And that he would remove the trespassing charges. And agreed to fix my oil pan. then the district manager that said is a ASE certified mechanic, and that he will be replacing my aluminum oil pan with a new motorcraft oil pan, but must sign a wavier not to defame them and must remove the reviews before any work will be done. I am editing this review to update the situation. I will be leaving my review up untill all work is completed and I will have the vehicle inspected before and after by a qualified reputable mechanic shop to make sure it is all completed correctly and no other damage has been done. Once everything is ok'd then, I'll be willing to remove the entire review and sign the waiver to not defame them. I wish this upon no one but I'm happy to say that they are agreeing To own up to their mistake and fix it correctly. And they will repair/ fix any damages/ issues that arise during the replacement of the oil pan If something should break or go wrong. My greeting was very polite and even made conversation with them. And I quote, "All I need is an oil and filter change, nothing else. I'm short on time" The technician broke an air filter housing unit on my vehicle. Store manager told me a new part would be ordered and could be installed within a few days. Of course Check Engine Light came on during the drive home. After not hearing from them for a few days, I called "the store" which is a corporate call center, who transferred me to "Customer Care". They contacted the store who then stated "we are unsure of which part to order"! You broke the part, had it in your hand and now you're telling me you don't know which part to order??!! They finally ordered the part to be shipped to my home address. Low and behold wouldn't ya know it, wrong part! 450 hours of training? I find that extremely hard to believe. Sounds like false advertising. After more phone calls to "Customer Care" and very little apologies or understanding, the "correct" part was ordered and set to be delivered to my home. Well wouldn't you know it, delivered to the store. After receiving a phone call from corporate and store mgr., they wanted to come to my farm, 30+ miles away and install. No thanks. Just send it to my home. They stated they would overnight it. Part still hasn't arrived. This has gone on for close to if not over a month. I have a working farm w/livestock and rely heavily on my truck. It's apparent they or corporate understand the significance of a farm truck. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!

We were able to get reattached and filled with a bottle we bought here, enough to get it to this location. They had us pull in and got down and got it correctly reattached and refilled the fluid more to make sure it was full. Really nice staff with great customer service.
