If it's only 24.95 for oil change. How I paid $108 for the same thing. Oil change 2024 ford mustang. No super charge. Regular engine.

I really not gonna spend too much of my time Just don't buy a thing from this place. And don't think about the new mustang in general. They have my car over 6 weeks "Warrenty" never cover anything.

MY NEW 2019 RACE RED MUSTANG GT 5.0.   SAVED $4000 NOT BUYING FROM LEBANON FORD.

Spiteful, sketchy scumbags................... The sales manager got in the way of me getting the vehicle I wanted because I had the nerve to speak with one of their salesmen. My local dealership tried to trade one of their vehicles for the Mustang GT that Lebanon has and they wouldn't do it because I wasn't buying the vehicle directly from Lebanon. Hey, whatever. You lost my business forever. And btw, your dealer discounts suck. The GREAT news is... I located another race red GT 5.0 Mustang and saved an additional four thousand dollars between the much higher dealer discount and the additional $$$$ they gave me for my trade. Woot woot. Funny how things work out sometimes.

I have bought many cars over the past few years from highly reputable and the occasional hold your…read morebreath dealerships. I have gotten fairly good at telling when someone is spinning a story and when someone is being honest. Let's face facts, most dealerships can't get enough inventory from trade-ins, so they rely heavily on auction buys. And with those purchases some of the car's issues are never mentioned to the buyer from the dealership. With that I have purchased cars that "run forever" and a few that never seem to leave the repair shops. The dealerships can't really be accountable for the vehicle they resell unless they uncover and hide issues uncovered post auction. What matters is how the dealership handles disclosure of any issues and how the proactively or reactively handle car issues they sell. At another local dealership in Lebanon (a large one) I bought an explorer only to almost lose my life in it within 30 days when it "blinked out" on I-71. The semi behind me locked up and jack-knifed trying to avoid me. The dealership kept my car over 30 days (yes, they gave me a loaner) but never told me what was wrong with it. They kept saying since an accident was involved they had to wait for Ford legal. I got tired of waiting, traded the car and bought about the same exact thing and it was fine. The note here is that the dealership circled their wagons and refused to work on the car, kept me in the dark until I simply gave up. I was not a onetime buyer from this place; it was my 4th purchase in less than 8 years. But they treated me poorly. They lost my business forever. Subsequently I traded that purchase for a high-end German car from one of those dealerships you wonder about. Turns out that dealership had better morality than the local larger dealership. But after an accident I found it difficult to get in or out of this car because it sat so low. It was painful based on the injury to physically get into or out of. So, I started looking for another SUV. I had not considered a Jeep before. Actually, I hate any Dodge cars I ever bought because the design and engines always seemed inferior. But my brother and a couple of friends all purchased Jeeps, so I started considering them. I met and talked with Jonathan @ Cronin. Explained what I was looking for and that I was in no real timeframe hurry. I had other vehicles I could drive less painful to get in and out of. Jonathan and I kept in touch by text over several weeks and eventually a Jeep showed up in their inventory that would tick off 98% of what I was looking for. I am not your atypical car buyer. I run all kinds of numbers in advance to come up to what I believe is reasonable and have a line in the sand I won't cross. When I arrived Jonathan and I discussed my numbers, and he went for the obligatory chat with his manager. It only took 1 round to come to a consensus. At this point I had not even physically looked at the car because I do my best not to let emotions get in the way. After agreeing to the price, I did the walk around and test drive. There was not one ounce of pressure from Jonathan toward me to buy.buy.buy. Financing literally was a piece of cake and their finance guy Devon, like Jonathan never once tried pressuring me into something I didn't want. By the time I got done with all the docs to sign, Jonathan had the car washed, waxed and gassed up with the plates already on the car. He explained the warranty and help me move things from the car I was trading to the new one. While time will tell if this is one of those cars that likes repair shops or drives forever, that isn't on the dealership. What I can tell you is that Jonathan and Devon made the entire buying experience; something I generally detest; easy and enlightening. I could not recommend these two with any higher degree of satisfaction. If you are looking to talk to a knowledgeable salesperson backed up by a team of professionals like Devon and the prep guys, go to Cronin. Their managers allow them the benefit of their professionalism and don't try to inject themself into the sale. Would I buy from them again even if this one is a lemon, I sure would. Jonathan in now on my speed dial. You can't go wrong, go to Cronin and ask for Jonathan! Kevin G.

Fast forward, I researched their suggestions (an AEV 2.5" Dualsport XP lift kit), was able to get it drop-ship ordered through NutHouse, installed it - very happy with the outcome. A couple questions came up along the way, an email to Tom or Andy always resulted in a quick and thorough response.

They had the factory cut the rack bars to exact size for my particular make and model, and printed off all necessary instructions making everything extremely easy on me. That was especially nice considering I put all this off until the last second. As far as price, I believe it was about the same as if I bought it online. But those online stores didn't guarantee that it would be cut to exact specifications, or that it would get to me in time for my trip. I highly recommend them!
