He was at our spot with a tow truck in about 30 mins and called us an hour or so later to inform me of what was wrong. He laid out the options. Was very transparent and gave us a rough timeline. While he had the car he sent updates on when he ordered parts, when they arrived at the shop and how far along he was with the work. This was critical for me as I had to drive back to Chicago in a rental and needed to coordinate when I'd make the drive back to Cincy to pick up my car. The car is like new. I felt a little nervous driving it back right after getting the work done but it performed great on the road and I made it back to Chicago with no issues. I wish he was based in Chicago so I could take the car to him with any future issues. Hopefully we never get stranded in Cincy again, but if we do I find some peace in knowing we have someone great to take it to.

I am a Xavier student and live right off campus, so this was the most convenient place near me to take my car. It turned out that my car had a recall a few years back that messed with a sensor and that is what was causing it to fail. Glenn figured all of this out, was patient while I attempted to explain what was happening, and even was kind enough to call my step father and repeat everything he said to me to him (I wouldn't have remembered anything, as I said, I don't do cars). The dealership and a handful of transmission shops told us the transmission was blown, and we needed to replace it (5grand+ by their estimates). Long time Firestone customer, this location is horrible…read more Had three new tires put on the rims by this Firestone. 9 days ago. What was suppose to be 90 mins of work had to wait almost 4 hours. When I got home with the new tires on the truck one of them went flat overnight the first night. Kept putting air in and until I was back down by that location again (9 days later) walked in and asked for them to look at it. Was told I had to remove the tire from the truck myself, and leave the tire with them since they could not "put me ahead of other customers" I guess a poor install from 9 days ago puts me to the back of the line, where it would take all of 15 mins to swap a valve stem.... Not only was the problem not addressed here, the person behind the desk had no real customer service mindset. Firestone sells good tires, most of my other experience with Firestone has been positive. But this location and its employees should be avoided. It's a bad representation of a good company.

I did have to return back to the shop after finding out they forgot to put the tire pressure cap back on the tire. Which wouldn't have been a big issue if that same tire wasn't also low on air. I think this is a great shop that offers honest work for a franchise, it's the small things that matter when dealing with someone's car.
