Wanted to give a revised review after the district manager got in touch to discuss with me. While…read morethere wasn't much to be done to get my time back, the location itself did make an effort to make it right after the fact. I felt I owed it to them to give a good review after that. Bottom line though, if you have an EV, go to the tire discounters EV location about 40 mins north! Overall great experience other than the issues I'd mentioned in a prior review-- where I was told one thing but another happened. But the tires are installed and seem to be working well. Got a decent price compared to others nearby also.

When my lifelong mechanic retired, I was thrilled to find this shop. The staff was friendly and the…read moreservice was consistently top-notch. However, over the past several years, the quality of service has declined dramatically, particularly regarding customer interaction. The staff is now consistently rude, both on the phone and in person. My last three experiences have been deeply disappointing: Months after purchasing new calipers for my truck, they were ruined by a faulty hose that cost less than $20 to replace, forcing me to pay for new calipers all over again. I purchased a new set of tires for my Lexus. Immediately after leaving the shop, I discovered one of the new tires was leaking air. I have been avoiding making an appointment to fix it simply because I am tired of dealing with the staff's poor attitude, so I find myself stopping to add air to the tire weekly. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and a tire balance/rotation. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I was charged $140 for a wheel alignment I never requested or approved. The employee insisted I had mentioned it, and then condescendingly questioned why I expected a complimentary tire service for tires I had purchased two years prior. I had to remind him I bought a full set of four tires for over $1,000, which included this service. Throughout this entire exchange, the General Manager sat nearby and deliberately ignored the situation. This level of service is unacceptable. You have lost my business, and I will only return for services that are already covered under warranty. After that, I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere. P.S. I recently saw one of your own employees having his car serviced at a competitor's shop. He told me he wouldn't trust his own vehicle to be worked on at your location.

This was my first time at this Midas location. I did get the high mileage oil because my car has over 130,000 miles on it, and they did note a few suggestions on the printout such as an inexpensive oil filter, which I already knew, my oil filter is cracked. My service tech went above and beyond. I've been having problems with the front driver side tire losing air, so they checked that out. The guy said when he did the leak test my tire looked like a fish aquarium, lol! He explained why that happened, the corrosion on my aluminum wheel made the tire separate from the wheel, but he sealed it. For free!! Because they didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary, I think if they do suggest something, it's a real problem and not a fake one. Because I was a walk-in, it took an hour and a half but that's expected because I didn't have an appointment. But it wasn't bad because while I waited I went to McDonald's, had a latte, chatted with my mom, ate a fish sandwich, did some reading. I got back just as they were finishing up. If I was less lazy, I could have walked to my house which is only 15 minutes away. Other good things: they topped of fluids like always, and put that print out sticker showing when I got my last oil change. I really like that, preferring it to when someone anticipates I should get it done so I can make my own decision. I'll be definitely coming back.
