They sold me a 2015 Kia Sportage in 2021, 5 years later and 40k+ miles it's still on the road and has had well below avg maintenance costs.

He is awesome. Friendly and pressure free. I know a few of the other sales team as well. Just great fellas. The financing is usually very accommodating, straight forward and easy to understand. The service department is wonderful. Jim and Dottie know their stuff! Yes sometimes you have to book an appointment but it's worth the wait. I had let my oil change run critically past due by not understanding the new display on my vehicle. Jim got me right in, unscheduled. My wait was very reasonable considering they were lined up out the door when I arrived. He even had them complete some recall work on my audio that I had forgotten about. It's a very clean dealer ship. The waiting room has great leather chairs, tv, and free doughnuts, candy, juice, coffee and wifi. There is even a children's area. This dealership has earned my loyalty and respect. Thank you Castrucci Chevrolet Sales & Service in Milford for being utterly phenomenal.

In 2020 (Covid) we bought a 93000$ Explorer 4x4 conversion van from Mike Castrucci Chevrolet/Conversionvanland. When we were doing the sale online the salesman insisted for us to purchase the seven year Allstate extended warranty, with the explanation that it was a conversion and some of the factory warranty would not cover. Turns out we are now facing a drive train repair which was converted because of the 4x4 and Allstate is refusing the claim. Allstate told us the contract should have never been sold to us. Since this dealer claims to be the largest conversion van dealer in the country, they should have known that this was fraudulent and incorrect to begin with, yet they acted as the agent sold this expensive contract to us anyway. We are now stuck with this expensive repair and no recourse to recover any money on top of the thousands we had already spent on this fraudulent contract. We have now filed a formal complaint with the board of insurance, and the state. We are also hiring legal representation to seal action against Allstate and the dealer. We will update as progress unfolds

We made contact with Mid America and paid full price to have the vehicle transported to our home state of Idaho. The online listing stated Veteran friendly, multi point inspection and had pictures of the vehicle with its top down and in great shape. Received car and guess what! The convertible top won't open. Immediately contacted Jeremy Sparks MGR and he sent us an email that he would have a resolution to our issue. Well a week went by and he never reached back out. So I called him and actually spoke to him on the phone where he said they would try to get to the bottom of this issue. Unique situation since we are in another state. That was a month ago. I've called weekly and he is not responding to any of my messages. Needless to say, I should've never done business out of state. If it sounds too good to be true it probably isn't . This dealerships took our money and sold us a faulty vehicle knowing full well the car's convertible top didn't work. Would hate to see how they treat the average customer since they don't care about their Vets. Been dealing with this is May. The car has been parked since May!!! What a memory for our new graduate. She gets to look at her convertible but cannot drive it. Mid American has failed Veteran families and out of state Customers. They should be ashamed of themselves.

We talked back and forth for a few days and when I told him the truck was not Teal, but is actually Obsidian blue, which is what it was in the pictures, he says to me "Doug, got your message about the color of the truck. The window sticker calls the color Teal Clear, so I'm guessing they know what they built." Now, he wouldn't provide me with the window sticker he claims he has so I can sort that out, but it didn't actually matter to me. I know the colors because I actually used to own the same year truck in Teal and the colors aren't even close. Furthermore, the truck has 2 different license platet on it in the pics. He claimed to be selling it for his "neighbor", and that he titled the truck in his name, which if he is a dealer, that just doesn't add up, none of his stories hold up. The headliner has clear water staining and he tried to sell me that it "must be from the rear sliding window" which is inches below the headliner and there is no way water flew up, in and soaked just one area. His final communication was: "Doug, I'm out of the office for a few days, got your message about the color of the truck. The window sticker calls the color Teal Clear, so I'm guessing they know what they built. I'm not interested in further communications on this vehicle. Bob" No explanation and that ended the sale. Seems to me, there is something very shady with "bob" and his sales practices. I think I actually dodged a bullet with this one based on the other review being and sounding so similar.

Upon my inquiry about the car, "Bob" informed me the car is in NC and not in Ohio. He then asked for a deposit up front without even showing the car. Further, he refused to show proof of ownership. He stated in an email to me (quoted exactly as he typed it): "I'm not interested in messing with you or any of your concerns."
