The staff was very helpful and respectful, and they called me promptly after the service was done to let me know my car was ready for pickup. Quick tip: Be sure to check their website for active offers or deals on tire replacements, oil changes, and other services--they often have great discounts available! Cost: My oil change was less than $50 after applying a $45 discount that the service desk informed me about. There were plenty of parking options around, which made drop-off and pickup a breeze. If you choose to wait while your car is serviced, there's a Taco Bell, Carl's Jr, and Starbucks nearby where you can grab a meal. Feedback: After the service, my vehicle was parked in front of the shop, but the doors were not locked. This finding was disappointing to me and could easily be addressed and fixed. Great experience at Tire Works. My partner and I stopped in just to get a price on brakes and it was very reasonable, so we decided to move forward. My car got a flat about a mile from their retail space. Made it to the building but the tire could not be saved because the hole was in the sidewall. They had to order me a tire because I wanted it to match the others since they were fairly new. We live about 70 miles a way so it was a great inconvenience to leave my car overnight. This isn't their fault though. They had the car ready for me the next day. The waiting room is clean and has a nice TV for entertainment. All in all a good visit, not great, but good. read more

I've gone to the Tire Works on Stephanie for years because of the great service by Randy and Adam,but my recent visit with Chris Roger's was very disappointing. The manager was rude and dismissive, and I felt talked down to because I'm a woman--especially after I declined a service he suggested. When I mentioned the change in customer service, he replied, "I repaired your tire at no charge. What else do you want?" Tire repairs are free for everyone, so that comment felt unprofessional. I took my car in for basic service and tires. The next day after service I heard an odd noise coming from the air conditioning unit that started immediately after I got my car out of the shop. My car needed a new battery so I called this location and spoke to Johnny asking if it was ok that I brought my car in at 5:30pm since they close at 6. He assured me it was fine and they'd take care of me. When I arrived, I worked with Chris to get my battery service completed. This location tries to nickel and dime you, Go to another location if you must use Tire Works. I came into the Stephanie location today after noticing a nail in my tire and looking for a close by place online, I found tire works and a lot of reviews say the flat tire repair is free, I visit their website to make sure and sure enough it says "Bring your vehicle into ANY tire works location and our technicians will fix free of charge" Not the case here, I came into the front and asked about it and was told it would be 29.99, I bring up the free fix and immediately the person next to the employee that was talking to me goes "It is location based and I do not authorize it for this location" I say but I read reviews from just 3 months ago saying it was free at this location, and the guy just repeated the line "It is location based and I do not authorize it for this location" At this point I'm too tired to argue, I just want the flat fixed so I can be on my way so I tell them to go ahead and repair it, the employee ask for my keys and goes to look at the car, comes back and immediately goes "doesn't look like its fixable but I'll have a technician look" which is frustrating because if it isn't fixable then what? they aren't going to remount a tire with a nail on it so I would be forced to buy a new tire on the spot if that was the case but either way I said fine, knowing it was fixable because the nail was dead in the center, and not at an angle nor anywhere near the sidewall of the tire. Then I step outside and call the location on Horizon Ridge and spoke to the employee there who assured me tire flat repair is free regardless if you buy the tires from them or not. But by this point I didn't want to risk pinching a flat driving 3 miles to this other location so I just went ahead with the fix, once the fix was done my keys were dropped off in the front and as I was paying the employee tells me once again that it is "only free if you buy the tires from them even though they know that's not what the website says" No where on the website does it say the tires must be purchased from them in order to receive a free flat repair (https://tireworks.net/coupons/free-flat-tire-repair/). On top of this other location told me it would be 45 minutes as they unmount and fix the tire from inside and do it properly, this place did it in like 5 minutes and didn't even bother to do a walk around of the car to check the tire pressure of the other tires to make sure everything was safe. I rarely trust tire shops because they always try to nickel and dime you, but with the good reviews and free flat repair I would have always came here in the future for any of my tire needs however now I will avoid this place and make sure that everyone I know will avoid this place as well. I brought my vehicle here with an obvious water pump problem, there was a loud rattle noise and wobbling motion even i could determine that, I requested to get an estimate for water pump replacement, thermostat replacement and a cooling system service, also an oil change and was given an estimate/ quote of $1080.00, ok I authorized that, we'll about an hour later I received a call from my Service Advisor, I won't mention any names, anyways he told that in addition I would need a fan clutch and fan blade replacement, said the fan clutch was bad and the blade was cracked with a revised estimate of $1800.00, I asked him why a fan clutch and blade was an additional $800.00 dollars, he said that the additional labor and parts came to that figure, I informed him that the fan clutch has to be removed to access and replace the water pump so there should not be any additional labor, I asked him how much the parts were, fan clutch $225.00 and the fan blade $150.00. Well the fan clutch at any auto parts store is $47.00 and the blade is $48.00. He also came up with multiple upsells after performing a preventative maintenance multi-point inspection, the typical tire shop suspension components are worn and have excessive play/wear, multiple oil leaks and whatever else they could conjure up for thousands of dollars additional to the original estimate. I have had some repairs at that location previously, 4 tires replaced, front and rear brake pads and all the rotors replaced, I want to support local businesses as I live walking distance from that shop. I told them to just complete the oil change and I'll pick the vehicle up, a few minutes later I received a call from the Service Mgr. he told me that my original Advisor is new and didn't know much, I said ok that's understandable and he tried in vain to get me to authorize the job even said he would bring it down to $1500.00 because of the overlapping labor, my point is that they charge an excessive parts markup to the customer, I understand that they need to make a profit but geez don't rip our heads off! My wife works at a local Jeep dealer but they did not have the parts in stock and I was seeking a same day repair and they said that they could get the parts as they were in stock locally from their supplier. I myself was a Master Certified Service Advisor with Merceses Benz for 32 years so I understand the operations and procedures of automotive service. I just feel that their honesty and integrity are in question, I'm sure that they are under scrutiny from corporate to get high profit numbers , the common folk who don't know otherwise are the ones who suffer these aggressive sales tactics, some repairs are necessary immediately but the recommendations should be communicated by priority of severity and monitored because some people like me are on fixed incomes and have to budget, not to be pressured by applying for their credit card which they push , push and push you to get so they can get all of the recommended work done now!!! Requested the break inspection as advised they told me it would be three hour at 11:30 never heard back so I call at 5:30 and can't get a answer finally go back and they did nothing but waste my time no information no inspection. I asked if they were too busy it was empty in there they said no ... Tire Works may NOT honor the warranty on tires they sell. Only 22,000 miles and they look awful. NOW I'm knocking the review from 2 stars to 1 star. Conversation Me: The tires look pretty bad for having around 20k miles TireWorks: We can't warranty the tires because they are three years old and don't show a tire rotation Me: I had the dealer rotate the tires, if I can show you that, will you honor the warranty? TireWorks: Unfortunately, because they are three years old, we would not be able to honor the warranty So why mention tire rotations then? If you're going to deny based on one reason, stop there. I was shocked to be honest...what I've learned is that even if you have a 60K warranty: WHO you're buying these tires from makes a difference! I never had issues with warranty work at Costco or Firestone. I thought all tire places were the same. That's my mistake though, feel free to learn from my lesson. it was the worse, the front guy chris is a compulsive liar, with a bad attitude, after he gets your money, promised many things did none of them.. e mailed the main office before christmas, no response. after i replace 4 good tires with his recommendation, then he told me afterwards not to drive the car on the highway. wouldn't give me a appraisal for the work he wanted to do. didn't fix my tire idiot light, & didn't check my spare, gave me no paperwork, nothing on the warranty, nothing on how often i didn't get my tires rotated or rebalanced, this is by far the worse customer service i have ever encountered. and evidently the head office doesn't give a shit. tire works basically takes the money and runs. can't believe a word they say. hope this helps people to avoid this place at all cost.. one star is a gift. read more

