They sold me defective/bad tires that had a blowout the next day on my trip.. the owner/manager said he would make it right and when I brought the tire back he instead blamed me for what happened. Its sad that this business was not honest and took advantage, They told me the tires were good and safe for my trip and I trusted them,I later found that the tires had been patched before, .they were rude and didnt care because it was close to closing and closed the garage door on me. Be careful here... Response to owners reply: Wow to state I lied about the amount shows your character and the shops integrity. Especially after I did send the bill and the tow fees in a text.. I also uploaded here what you're saying I lied about. BEWARE EVERYONE , Just by the unprofessional reply is a red flag Price assessment Not sure OWNERS REPLY Services Tires Response from the owner 8 hours ago Customer claimed she had a blow out. Offered to give her a refund on the 1 tire of 4 she bought. Lied about amount she paid. Not only was it not a blow out but driven flat. Still offered to help her with the 1, no she wanted a full refund for the 4 tires and claimed I told her she would get a full refund for 4 tires (silly really). She paid partial cash rest on card. After agreeing to take 100 in cash she said she would dispute the card charge. She has the receipt showing payment taken. After seeing she was only interested in getting her way even if it wasn't a defective tire decided not to give any sort of refund for trying to take advantage of a situation that quite frankly wasnt our fault. Customer also took a reprint showing EXACTLY what she paid in cash and card. And she did keep the employees 25 minutes after closing time for this.....

The staff was incredibly fast, professional, honest, and friendly from the moment I walked in. They took the time to show me exactly where my tire was damaged and explained everything clearly instead of trying to upsell me on things I didn't need. Their prices were more than fair--honestly the best value for the money compared to other tire shops I've been to in Las Vegas. What really stood out was the customer service. I've never been treated this well at a tire shop in Vegas. Everyone was respectful, welcoming, and genuinely cared about helping me get back on the road safely. It's rare to find a business that combines great prices, quality work, and outstanding customer service, but Llantera Tropicana Tire Shop does exactly that. If you're looking for honest people, fast service, affordable prices, and a team that truly values its customers, this is the place to go. I highly recommend Llantera Tire Shop on Tropicana to everyone. They've earned a customer for life!

GK knew of a place, and that's how we ended up here. I stayed in the car while he spoke to a staff member. Only took a few seconds before he waved at me to drive and park closer to their service center. Turned on his air tubes, proofed up the one tire that sorta needed air but since he was already at it, he went ahead and rechecked the other three. We were (LITERALLY!) outta here in less than 2 minutes. Free of charge, but I tipped him anyway. It's the last I can do for him giving me peace of mind. Where to even start...? I hit a curb the day before New Years Eve and blew two flats. Looking back,…read morewhere it all happened was fate because I ended being right across the street from Superior Tire which made an awful situation that much less awful. One of the employees I came to know really well (I'm literally the worst with names) saw my dilemma and actually came out of the shop over to my car. In the panicked state that happens after you completely destroy your tires, it hadn't occurred to me to just bring my car across the street... luckily this employee (again, so bad with names) saved me from calling my insurance for a tow. He got my car set up at the shop and even got me a ride home. LONG story short, there was additional damage to the car (I expected this) so I had to wait for the parts to be delivered. Mind you this was over a holiday so wait times were longer than normal but they did a really good job keeping me updated and informed. I called like a million times and every time they were patient and explained everything to me without getting frustrated or annoyed. When my car was finally ready, I went to pick it up and that's when they discovered my driver side mirror wasn't working properly. (It'd been broken for a while but ignorance is bliss ya know?) Anyways, at this point after having so much work done on my car I figured, "may as well just fix the window too." So I called the company that originally replaced my window and they were giving me the run around- basically trying to avoid any warranty claims. While I was dealing with the window company, the owner of Superior Tire was actually on the phone getting quotes/info from another glass company he knew to be fair and reliable. Just knowing my situation and what I'd been through with the car he called just to be helpful... he didn't have to and I never once even asked. Not just that, but after I explained how utterly useless the glass company was being about the window, he stepped in to basically handle it all for me. He made it so that I didn't have to wait longer for my car, pay outrageous fees or haggle about my warranty. I can't even begin to explain how much stress that took away... I would and will absolutely, 100% recommend this spot to anyone for literally any car issue. Every single staff member is kind, helpful and patient. It's not everyday (basically never) that you have someone who really takes the time to empathize with your situation and go out of their way to be helpful. This place knows how to treat a customer! I'm so grateful for everyone at this Superior Tire. No review could do this place justice.

I have been using this shop as my go-to local mechanic for over five years, sticking with them…read morethrough multiple management teams. Over that time, I've spent upwards of $20,000 at this location, trusting them with all of my vehicle's repair work, preventative maintenance, and annual Uber vehicle inspections. I kept coming back because they were honest, trustworthy, and they consistently offered fair pricing without price-gouging. Unfortunately, that experience changed today. When I first started getting my Uber inspections done here, there was no fee. Once they established a formal process, it was $19.99--a reasonable price for a 3-minute visual check that requires no specialized tools or equipment. Today, I was charged $40--a 100% markup. While I understand that inflation and operating costs rise, doubling the price on a basic visual inspection feels unreasonable. To make matters worse, the manager on duty was dismissive and lacked the standard of customer service and care this location built its reputation on. After leaving, I drove down the street and had the exact same inspection completed elsewhere for $19.99. It is disappointing to see a shop I've grown to trust (hard to find in a mechanic shop) display such a lack of customer loyalty and fair pricing for the local community.
