I had such a great experience here today. I received a Hydrofacial and my esthetician ( Caitlyn/Katelyn? ) could not have been nicer or more skilled. My face feels so clean and smooth. She asked me about texture, if I needed a booster or a peel and was so pleasant. It was such a nice pick me up with no downtime and super relaxing. Totally recommend and can't wait to do it again! read more

I came in planning to do a small spot treatment (around $150) to test things out, and was very upfront during my consultation that I had matting after sclerotherapy and had already undergone multiple laser treatments in California with no results. After evaluating me, they told me they had a laser that could specifically target my matting veins and quoted $500 to treat select areas on both legs. Although this was a big jump from what I initially planned to spend, I agreed based on what sounded like a more specialized and promising approach. However, during the treatment, I immediately had concerns. The laser felt significantly less intense than the IPL and Cynosure treatments I'd previously had, and there was none of the snapping sensation I was used to, something that had typically indicated an effective treatment. What was most surprising and disappointing was the limited treatment area. They only marked off 3-4 small boxes on my legs, whereas prior treatments at a similar price point covered both legs more comprehensively. It felt like the focus was on minimizing effort rather than maximizing results. Unsurprisingly, I saw no improvement. I returned for a follow-up, and they offered to retreat the same areas, again with no results. On my second visit, the provider acknowledged the lack of response and encouraged me to come back a third time to try again. By the third visit, it was clear there was still no progress. After a very brief treatment, I was told (again) to wait a few weeks, and if there were still no results, I could purchase another package. This was after already spending $500 with zero improvement. What was most concerning is that during this process, I was told the laser they had been using is actually more effective for purple veins, not the small red matting veins I have. This was extremely frustrating, given that I had clearly explained my condition from the beginning. Afterward, I consulted with a vein specialist who explained that matting is often very difficult to treat with lasers unless the underlying cause is addressed, something that was never mentioned to me at this med spa. Overall, this experience felt like a costly and avoidable mistake. Had I been given accurate information upfront, I would not have agreed to proceed. Very disappointing. read more

I had a Mosaic laser treatment with Nicole. She was very knowledgeable and thorough. I would definitely recommend the Mosaic laser.

This was my second PicoSure treatment. The clinic emphasizes arriving early and notes that appointments may need to be rescheduled if a patient is even 10 minutes late. For my appointment, I arrived about 30 minutes early, although the session itself started about 20 minutes later than scheduled. I'm giving a 3-star rating mainly because of the 20-minute wait and because I haven't seen improvement in my skin so far. This treatment was with Nicole, who was very kind and attentive. I shared with her that after my first session I hadn't noticed any improvement. She suggested possibly increasing the laser settings to see if that might help with the results. So far, I haven't seen the improvement I was hoping for. In fact, it seems like some of my brown spots look a bit darker and I noticed more pigmentation spots. I understand that sometimes skin treatments can take time and multiple sessions before visible changes appear. Even though the appointment started late, Nicole remained professional and attentive during the treatment. I'm scheduled for a third session and I'm hopeful that with continued treatments I'll start to see better improvement. I appreciate Nicole's care and attentiveness and look forward to seeing how the results progress. read more

I had an excellent experience with Nicole from beginning to end. Nicole adequately prepared me for the Ultra Clear laser session explaining everything that would happen and what I would feel. As a result, I was very calm and experienced no discomfort. Nicole is an experienced, efficient and gentle professional with a lovely bedside manner which immediately made me feel comfortable in her good hands. Thank you for a stress-free experience and the wonderful goodie bag of after care products. I will be returning for additional procedures with Aloha Esthetics for sure! read more

I had my Lasik eye surgery done there years ago and went in for check up recently. The staff there is always very friendly and doctor is very thorough in the their exams. I highly recommend the Aloha Laser A. if you're interested in getting Lasik eye surgery. read more

I've been seeing Nicole and using the products she recommends for about a year now and my skin has never looked better. My most recent treatment (yesterday) was administered by the dynamic duo of Nicole and Dr. F and they are both the kind of people you look forward to seeing, so personable and professional. I have gone to many a med spa in my decades of fighting the passing of time and I have nothing but good things to say about this practice and I trust them 100% with my moneymaker. I will update this with the results of my ultra clear treatment but while I have been recovering I looked up some photos from BN (before Nicole) and AN (after Nicole) and they are pretty remarkable. This is the result of alastin skincare, picosure and potenza :) read more

