After evaluating me, they told me they had a laser that could specifically target my matting veins and quoted $500 to treat select areas on both legs. Although this was a big jump from what I initially planned to spend, I agreed based on what sounded like a more specialized and promising approach. However, during the treatment, I immediately had concerns. The laser felt significantly less intense than the IPL and Cynosure treatments I'd previously had, and there was none of the snapping sensation I was used to, something that had typically indicated an effective treatment. What was most surprising and disappointing was the limited treatment area. They only marked off 3-4 small boxes on my legs, whereas prior treatments at a similar price point covered both legs more comprehensively. It felt like the focus was on minimizing effort rather than maximizing results. Unsurprisingly, I saw no improvement. I returned for a follow-up, and they offered to retreat the same areas, again with no results. On my second visit, the provider acknowledged the lack of response and encouraged me to come back a third time to try again. By the third visit, it was clear there was still no progress. After a very brief treatment, I was told (again) to wait a few weeks, and if there were still no results, I could purchase another package. This was after already spending $500 with zero improvement. What was most concerning is that during this process, I was told the laser they had been using is actually more effective for purple veins, not the small red matting veins I have. This was extremely frustrating, given that I had clearly explained my condition from the beginning. Afterward, I consulted with a vein specialist who explained that matting is often very difficult to treat with lasers unless the underlying cause is addressed, something that was never mentioned to me at this med spa. Overall, this experience felt like a costly and avoidable mistake. Had I been given accurate information upfront, I would not have agreed to proceed. Very disappointing.

From the very beginning, the entire process was handled with incredible care and attention to detail. My pre-op appointment with Kristine was extremely thorough--she carefully reviewed both pre- and post-operative instructions and took the time to answer every question, which made me feel confident and completely prepared well ahead of surgery. Immediately after that visit, Laura emailed me everything we discussed in clear, detailed written form: pre- and post-op instructions, prescriptions to pick up in advance, check-in times, and all logistical details. There was truly no room for confusion. I felt fully prepared weeks before my procedure even took place. On the day of surgery, the care continued to be outstanding. Ana and Char made me feel calm and comfortable from the moment I arrived--everything from letting me choose my music in the operating room to making sure I was warm and at ease. In recovery, my PACU nurse, Tricia, was wonderful. She ensured I was comfortable, monitored my vitals closely, confirmed transportation details, and made the entire recovery process feel smooth and reassuring. Dr. Ching was exceptional throughout the experience. He checked in with me beforehand, answered all of my questions, and during the procedure itself--done under local anesthesia--he calmly walked me through each step and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Today is my first day post-procedure, and I feel completely fine. I didn't even need to take any of the prescribed pain medication. They have you place lidocaine on a popsicles stick so you can put on yourself either in the waiting room or the bathroom/ how turn and burn is that? You'd think with HIPPA they would give you some privacy and anonymity. 3. Roughly 2 years ago give or take, they went through a number of nursing and support staff, they gave me double the amount of GLp that I was being prescribed. I know this for a fact as I am fully aware (now) of dosing and measurements. I was scarred at the injection site, had huge side effects and they took no accountability; rather they blamed me. (Use IVIM or HERS) When I asked the first time they told me I didn't understand how they added b-12 and other things to the formula so the dosage was always different -nope!!! They had to many staff in and out. And they completely dropped the ball between pass offs from the person who checked with me, the second nurse who gave me the vials, then the dad who had me pay- all in the same room with glass case and the payment desk. 4. When addressing the 2 scars they did 2 microneedling sessions (about 10 minutes) and amber thought 2 -3 more would probably take care of it, but wanted me to pay for the sessions out of pocket. Even though I was an established client for various treatments. And it was their inattention to detail that cause me to scar at injection site All in- I think I gave them close to 8k. Had my cousins and my mom go there because I thought (at the time) they were well priced and seemed like decent Christian people. Now I think they are all about money; and to use a restaurant phrase "turn and burn" . I think they get clients in and out, rushed through- with little care or concern- because the entire family takes a salary, mom -dad-daughter and son in law. Now I am aware there are many other great med spas that offer similar or even better values. You don't numb yourself, and they give you time-detail- and even "free touch ups"; not to mention time to discuss concerns or how to move forward feasibly with a budget in mind I hope others had a good experience, this review is very late because I was waiting for a family member to finish their pre paid banked units. Dr. Schaefer is very personable and she's very nice when in the chair, but the business model and the way they treat their good customers who have valid complaints or issues are just horrid! The entire experience felt ethical, calming, and tailored to me. I left this appointment confident that I got exactly what I needed and nothing I didn't. I'm also glad she went the minimal route this time, and if I feel like I need more in two weeks, I can always come back. I'd much rather have that than be over-injected the way I have been in the past. I'm so grateful I found her, and I won't be going anywhere else. Highly recommend, especially if you want results that are elegant, authentic, and delivered with care.
