. New offices to work your best deal. I'm a customer and will be back here when I'm ready to buy. :) read more

Hands down the worst car dealership in the entire city. All i needed was to get an oil change as you cannot take Kia cars to an oil change station since Kia forces you to go to the dealer for all oil changes. 1. You cannot drop off the car to get an oil change, you have to schedule it weeks out online. 2. Once you finally get in at the service department, you *HAVE* to come during business hours to pay because they DO NOT accept phone communications with customers. No one in the entire building, sales, parts or service will help you pay your bill and they will not help advocate for on your behalf to have anyone call you back. You can only leave messages and you will never get a return call, ever. No one will help you transfer to anyone to make a payment. You have to come in on foot to get help. People who work for a living will need to take off work to get an oil change. Unbelievably BAD company. Steer clear of this AWEFUL company at all costs. For that matter, steer clear of Kia because you HAVE to go to the dealer to get a simple oil change too. read more

Horrible service at this dealership, sold me a car that had bad breaks and roaders , kept my car for 3 days to fix it and didn't fix it and they are now refusing to pay for it and I am now being charged 1,500 to fix my issues when it should've been done before taking the car off lot..I do not recommend this dealership they don't help their customers and they screwed me over, they need new employees. A trash dealership full of deceitful liars , I bought a use car here and they told me it had never been in an accident then after a couple months go by the sunroof ( or so I thought at the time) was leaking and I took it to the dealership they told me something had to be cleaned and then tried to charge me for it even though the car was under warranty but I made them do it free of charge , and after they did that I thought the problem was solved but nope as soon as I rained again more water coming through the roof I told them about it they looked at the car and they couldn't figure it out so now I just decided to only drive the car when raining if I absolutely have to , and now we are a couple months down the road and I'm getting a remote start put in my car in the guy installing my remote start gives me a call and asked me to come into the shop, And once I arrive he's like I have something to show you in my front windshield at the top driver side corner is not connected to the vehicle and that's where the rain has been coming from the whole time so then from there I do a car fax it turns out vehicle was actually in an auto accident and when they replace the windshield they didn't fasten it properly. So I go into the dealership and complain and tell them and they say sorry there's nothing we can do about it ,this place is just a bunch of trash scum bags trying to steal your money end of story read more

This is in particular regard to the Kings Kia service department. Norm Stewart was fantastic. He quickly got me in on the day I needed. He and his guys knocked out my oil change and service notice faster than I could imagine. I barely sat down, started checking emails and a quick 40 minutes later I was back out the door. His personality and willingness to help and answer any/all questions is a quality we don't get much these days with customer service. He's a great asset to your team. I'll be coming back (new Kia owner) specifically to this dealership rather than one closer to me, just because I know I'm in good hands with him. Thanks, Norm! read more

I had my 2012 Kia Optima in for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation. The staff is always very friendly and knowledgable. The only negative is that the service took close to an hour to complete which was a little longer than expected. Perhaps my expectations were too high, but, it would have been helpful if they would have told me that it was going to be that long when I arrived for the appointment. read more

On 21 April 2015, I took my 2014 Kia Optima to King's Kia for scheduled preventive maintenance. I can't say enough positive things about Norm and the service he provided. He is courteous, professional, and he demonstrated, on three occasions during my short time there, his willingness to go above and beyond to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction. He even went so far as to create a racetrack out of tape to occupy the attention of an energetic young girl. Her frazzled mother and the rest of us in the customer waiting area were beyond appreciative of his efforts. Norm is, what we called in the military, a force-multiplier. He genuinely appears to enjoy his job and truly seems happy to help customers in any way he can. If I purchase another Kia, it will mostly be due to Norm's excellent customer service. read more

I brought my 2012 Sedona in becaus the air conditioner wasn't cooling properly. After inspection, it was discovered that the issue was under warranty. I was offered a free Forte loaner vehicle while my van was being serviced. Everything was completed on time and I didn't owe a dime. The air conditioner has been working properly ever since. read more