I had a stubborn mark on my face that I needed removed and Aloha Laser Aesthetics was able to completely remove it. It was causing me a lot of insecurity, so I'm forever grateful for their help with that issue. The staff is very friendly, and I had no issues with customer service. Also, there is parking for a small fee. On a side note, I paid over $1300 for a laser treatment for my whole face, and in my opinion, the three treatments didn't reduce any fine lines or sunspots. I did only have three treatments due to the price. If I needed three more, I'd be paying close to $3000 and hope that it works after six treatments. That's the downside of laser treatments, you never know if they're going to work on your skin. Overall, I'm so grateful to Aloha Laser Aesthetics for helping me feel normal again and to me it was worth going if you have an issue with your skin. read more

Great place to be!! Beautiful atmosphere with friendly, helpful staff. I've been seeing Nicole for a while now and she's good at what she does!! read more

I would like to recommend Aloha Laser Aesthetics!! I am a very satisfied and grateful customer/patient with Aloha Laser Vision as well as Aloha Laser Aesthetics. Dr. Faulkner is kind easy to be around and today particularly funny and fun to be around. Nicole has been with Dr. Faulkner and is with me in all of my appointments, she is wonderful and together the care they provide is unparalleled. I know going in, I will receive helpful answers to my questions as well as pricing that is competitive. I know going in that I will not getting more services than I need. I always feel they are very conservative and are looking for long term relationships with their patients. I feel at home when in the office and from start to finish during my appointment time. I share with all of my Salon clients, friends and do so with great confidence. Thank you Dr. Faulkner and your entire team Aloha, Kimberly read more

Aloha Laser Aesthetics impressed me with its pristine cleanliness, welcoming and knowledgeable staff. The process was quick, efficient, and remarkably easy. Michelle - an aesthetician who was working with me went over the whole process, made sure I was fully aware of what to expect in a very friendly and professional manner. Procedures are surprisingly low price for the quality. A top-notch experience overall. read more

First time with laser hair removal and it was quick and easy!! The parking structure and office was easy to find.

I did the Pico Laser with them, they told me that I would not see the difference on my sunspots on the first treatment, after three weeks of the first treatment I saw a great difference. I am excited for my second and third. The staff is friendly and the results are undeniable. I have recommended this place to my friends, because I am no gate keeper ;)! read more

The entire team at Aloha Laser Aesthetics is truly amazing! I started with getting a small package of laser hair removal, and had great results. I continued on with a larger package on a different area--best decision ever. After that, I tried their tattoo removal procedure. I had incredible results after just one session! The staff makes you feel extremely comfortable and puts your mind at ease. I found them on Groupon and I'm so happy I did. I'm looking forward to being a patient for a very long time!! read more

I've had over 24 treatments for hair removal. It doesn't work. I always purchased through Groupon deals. Cheaper is better. Be warned.

I had picosure done and the whole experience was very positive. The service and care that came with the treatment was excellent. I had my first treatment out of 5 purchased, and I'm looking forward to my next treatments and the final outcome. I had picosure done at other offices but Aloha Laser Aesthetics provided the best service and value. read more

What a great experience. I had hydra facial and it was wonderful and my skin is glowing

Please save your money and go somewhere professional that care about you. I went to Aloha Laser Aesthetics where Dr. David injected me with Botox improperly. It spreads in my body, and I got botulism, which is one of the risks of Botox that I didn't know about at the time. I got poisoned, was very sick, could barely leave the house, and barely couldn't go to work. I went to the ER a few times, and some days I really was fear for my life and felt like I wasn't going to make it. Thankfully, I survived, but I'm still feeling terrible and taking it day by day. Please avoid this place at all cost! stay safe and healthy. read more

Very nice and accommodating staff. Squeezed in my friend and I last minute. I had the Hydrafacial for the 2nd time. Loved it!