Brought in my 2020 rs3 to get all 4 tires changed they rushed the process said a 21 year old who was new was working on the car. I ended up staying an hour after close only to get my car back with the rear tires which were supposed to be staggered mounted to the front of the car. The car came back with the rims all dirty and the front right tire 20 psi overinflated. Side note they said they would align the wheels after mounting only to find out when my car was getting worked on they dont have the correct machine. I brought the car to audi to get everything fixed and done up properly. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you want them to mess up your car and tell you everything is under control and is going to be done right. read more

I came here about two months ago. I dropped off my car for an oil change. They gave me an estimated time to come back (maybe 2 hours). I came back after 2 hours, and they still hadn't finished my car. I gave the benefit of the doubt -- maybe it's a busy day and they're short-staffed. They told me to come back in an hour or so. I came back. My car still wasn't ready. The mechanic went to talk to the manager on the side, and I'm not sure what they said. But, the mechanic returned and said he'd finish it right now if I could wait 15 minutes. I said sure. He quickly seemed to top off the oil and reset the light and gave my keys back to me. I was charged the full price. I was worried -- did they honestly do the full service I was paying for? Did they actually do an oil change with the drainage and filter service, or just topped it off? My mistake was trusting them. Two months later, my check engine light goes off again. I take it to another mechanic. What's the issue? The oil has been leaking for 2 months. They said it wasn't tightened all the way and there isn't a washer in place to prevent leakage. I'm really disappointed in this service, and I would not go here again. People should have peace of mind that they are getting proper services for their car that they are paying for. I would have much preferred they told me to come back another day or given me an appointment so that they could do a PROPER service rather than a shitty, rushed job. read more
