After the quote was made they called me back and found additional damage to my vehicle. I was happy to hear that from them and they contacted the insurance company and Informed them of the damage. They also notice some other scrapes scratches. I was asked if I wanted those repaired as well. I did say yes and they billed me separate for the repairs. The out come of the car was very good. And the quality of work was top notch. They cleaned my car on the inside as well. This store kept me involved in the process and had the repair done on time. A few weeks after I received a thank you card in the mail. It was nice to have this personal touch in today's electronic life. I plan on not needing a auto body repair in the future but if I do I will choose Roberts Auto Body.

I didn't even know my car had 3 catalytic converters. my quote was verbal from another manager named Cory. So my fault not getting that in writing. buyer beware. I'm an older person on SS -this was a ton of money for me. protect yourself out there and find another shop for your business.

They do not patch tires anymore they use a plug that is not able to be used on everything. Of course most tire shops don't either. Friendly staff and clean building. Waiting area is small as most drop off and don't wait.

I have bought new cars since 1985 in 1987, 1989, 1992, 1995, 1999, 2001, 2002, 2007, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2016 - 2 cars that year and 2019 Chev Traverse from now Kelsey Chevrolet. In the end of 2021 I again went with Kelsey and purchased a new 2022 Traverse yet to arrive but soon coming I am told. My point is I know the purchasing process and these guys ARE GOOD.... Service manager wont return calls. Was told id get a call back when he got out of a meeting 4 days ago...still waiting. They make you feel like you are unconvincing them by being there.
