I stumbled into this salon on a day I was feeling adventurous but it was my mistake not doing…read morethorough research as there are other customers who share concerning reviews. Unfortunately I paid more than what was necessary for my mani and pedi services, including a 20% tip which I usually elect as courtesy. Looking back, I highly regret it. Although most of the nail techs and the manager I spoke with appeared to be kind and apologetic, the actual result of my service was unsatisfactory. Angel went above and beyond, attempting to remedy my loss and apologized to me for what happened which wasn't even her fault per se, but in the end, it doesn't change the fact that I could've paid less for better service elsewhere. Furthermore, I had some concerns as to the cleanliness of the salon but overlooked them. One of the nail techs made a comment to her colleague about the separators being dirty and grimy. Luckily the reaction on my toes cleared up. However, I am still dealing with a skin reaction on both my hands that require medical treatment. The manager told me I don't need to come back and initially I wanted to give them another chance because of how cooperative they were about fixing the issues, but now with my health at risk, I won't be returning and can not recommend this salon. Edit: I feel uncomfortable with the manager's approach to responding to reviews as she seems to warp the facts in the light most favorable to her business. She makes it sound as if I rescheduled my appointment multiple times, when it was a single time change on the same day, provided I returned the following day to get my nails fixed. On both occasions, I observed concerns about cleanliness being subpar to what I've personally experienced at other salons. Although they attempted to fix my nails, it was not worth the hassle. Two of my nails chipped within a matter of days and as mentioned earlier, I ended up with a skin reaction. Furthermore, as I expressed to her employees, I didn't feel comfortable with them attempting to do the French tips again because of how they turned out the first time. She kept erasing them and redoing it while mumbling under her breath, which made me feel uncomfortable about proceeding. A solid color seemed like the best way to go for everyone involved.
