After the quote was made they called me back and found additional damage to my vehicle. I was happy to hear that from them and they contacted the insurance company and Informed them of the damage. They also notice some other scrapes scratches. I was asked if I wanted those repaired as well. I did say yes and they billed me separate for the repairs. The out come of the car was very good. And the quality of work was top notch. They cleaned my car on the inside as well. This store kept me involved in the process and had the repair done on time. A few weeks after I received a thank you card in the mail. It was nice to have this personal touch in today's electronic life. I plan on not needing a auto body repair in the future but if I do I will choose Roberts Auto Body.

They reached out to me to better understand the issue at hand. It was then that they informed me that the individual that told me that the spacers were a liability issue was in fact a new hire and was not aware of special accommodations such as installing washer-type spacers to increase hardware clearance. During the call Sergio was very empathetic and wanted to ensure that I got the spacers installed and checked to see if they would be able to install them for me ASAP. Unfortunately I had already installed them, myself. Though I am still frustrated that I had to do the installation on my own, I respect the fact that Tire Discounters went out of their way to contact me and better understand the situation and attempt to make things right. I agreed to have the work done. when I got my car back it started making noise so I took it to a muffler shop and they told me it was my catalytic converter and the 3rd one was NOT replaced!!!! original to my car. so I took it back to T D and they (Nick the rude manager) asked if I had my quote and if I cud prove it? I didn't even know my car had 3 catalytic converters. my quote was verbal from another manager named Cory. So my fault not getting that in writing. buyer beware. I'm an older person on SS -this was a ton of money for me. protect yourself out there and find another shop for your business.

Worst experience I have ever had in my life. We bought a brand new Chevrolet Traverse. The day we…read moredrove off the lot, the screen went out. We had to bring it in the shop. Then we had check engine lights coming on non stop. We had coolant leak after coolant leak. We got the run around with service and getting a loaner car. We were inconvenienced with a smaller vehicle and having to fit my kids and all their stuff. We have been in and out of the shop so many times I lost count. Once we can get in touch with people there, they are generally nice. But getting in touch is a challenge. My patience has run out. We just brought it in for another leak. They blamed in on a small accident that we had with a parking bollard. The damage was hardly noticeable. I showed them where the 2 leaks were. We turned it over to insurance. They had the car for 2 months. They "fixed" it. Then we brought it home and now its leaking again. It's leaking from one of the spots that I initially showed them. Now they're saying they will not cover it. So they sent it home with a leak after fixing a leak. I am honestly speechless. I would avoid Chevrolet all together and I would stay away from Kelsey.

Do not go there! They are only concerned about speed and cost!…read more They did an oil change on a friend's car. Here are the results: . Left the intake hose clamp loose. . Ran terrible after work . Did not drain all of the old oil. . Added 5.1 quarts which overfilled by over two quarts. . Only drained overfill leaving some old oil. . When asked why they don't drain from the oil plug, they said that the trans and oil pan plugs are too close and their technicians might not open the right one. . When asked why their machine didn't suck out all the old oil, they said the 2024 Subaru Forester has a compartmented oil pan. . They obviously didn't check the oil level. Now almost anyone who has a y motor sense know that overfilling a motor by even one quart can cause serious damage to an engine. This was overfilled by al.ost three quarts! Even though I am a certified mechanic (M169169), the only reason I found this was because it ran so bad. Probably what was happening was because of the pressure increase, oil was blowing by the piston rings and fouling the combustion chamber. DO NOT GO TO TAKE 5 OIL CHANGE.

Nothing out of the order was reported. Nothing was looked at under the hood...this car (2022 Honda CRV) is only used part time and has less than 9,000 miles on it. I asked to check the air pressure in my front passenger tire, which the "tech" did begrudgingly, adding a little. I paid and left. The invoice says that the air filter was clean (it should be, but was never looked at), Power steering noted as "safe level", though they never looked at it, coolant and transmission fluid levels were at safe levels, though they were never looked at, Washer Fluid was marked as "filled", though I know it was not checked. Wiper blades were OK, but they were not looked at, Oil Level noted as "safe level", God, I hope so! The windshield was marked as "Cleaned", but no one touched it. Later that day, I received a low tire pressure alarm. I took it to a nearby Firestone Shop and they said all 4 tires were low (and charged me nothing although I wanted to pay something). I won't be back to Take (4)5.