I highly recommend Aloha Laser Aesthetics!!!!!!!!!!! My experience with Aloha Laser Aesthetics started with a consultation with Nicole. I wanted some sun spots on my arms taken care of and she said I am a straight shooter (which I love) and she did not try to sell me things I didn't need. She told me what would work and what would not work. She suggested Pico laser. She answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. She recommended a series of 3 treatments as one would not be enough. After one treatment, I could see a huge difference, I can only imagine what the results will be after three. After seeing this, I said what else can we do? I am doing Pico and Microneedling on my face and I have some other things scheduled as well. I am beyond thankful I found Nicole. Not only is she a honest, but also so kind. I have enjoyed coming to the office so much and have had nothing but wonderful interactions with Kaitlin and Michelle as well. Thank you for taking such great care of me, I truly appreciate it. Thank you, Gerri read more

Wish i didnt have an entire package here. The laser itself is good. But i ran into issues with them twice. Once i was quoted a price and told i could apply the leftovers of a previous package to the new one. When i came into the appointment i was told that i couldnt do that and had to pay the full price of the package. A second time i was 10min late due to traffic on kinau. They have a 10min grace period. I was told they swapped me with another patient. Which is fine. But then the technician came out and proceeded to take the next two patients who came in after me... wasnt going to communicate with me. But I overheard her saying that "shes just going to have to wait and we'll see if we can squeeze her in" so I interjected and asked her how long!? Seeing as i have to pick my kid up in 45min. And she responds "well you came late so i took all the people who came on time, maybe 20min!?" The front desk has customer service. The technicians dont. read more

I love Aloha Laser Aesthetics! The entire staff are so friendly and the Aestheticians are very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them if you want to feel young and beautiful again! Dr. Faulkner is also THE BOMB! read more

I had purchased the 6 treatments of laser hair removal for a large area. I decided to do the Brazilian area. Saw some improvements during the process. Every aesthetician that did my treatment were totally different. Sometimes it would be under 5 min, then others around 10 min being precise in hitting every area. Anyways it's now been couple months since I've completed my treatments and my hairs are back to normal. As if I hadn't had any treatments done at all. read more

I've been coming to Aloha laser for a few months now for my bikini hair removal. They are very professional and quick to get me in and out of my appointments. Friendly knowledgeable staff! Payton is sweet and very thorough so it's a pleasure going in for my sessions.

I had both laser and microneedling done 6 months ago to reduce the appearance of surgical scars with Nicole (3 sessions of each, spaced 2 weeks apart). You don't see your full results until a few months later but I got absolutely amazing results. She is a life saver and I am grateful beyond words! read more

a 20 minute hydrafacial was not what i was expecting or informed of. Im not one to write reviews but the whole experience was really uncomfortable. it was definitely not a comfortable relaxing facial. The chair was very stiff and hard like a dr office and no effort made to make guests feel relaxed like other places (no warm blankets, relaxing lighting, etc. i kept my shoes on too..). There were bright lights and it felt like a dentist chair. I understand this is not just an aestheticians office, but the information given was very misleading. The one thing going for them was the gentle music, but then a carls junior ad played in the middle of my session. It felt super rushed, like I said it was only a measly 20 minutes. She was really rough with my skin, even though i told her that i have sensitive skin. it made it seem like she didn't care what she was doing or about my experience. I went in to have a nice relaxing experience to take care of my skin and i feel the complete opposite. I've had facials in the past and this was definitely my least favorite experience. Idk what the other treatments are like but i would definitely never go back for a speed hydrafacial and i would not recommend... read more

I am a returning client to Aloha Laser Aesthetics after a very successful first experience 2 years ago. I had the ICON 1540 Laser + IPL (3-pack) treatment in hopes of improving my skin after years of sun damage from not wearing sunscreen. For reference, I'm fair-skinned and in my early 50s. The results were awesome; one friend, who had no idea I'd done anything, remarked about 9 months later that I looked so young! Woohoo!--Goal, accomplished! Because I evidently hadn't really believed how important sunscreen is, I am returning once again for the same treatments and also adding Potenza RF Microneedling; the treatments will remove the uneven color of my skin (from sun damage) and the age spots, they'll remove fine lines and wrinkles and since I've not experienced the Potenza RF Microneedling, I'll check back afterwards and leave another review! Nicole is my Aesthetician and she is very knowledgeable, thorough and simply a happy person to look forward to seeing! The clinic is super clean and modern and parking is easy. read more

I had a wonderful experience with Aloha Laser Aesthetics! When I first called they were kind and helpful. They followed up immediately with an e-mail of instructions for the appointment and parking. When I arrived at the office today everyone was very friendly! My appointment started right on time and I was given helpful information regarding aftercare and the laser process in general. I felt comfortable and everything seemed clean. Booked my next appointment before leaving - no pressure from staff about booking and they validated my parking before I left. read more
