Cam at the Colerain Ave store took great care of us & got us on our way quickly & professionally! highly recommend!

Recently, we had purchase a used car for our daughter and wanted to make sure it had good tires. We stopped by this Tire Discounters location and had gotten several welcome surprises. First, Cam, the store manager was amazing. He was friendly, knowledgeable and even gave us a great deal. The tires we were looking at cost more than the promotion on better tires, and he let us know. We were able to get the better tires and drove the car home (to our garage), Saturday. Saturday night, we found out the new front passenger tire had gone completely flat. Sunday morning, we called AAA, who put the spare on, and I made an online appointment with Tire Discounters -- same location. Monday morning, I contacted John and explained the situation. Not only did they pick up the vehicle, they fixed the tire and looked over the car to make sure everything was running right. They also fixed a heating problem due to a radiator flush. They dropped off the car the same day, which provided my family and I much needed peace of mind. I can't thank them enough for all the hard work they put in for our family's new addition. Thanks to Cam, John and the rest of the crew at this Tire Discounters facility. I would HIGHLY recommend this location to take your vehicle. You will be glad you did. read more

Called to place an appointment, guy over the phone specially says noon. I get to the store and the employee at the counter tells me my appointment isn't set until 1pm. Why tell a customer the wrong time and have them waste part of their day, seems like either they don't care about their customers time or just simply don't care about the customer. I was helping an elderly friend get new tires and after a few phone calls, decided this was the place that had what we needed. They are great!! Very professional on the phone and to my surprise they can come and pick up your car and drop it off when it's done (for a small fee) The employees are Tire Discounters stick to their word, are timely, helpful, and kind. My friend is extremely pleased to have two new tires as the donut she was driving on was on its last leg. I needed 4 new tires for my car and I was able to take advantage of their free pick up and drop off service. Everything went very smoothly and everyone I dealt with was pleasant and helpful. Had to get a tire replaced at the Colerain store (6303 Colerain Ave). Jamie was helpful and got it done the same day within hours. A couple of things though: 1. Although Jamie jumped on it and got the job done, he's kind of rude and abrasive when dealing with the customers. I walked back in when the tire came in to drop my car off and he didn't say anything except for "give me your keys" 2. While waiting in the store for my car to be ready, Jamie took a call and after hanging up, made very rude comments making fun of the customer he just got off the phone with. I'm not saying I haven't done that at my job, but I've never done that while other clients could hear me. Makes me think what they're saying about me when I call up there not to mention the rude language they used. Very UN-professional. 3. Curtis checked me out when the car was finished and he is SUPER friendly. Very professional! Curtis makes Cam leaving that store easier to deal with. I'm not sure where Cam went but he was one of the reasons I kept going to that particular store. read more

My tires were worn down pretty bad. I called and talked to Cam. He recommended a great set of tires that were in my budget. He was knowledgeable and friendly and answered all of my questions. The work was done in a timely fashion. The waiting room was clean and the fridge was fully stocked with complimentary water. I couldn't have left feeling any better. I am now a FORMER Tire Discounters customer after over a decade & with 5 vehicles. After coming in the other day, getting a estimate to replace 2 tires, I was told they would match prices found elsewhere. I found the exact same tire at 3 other suppliers at a much lower price. I returned & presented the pricing to a different employee named Tracey. After a half hour, that included her taking my phone several times for some reason, she told me Tire Discounters would not match it because they carry a special variant of that same model tire. I call BS on this...the model matched exactly when looking online. I have already invested more than a hour of my time just trying to get a quote & a price match. My time is money. I'm not about to throw extra money at them & overpay too. One more piece of advice...never treat a customer in a manner that indicates even talking to them is a big inconvenience. read more

Monday I woke up and had a flat tire. A major oops on the best of days. I came into tire discounters to see if it could be fixed or if it had to be replaced. Since it was in the evening and I was in a rush to get home they let me leave my tire to fix when they got a chance. They called that night letting me know the fix was done and I could pick it up at my earliest convenience. They were quick and professional and let me workinn stopping into my own busy schedule. read more

Great service. Chuck Bennett and the entire staff were excellent. Took my F150 in for new 35" tires. Chuck researched the best all season radial in the size and I couldnt be happier. daral klish-walker i came to tire discounter back on the 1-7-2022 at 5380 north bend rd and i told them that i have a problem on my right side of the car. so they tire discounter look at the car and they told me that the problem was my drive shaft so i daral klish-walker ssaid go ahead in fix it and they told me it would costs me 1500.00 so they replace my drive shaft but come to find out that it was not my drive shaft so i bring the car back to the shop and told them that the problem is still there! so they check the tires and they told me that i needed some tires in that will take care of my problem so i pay another 777.39 cent but that was not the they said so now they it's my wheel hub right side so i like a dum ass i said ok and they charge me another 360.02 now shaking under car is still so they over to one of their office on 1446 e galbraith rd and they look at the car and said that the drive shaft was not install right that why they took out the first drive shaft and replace with a second drive shaft and the problem got wrost because the noise is coming from my differential in the rear because because my drive shaft hooks right to my differential and when they put the first drive shaft on and they did not tight it down right now my differential has problem i just want what i pay for and not the lies mad as hell haven heard the last of me tire discounter... read more

As recently as yesterday 7/12/18, I walked out of Kroger on Colerain. Only to discover a flat tire. My son said "look dad, there go a Tire Discounters" (TD) it was connected within the same parking lot. I drove it slowly 50 yards to the shop. I didn't know it but to was about to be one of the most pleasant service experience in my lifetime. Tracey Clemons met me with a warm smile and she could see the look on my face. She had other customers but she made me feel like I was a immediate priority. I shared with her I was from out of town. Shared with Tracey I had bought tires and rims from Tire Discounters. She tried looking me up and could not find my name anywhere. I was getting upset, not at Tracey because she was doing her best! She then said maybe you got them from Discount Tire. I thought. "Hmmm maybe I did." Not wanting to feel more stupid, I didn't want to explore that possibility. Tracey said "regardless we can take care of that for you anyway." I looked down on the invoice and it said 0.00 balance. This lady was about to bless me regardless. She said it may take a couple hours but we will try our best to help get you back up. My son had practice and that meant I would have to have someone come pick him up. We came almost two hours from Columbus to be at practice and we might not make it. As positive as Tracey was, it rubbed off on me, so I remained positive. While my son and I waited across the street Big Boy's, we then got a call from TD. Matt told me I have special rims, which I had bought and he wasn't able to remove the lug nuts. Tim said he needed a special tool. Tim immediately started calling around, he even drove to a auto part store to see if they had the tool. Still couldn't find the tool. That is when remembered a friend who had the same rims that I had, a parent that was taking their kid to the same practice as my son. The tool was brought to me. That is when the technician, Eric, got my tire off and plugged it. He was also very helpful, professional and a great informative conversation. These three make a great team! Tracey needs to be a manager, she really made everyone feel at peace. I watched her as she was helping others and knew TD was getting great management from a sales associate. Matt and Eric deserves raises as well. They made this a great experience! Please put these 3 dedicated workers in a better position going forward. They truly deserve the best! Warmest regards! 0 for this location!....I don't know if they know what they doing!...I feel I got robbed by this location.i had an appointment for my car air conditioning to be fix.first they said need to be recharge!.aftr that they said it was not the problem!...okay!!!!...2nd they diagnostic it and the problem is fuse!...okay...aftr fuse they said it's not the problem!...and I need to pay all that service without having my car aircon fix!!!...so they said the problem is compressor!...how can I still believe them if they even did the diagnostic and still they got the problem wrong????...and still need to pay for the service?..how frustrating is that?... read more
