I was stressed ( most are these days ) out and not happy about the part going bad with less than 19,000 miles on it. I did talk to Jessie a recently promoted service manager. If you're like me, you know when someone's listening. Despite exhibiting anger and defensiveness, Jessie was able to exhibit signs of really listening to me. I have to admit she handled the situation like a pro and was able to have me leave in a positive mood compared to a negative one when I first arrived. Sam and his son sorted out the ignition and carburetors replacing many parts including the entire fuel system, and the gas tank. The results are gratifying.
