I have had this truck for 3 years and NEVER had an issue with it! The Highlander is perfect for what I need, room for family, great on long road trips, and plenty of room for everything! I was trying to buy a corvette but wanted to make sure everything was ok. They said not a problem have an inspection done by Chevy we'll even drop the car off for you. I paid $230 for an inspection which found the car needed tires. I spoke to them about helping on the price of the vehicle so we could come to an agreement with the inspection findings. Salesman said he'd have to ask his boss. NO call back and less than 24 hours later I get a text that says we've sold the car to another person. When i went through the purchasing process they tried to sneak in a $800 fee for a rear brake lights safety product (supposedly added on already). Good customer service and friendly staff, but they lied about the vehicle's history. The car I purchased via phone is a white Ford C-Max with a clean Carfax (no damage reported or accidents) and clean title. I even got a PPI inspection through a third party that reported no issues. I found out after the purchase and shippment the car had moderate damage to the rear driver side door and rear quarter panel. In those areas the dealer repaired the damage with thick layers of body filler and a sub-par paint job. Because the car is white, it is not easy to notive. I do not recommend this dealer. Tread with caution if you want to buy from them. A clean vehicle report and PPI won't guarantee an undamaged vehicle with this dealer. read more

Bought a Volvo 3 years ago to the day. 30,000 miles later she's still running strong. (I got lucky.) Brandon was my sales rep and he treated me with respect and was easy to communicate with. I made a three hour drive to trade in my vehicle and was surprised to find the car I was purchasing had more cosmetic imperfections than noted and they didn't "detail" the car all that well. Also, the sales manager wouldn't cooperate with anyone other than the loan officer at my CU. Very strange and the man was disrespectful. I somehow managed to remove the floor mats during my inspection of the car and he shipped them to me the next business day. That was nice. As with any dealer, know the car you're buying. read more

Brandon told me to call back Monday morning with pay off and when I called back Monday morning I was advised that they had sold the truck after I left Saturday. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this dealership. More specifically, I would not recommend any vehicle that their mechanics have touched. We purchased a 2013 Volkswagen Passat TDI from them on Friday, December 6. The following Tuesday evening the brakes fell off of the car while my wife was driving home from work. Thankfully, she was not on the highway when the left rear caliper fell off. The car coasted to a stop infront of a local repair shop in Dayton. The repair shop workers saw that there was a problem and rushed to help my wife. They moved the car into their repair bay where they found the hanging brake caliper. I called the dealership on my way to the repair shop and they offered to pay for the repair but never asked if my wife was OK. The next day I called and spoke to the owner of the dealership and told them to come and get the car. We don't feel safe in anything that has been on their lot. The owner also never asked if my wife was OK. They only care about making money by selling unreliable and unsafe cars. They have no concern for the lives that they put at risk with every car they sell. Avoid this dealership at all costs. read more

LIERS!!! Went to this dealership to look at a truck that we saw online. The salesman was very pleasant and nice to talk too. Just not very knowledgeable about cars in general. The truck was very clean and looked almost new. Went for a test drive an I did see some things wrong. It is used and that was expected. The salesman assured me that vehicle was gone through with a fine tooth comb. Was told repeatedly that I wouldn't find one like this anywhere. They came off the price very little, $800 to be exact.The " I can't make money if I come down any more act". From the outside it was almost perfect. It was raining out so it did make it a little difficult seeing things from the underneath. Salesman kept going on about how the truck was in the best of shape and his mechanics took care of any problems. Made the purchase. Went from there to Indianapolis. On the ay home the front caliper locked up. When I went to make the repair found that the brake pads were installed wrong, melting the caliper boots. Then the aftermarket filter systems started to leak. Air filter vibrated loose. Oil was was changed but the filters looked like they has been there for a long time. Found several pulleys bad and the belt started squeezing a week later. Missing fuses. Rear brakes went bad soon after that. Caliper pistons were broken and a landslide of other problems. A huge oil leak also that you could see degreaser and brake cleaner was used recently to clean it off. 4 months later and thousand of dollars it's finally somewhat reliable. Either the mechanics are stupid or I was just plain lied too. Don't buy from them!!! read more

