They are located in the Aina Haina Shopping Center Professional Building....lots of parking. I went to see her last week and she did a great job on refreshing my skin with a light microneedling treatment. It was painless, relaxing and refreshing. Leina is professional and precise in the way she works. Everything is so clean and her rates are very reasonable. I've seen her work on my niece...everything is very natural looking, nothing over the top... AMAZING services and people! Thank you to Rayna, Erik and Bradley for the incredible experience. Rayna was very sweet and explained everything we could expect from results to possible discomfort during treatments. I suffer from rosacea and I'm in my mid-30s so aging is starting to pick up. My husband and I just got married so we got hydrafacial treatment, I got an anti-redness booster. I also got the Excel V+ Vascular Treatment to reduce my redness and it's been great! I wished I lived closer because even just one treatment has minimized redness on my cheeks (by my jawline) and I know it would do more with additional treatments. It also zapped some capillaries around my nose and removed those annoying little blood vessels! I didn't even know it was possible! Very little discomfort for this. I finished with Laser Genesis which also helped reduce redness and promote collagen growth. I was surprised how smooth my skin began to look in 24 hours. My mom saw me and said I looked like I was glowing and I could even see a difference in my wrinkles on my forehead and around my eyes. Thank you a million times over! I cannot say enough great things. My injectors name was Kim. I recieved both botox and lip injections. Kim was very informative and went over all of the different options with me for both procedures. I have been recieving botox for a couple of years and have never been happier than I am now with the results. I never saw much improvement with botox until I started going to Kim. I had an awesome experience for my first microneedling. Unfortunately, when I went back for RF microneedling that experience was a complete 360. I wasn't aware that I would need to do three session (package deal). It is my fault for not double checking before booking. When I initially called about the types of microneedling services. The receptionist didn't give me any specifics nor did she know what she was talking about. She didn't seem educated to any treatments.. all she said is one uses with radio frequency. Ummm....okay...When I went to the appointment, everything seemed fine. My first appointment with Stephanie was amazing. She walk me through everything such as what types of treatments they offer, deals that they have, and the membership that they offer. When I went to this 2nd treatment... I tell you. Everything was rushed. Numbing medication was left less than 30 minutes... RF microneedling was way more painful than the regular one. Fast forwarding to the end, technician thought i paid for my treatments which was confusing because I never prepaid. I could have been a horrible person and said yes and walked out without paying. I had to explain to her of what was going on. She had no idea what I was coming in for except RF microneedling. Clearly, they did not read my chart or there was a miscommunication on that part because somehow they thought I was coming in for my second RF microneedling treatment... that should have been a red flag.. then she started entering in her tablet. Then tells me my total was $2789 + taxes.I was so confused and was in a lot of discomfort from the treatment. I didn't want to be an a** about the situation. So, I asked her if it's possible if I just paid for today's treatment and she told me no because it's a package deal and there's no way to split it. At first I didn't want to fuss about it. As I was paying for the treatments, she stood next to me the entire time asking me repeatedly for a tip...I push a button and not realizing how much tip I was giving her. I tipped $438 and that is suppose to be for the three treatments and taxes. Everything was rush and I felt like I was forced to tip her. She was nice but that's about it. I personally am not the type that is good with confrontation or saying no. When I left the place, I was still in shock of what the heck just happen. I went to my car... and decided to call them to see if they can refund me the money. I had a portion saved for the treatment but I wasn't expecting to drop 3k. I needed the money for my personal bills and being a single mom. We spoke briefly and she told me she would need to get back to me in a few days. About 3 days, the other co-owner call me back... he was telling me that they usually don't give out refunds but he would make an exception. Well, this is the crazy part... he refunded me for the 2 remaining RF microneedling treatments + taxes. When I asked him about my tip... he tells me he can't refund that. The system wouldn't allow it???? What??? I even ask if they could reverse the charge. Charge me for the one treatment, taxes, and recalculate the tip. He said no we cannot. Why in the world would I want to tip that person $438. I technically only got one treatment from her. She clearly did not earn that tip. What's sad is the person who did my treatment is one the owners. I don't know how people run their business but that is definitely not. I have customer service experience and what they are doing is bad business. The experience was not good at all. This place is definitely a place I would never go back or recommended to any of my family, friends, and coworkers. Save your trouble/money and go some where else. I'm glad I'm back with my esthetician and she agrees this is bad business and service. Period. read more
