Honestly, I was nervous going into the office. My sister's surgery was approximately $40,000, and when she initially requested a refund, she was told she would need to wait six months. We arrived not knowing what to expect or whether we would be able to get any answers or assistance. We asked the front desk if we could speak with Keri or Robin and waited about 20 minutes. When they came out, Keri greeted us with a warm smile and such a welcoming attitude. She was kind, approachable, and incredibly easy to communicate with. Robin was equally reassuring and professional. Together, they took the time to listen to our concerns, explain the refund process clearly, and walk us through exactly how they could help. What impressed me most was how respectfully and compassionately they treated us throughout the entire interaction. After evaluating me, they told me they had a laser that could specifically target my matting veins and quoted $500 to treat select areas on both legs. Although this was a big jump from what I initially planned to spend, I agreed based on what sounded like a more specialized and promising approach. However, during the treatment, I immediately had concerns. The laser felt significantly less intense than the IPL and Cynosure treatments I'd previously had, and there was none of the snapping sensation I was used to, something that had typically indicated an effective treatment. What was most surprising and disappointing was the limited treatment area. They only marked off 3-4 small boxes on my legs, whereas prior treatments at a similar price point covered both legs more comprehensively. It felt like the focus was on minimizing effort rather than maximizing results. Unsurprisingly, I saw no improvement. I returned for a follow-up, and they offered to retreat the same areas, again with no results. On my second visit, the provider acknowledged the lack of response and encouraged me to come back a third time to try again. By the third visit, it was clear there was still no progress. After a very brief treatment, I was told (again) to wait a few weeks, and if there were still no results, I could purchase another package. This was after already spending $500 with zero improvement. What was most concerning is that during this process, I was told the laser they had been using is actually more effective for purple veins, not the small red matting veins I have. This was extremely frustrating, given that I had clearly explained my condition from the beginning. Afterward, I consulted with a vein specialist who explained that matting is often very difficult to treat with lasers unless the underlying cause is addressed, something that was never mentioned to me at this med spa. Overall, this experience felt like a costly and avoidable mistake. Had I been given accurate information upfront, I would not have agreed to proceed. Very disappointing.

This was only my second time visiting the office for dysport touch up/follow up. During the…read moreappointment I was told I would need an additional 24 units(4 of which would be complimentary). So I was sure to clarify 20 additional units at $5 a unit. Total around $100(yes I did clarify $100). To which the injector said yes. When I walked to the front to pay I was told 3x that price, over $300. Obviously I was shocked and objected, but I was met with a condescending tone. I was told that there must have been a misunderstanding on my part and that I was told Botox units. Even though I was Sure I clarified the dose and pricing prior to injection. The women continued to repeat herself over and over in a rude manner stating there was nothing she could do and that technically I was given $5 a unit but for 60 units not 20. So beware they dose in Botox units no matter which product they provide to you and even if you clarify the price and dosing they will change it on you before you check out. This is deception marketing. This strategy is to confuse you and require you to do the math at bedside to figure out your actual cost. Huge disappointment. Extremely embarrassing situation that they exploited. This is suppose to be a treat.

She is located in the building across from Kaiser Hospital. Her space is upstairs which was easy to find with her very clear directions I received after booking and the signs presented near the door. There is also plenty of street parking across the street near McKinley HS. When I first walked in, I noticed the room was decorated with plants and crystals-- which is just my style. The room for the sugaring was clean and wipes were provided. The process was a lot shorter than I was expecting, around 15-20 minutes for everything GONE!
