The comfortable spa table is prepped with a little steamer to get your face ready for treatment. The HydraFacial machine was explained to me. She also stated that if the process felt uncomfortable, I could alert her to adjust the pressure. The procedure helped to clean, exfoliate, and remove impurities from my skin. She then applied a serum of antioxidants, peptides, and hyaluronic acid. The final application was sunscreen. While the untrained eye, probably couldn't SEE a difference after the HydraFacial, I could certainly FEEL the difference. Clean, fresh, and super rejuvenated! As a follow up, I came in for the Scultural Face Lift with Buccal Massage. This included lymphatic drainage (behind your ears) and microcirculation of my shoulders, neck, and jaw area. If you've never had a massage inside your mouth, try it! This helps to relax jaw muscles and many TMJ patients use this. Honey, you are worth it! Whether a special occasion or just because. When I walked to the front to pay I was told 3x that price, over $300. Obviously I was shocked and objected, but I was met with a condescending tone. I was told that there must have been a misunderstanding on my part and that I was told Botox units. Even though I was Sure I clarified the dose and pricing prior to injection. The women continued to repeat herself over and over in a rude manner stating there was nothing she could do and that technically I was given $5 a unit but for 60 units not 20. So beware they dose in Botox units no matter which product they provide to you and even if you clarify the price and dosing they will change it on you before you check out. This is deception marketing. This strategy is to confuse you and require you to do the math at bedside to figure out your actual cost. Huge disappointment. They have you place lidocaine on a popsicles stick so you can put on yourself either in the waiting room or the bathroom/ how turn and burn is that? You'd think with HIPPA they would give you some privacy and anonymity. 3. Roughly 2 years ago give or take, they went through a number of nursing and support staff, they gave me double the amount of GLp that I was being prescribed. I know this for a fact as I am fully aware (now) of dosing and measurements. I was scarred at the injection site, had huge side effects and they took no accountability; rather they blamed me. (Use IVIM or HERS) When I asked the first time they told me I didn't understand how they added b-12 and other things to the formula so the dosage was always different -nope!!! They had to many staff in and out. And they completely dropped the ball between pass offs from the person who checked with me, the second nurse who gave me the vials, then the dad who had me pay- all in the same room with glass case and the payment desk. 4. When addressing the 2 scars they did 2 microneedling sessions (about 10 minutes) and amber thought 2 -3 more would probably take care of it, but wanted me to pay for the sessions out of pocket. Even though I was an established client for various treatments. And it was their inattention to detail that cause me to scar at injection site All in- I think I gave them close to 8k. Had my cousins and my mom go there because I thought (at the time) they were well priced and seemed like decent Christian people. Now I think they are all about money; and to use a restaurant phrase "turn and burn" . I think they get clients in and out, rushed through- with little care or concern- because the entire family takes a salary, mom -dad-daughter and son in law. My experience with him and Asia Pacific was a nightmare, and a significant portion of my result is so unacceptable that I require a costly and risky revision surgery. I feel botched and mutilated. I avoid mirrors and public settings because of the effect this has on my appearance. I am deeply ashamed that I trusted this person and allowed them to do this to my body. On the day of surgery, the anesthesiologist was unaware of important medical history that I had provided to Dr. Ching's staff weeks earlier. Asia Pacific had expressly assured me that my medical history and concerns were being taken seriously. Yet, as I sat prepped and awaiting surgery, it became abundantly clear that this information had not been shared with the anesthesiologist. I then waited in the intake room for more than two hours while the anesthesiologist requested the information I had provided and reviewed it to assess surgical risk. Despite the practice's error, I had no financially viable option to cancel on the spot. Withdrawing that morning would have meant forfeiting over $40,000. I was therefore placed in the untenable position of either proceeding with surgery despite serious concerns about the handling of my medical records or losing the entire amount I had paid because of an error that was not mine. No respectable medical practice would place a patient in that position. This failure, compounded by serious deficiencies in postoperative care and communication, destroyed my trust in both Dr. Ching and his staff. Their conduct changed markedly after the practice collected my full surgical fees -- they repeatedly revealed serious deficiencies in professionalism, communication, and basic administrative competence. I recently requested a partial refund to help defray the cost of revision surgery with a different surgeon. Asia Pacific denied that request outright, without dialogue with me or any form of good-faith effort to address why I don't feel safe with Dr. Ching. Offering to revise his own work is not a reasonable solution when repeated lapses in professionalism, communication, and patient care have left me with no confidence in his judgment or ability. I strongly urge prospective patients to conduct thorough due diligence before entrusting Dr. Ching with their body, safety, and money. Do not assume that "over a million followers" is actually real, or that an expensive office is evidence of surgical competence, patient safety, or accountability.

When she did the first one, and I went back to ask her what was happening with that, she put another lump in my face on the right side of my lip... They were supposed to be filler for my smile lines. My face looks exceptional except now I have 2 random weird looking lumps on my face that were not able to be dissolved by my current aesthetics provider. I don't know what she put in my face, but she ruined it. It's noticeable in pictures and in person. I thought that waiting it out would cause them to dissolve, but apparently they are not dissolvable because I have paid over six hundred dollars trying to get them dissolved. In total, I have spent over twenty thousand dollars.And I look very good except for those two stupid lumps on my face. Disgusting. She apparently does not know what she's doing, because even when I asked her, she said to rub them in toward my smile lines and that they would go away. This is atrocious, stay away.
