I had a Mosaic laser treatment with Nicole. She was very knowledgeable and thorough. I would definitely recommend the Mosaic laser.

I came in planning to do a small spot treatment (around $150) to test things out, and was very upfront during my consultation that I had matting after sclerotherapy and had already undergone multiple laser treatments in California with no results. After evaluating me, they told me they had a laser that could specifically target my matting veins and quoted $500 to treat select areas on both legs. Although this was a big jump from what I initially planned to spend, I agreed based on what sounded like a more specialized and promising approach. However, during the treatment, I immediately had concerns. The laser felt significantly less intense than the IPL and Cynosure treatments I'd previously had, and there was none of the snapping sensation I was used to, something that had typically indicated an effective treatment. What was most surprising and disappointing was the limited treatment area. They only marked off 3-4 small boxes on my legs, whereas prior treatments at a similar price point covered both legs more comprehensively. It felt like the focus was on minimizing effort rather than maximizing results. Unsurprisingly, I saw no improvement. I returned for a follow-up, and they offered to retreat the same areas, again with no results. On my second visit, the provider acknowledged the lack of response and encouraged me to come back a third time to try again. By the third visit, it was clear there was still no progress. After a very brief treatment, I was told (again) to wait a few weeks, and if there were still no results, I could purchase another package. This was after already spending $500 with zero improvement. What was most concerning is that during this process, I was told the laser they had been using is actually more effective for purple veins, not the small red matting veins I have. This was extremely frustrating, given that I had clearly explained my condition from the beginning. Afterward, I consulted with a vein specialist who explained that matting is often very difficult to treat with lasers unless the underlying cause is addressed, something that was never mentioned to me at this med spa. Overall, this experience felt like a costly and avoidable mistake. Had I been given accurate information upfront, I would not have agreed to proceed. Very disappointing. read more

I had such a great experience here today. I received a Hydrofacial and my esthetician ( Caitlyn/Katelyn? ) could not have been nicer or more skilled. My face feels so clean and smooth. She asked me about texture, if I needed a booster or a peel and was so pleasant. It was such a nice pick me up with no downtime and super relaxing. This was my second PicoSure treatment. The clinic emphasizes arriving early and notes that appointments may need to be rescheduled if a patient is even 10 minutes late. For my appointment, I arrived about 30 minutes early, although the session itself started about 20 minutes later than scheduled. I'm giving a 3-star rating mainly because of the 20-minute wait and because I haven't seen improvement in my skin so far. This treatment was with Nicole, who was very kind and attentive. I shared with her that after my first session I hadn't noticed any improvement. She suggested possibly increasing the laser settings to see if that might help with the results. So far, I haven't seen the improvement I was hoping for. In fact, it seems like some of my brown spots look a bit darker and I noticed more pigmentation spots. I understand that sometimes skin treatments can take time and multiple sessions before visible changes appear. Even though the appointment started late, Nicole remained professional and attentive during the treatment. I'm scheduled for a third session and I'm hopeful that with continued treatments I'll start to see better improvement. I appreciate Nicole's care and attentiveness and look forward to seeing how the results progress. read more

I had a stubborn mark on my face that I needed removed and Aloha Laser Aesthetics was able to completely remove it. It was causing me a lot of insecurity, so I'm forever grateful for their help with that issue. The staff is very friendly, and I had no issues with customer service. Also, there is parking for a small fee. On a side note, I paid over $1300 for a laser treatment for my whole face, and in my opinion, the three treatments didn't reduce any fine lines or sunspots. I did only have three treatments due to the price. If I needed three more, I'd be paying close to $3000 and hope that it works after six treatments. That's the downside of laser treatments, you never know if they're going to work on your skin. Overall, I'm so grateful to Aloha Laser Aesthetics for helping me feel normal again and to me it was worth going if you have an issue with your skin. read more

Please save your money and go somewhere professional that care about you. I went to Aloha Laser Aesthetics where Dr. David injected me with Botox improperly. It spreads in my body, and I got botulism, which is one of the risks of Botox that I didn't know about at the time. I got poisoned, was very sick, could barely leave the house, and barely couldn't go to work. I went to the ER a few times, and some days I really was fear for my life and felt like I wasn't going to make it. Thankfully, I survived, but I'm still feeling terrible and taking it day by day. Wish i didnt have an entire package here. The laser itself is good. But i ran into issues with them twice. Once i was quoted a price and told i could apply the leftovers of a previous package to the new one. When i came into the appointment i was told that i couldnt do that and had to pay the full price of the package. A second time i was 10min late due to traffic on kinau. They have a 10min grace period. I was told they swapped me with another patient. Which is fine. But then the technician came out and proceeded to take the next two patients who came in after me... wasnt going to communicate with me. But I overheard her saying that "shes just going to have to wait and we'll see if we can squeeze her in" so I interjected and asked her how long!? Seeing as i have to pick my kid up in 45min. And she responds "well you came late so i took all the people who came on time, maybe 20min!?" The front desk has customer service. The technicians dont. read more

Every aesthetician that did my treatment were totally different. Sometimes it would be under 5 min, then others around 10 min being precise in hitting every area. a 20 minute hydrafacial was not what i was expecting or informed of. Im not one to write reviews but the whole experience was really uncomfortable. it was definitely not a comfortable relaxing facial. The chair was very stiff and hard like a dr office and no effort made to make guests feel relaxed like other places (no warm blankets, relaxing lighting, etc. i kept my shoes on too..). There were bright lights and it felt like a dentist chair. I understand this is not just an aestheticians office, but the information given was very misleading. The one thing going for them was the gentle music, but then a carls junior ad played in the middle of my session. It felt super rushed, like I said it was only a measly 20 minutes. She was really rough with my skin, even though i told her that i have sensitive skin. it made it seem like she didn't care what she was doing or about my experience. I went in to have a nice relaxing experience to take care of my skin and i feel the complete opposite. I've had facials in the past and this was definitely my least favorite experience. I am a returning client to Aloha Laser Aesthetics after a very successful first experience 2 years ago. I had the ICON 1540 Laser + IPL (3-pack) treatment in hopes of improving my skin after years of sun damage from not wearing sunscreen. For reference, I'm fair-skinned and in my early 50s. The results were awesome; one friend, who had no idea I'd done anything, remarked about 9 months later that I looked so young! Woohoo!--Goal, accomplished! Because I evidently hadn't really believed how important sunscreen is, I am returning once again for the same treatments and also adding Potenza RF Microneedling; the treatments will remove the uneven color of my skin (from sun damage) and the age spots, they'll remove fine lines and wrinkles and since I've not experienced the Potenza RF Microneedling, I'll check back afterwards and leave another review!
