They have great service at a fair price, and are customer-focused. And the place is immaculately clean. They are first-come first-serve so get there early for faster turnaround. Todd helped me and it took just under three hours so much sure you plan some time. They have a small waiting room with two tvs. It was $575 for replacement of two parts of the muffler. Unfortunately I did have to take it back due to a sound when going over bumps but I was able to bring it back next day and it was fixed! They are currently going thru renovations but very open! You can see your car getting repaired and downside is you can hear EVERYTHING. Plenty of parking in their private lot which takes up a whole corner in Covington. Would I come back for work? Yes I probably would.

He kept me updated with the process, I didn't event have to call to follow up. This place is the best for your bucks. Service and customer service are unbelievable.

So I wanted to get a second opinion before throwing in the towel. So I decided to take it to NRP because it was close to home. From the time I walked in the door the staff was very friendly. And I explained my situation to Shannon the owner and he was adamant that they would find the main problem to my brakes. Shannon took the time to check the whole system and turns out it was just the master cylinder. While doing this he kept me updated and was honest about what the problem could be.