Disappointing experience. We drove twice from Indianapolis to complete the deal on a 2007 Honda Element, which we walked away from. Part of the issue we encountered involved having the car inspected as a contingency of the purchase. We scheduled an inspection with a local shop, and the shop dropped the appointment, which wasn't Crossroad's fault. But knowing that we were earnest about the vehicle, with cash literally hand in, they wouldn't work with us to hold the vehicle an extra two days to arrange a local inspection with a Honda Dealership. We let them know we could see there were alignment issues (minor), but also felt what may have been a transmission issue as well. We also let them know the passenger side seatbelt wasn't working properly, to which they stated Honda would repair it for life...but obviously didn't do much of a safety inspection prior to offering the car for sale, and don't appear in any hurry to take it to Honda to have it repaired...which could have been done WE took it to Honda and paid for the inspection They did, however, have the rims redone in some type of silver sparkly finish, because, you know...rims. It might have been a great deal, we were more than willing to leave a deposit, and the inspection would have assuaged our fears. Heck, they could have even written backup deals on the vehicle in the interim to help minimize the loss of a sale if the Honda inspection worked against them for all we cared. They had the opportunity to earn our business, with us offering viable options, and didn't. Got more of a 'your a sale, not a customer' feeling. Not the worst place in the world, but certainly didn't get a warm and fuzzy feeling working with them either. Likely wouldn't recommend them to a prospective buyer. Regardless of how good the deal looks from them, If you do decide to buy here, pay the money to have an authorized dealer go through the vehicle of choice stem to stern. read more

I drove over 200 miles after contacting mike, then Brandon (because mike never called back or went outside to verify the infotainment system worked), that I was coming up the next morning and when I got there the car had no fuel and a low tire pressure light on. The picture showed new tires. Mike the sales guy who I had to work with since Brandon was off said the car had all new tires, when really it had ¾, one tire literally has no tread the rest were probably new. When I asked about the other used tire his response was a shoulder shrug and well buddy your guess is as good as mine. A bit confused I opted to still give the car a chance. I drove it and it needed a front driverside strut and front brakes soon, as well as an oil change and back passenger tire (20% tire tread left). I had asked them several times to drive the car to see if theres any road noise at all and of course they said I had no worries and that a deposit wasn't necessary and to just come on in. Even a person with no mechanical background would've been able to tell that car was making rough sounds. Mikes response to the bad car was that it was a cheap entry level luxury car and that I needed to lower my expectations because it was only a $16k car. I know I am looking at a used car and there will be issues but when I'm traveling that far and you lie to get me in the door just to try and sale me other more expensive cars it's not cool. And as I said in the dealership I will be leaving a review based on my experience. BTW I purchased a 2014 cadillac cts that I found on cargurus on the way back home to Kentucky. I found a 2007 VW Ross on autotrader that I was interested in buying for my granddaughter. I contacted Tony at Crossroads car and truck sales in Milford Ohio. Tony told me that this vehicle was a super clean one owner with all service records. I told Tony that I had one problem, I was 10 days away from being able to drive from Tennessee to Ohio. I asked Tony if he could hold the vehicle, and very nicely did he explained why he could not hold this vehicle. Tony told me to contact him the day before I was coming up and he would then hold the vehicle for me. I was watch all of nice VW EOC sale around me and the only one that was left that I was interested in was the one at Crossroads. I contacted Tony and ask him to hold the vehicle for 2 days and Tony did. My daughter, granddaughter and I drove 4 hours to pick up this vehicle through a lot of rain. When we arrived, the car lot looked very nice and all of the vehicles looked first class. Sales persons Paul and Mike had pulled the VW into the showroom floor and wiped it down. The vehicle was in better condition than what was described. My granddaughter was very happy. Paul took time to show my granddaughter how to operate the top and explain the trunk to her. The paperwork was painless and we were on our way back to Tennessee within 45 minutes. Paul showed me 3 other inquiries on this vehicle and one person offered a $1,000 more and they would not take it. Very honest and great people to work with. I felt like we made the best deal within a 500 mile radius of our residence. Give they guys an opportunity to earn your business and you will be impressed read more
