We arrived before our appointment time and filled out their forms. We each had our own room/skin care specialist. The comfortable spa table is prepped with a little steamer to get your face ready for treatment. The HydraFacial machine was explained to me. She also stated that if the process felt uncomfortable, I could alert her to adjust the pressure. The procedure helped to clean, exfoliate, and remove impurities from my skin. She then applied a serum of antioxidants, peptides, and hyaluronic acid. The final application was sunscreen. While the untrained eye, probably couldn't SEE a difference after the HydraFacial, I could certainly FEEL the difference. Clean, fresh, and super rejuvenated! As a follow up, I came in for the Scultural Face Lift with Buccal Massage. This included lymphatic drainage (behind your ears) and microcirculation of my shoulders, neck, and jaw area. If you've never had a massage inside your mouth, try it! This helps to relax jaw muscles and many TMJ patients use this. Honey, you are worth it! Whether a special occasion or just because. They have many options in their menu of services. They also sell products to compliment all your skin care needs. God blessed you with the skin you're in, this is a great way to maintain it :)

i have been going to kbeautylab regularly for the past 5 months and have completed several…read moredifferent txs and wanted to write about my experiences. long review ahead! kbeautylab signature facial - this is a great intro facial to do to get a feel for the place and familiarize yourself with the process. the massage is amazing, i had so much tension in my neck and shoulders and afterwards i left relaxed and calm. potenza - ive done this twice and its a long appt due to the numbing cream sitting on your face for 20-40min. before the numbing cream though you get a thorough facial, neck, and chest massage. my absolute favorite parts are some sort of electromagnetic wand along the neck and shoulders. it does not hurt at all but wow it makes me twitch hella crazy and makes me laugh lol cuz i bet i look ridiculous! the first time i did the potenza tx did not hurt at all but the second time it felt like a bad sunburn that kept being poked. i especially love how they end the appt with an ice/cold wand. it settles the skin really well, very soothing. so 2 sessions and i can def tell a difference in my acne scarring, my face is smoother, the skin scanner says my face is brighter and my collagen levels have improved. pico - i did an add on tx in february for some dark melasma/hyper pigmentation that has developed around my eyes last year. there are several spots maybe pinky finger tip size that im very self conscious about. it was rec to spot tx it. so i got 4 of them done and had to wear a silicone bandage for 10 days. i did have to replace them all by day 5 but they gave me extras which was really nice of them. i will say though i was at first disappointed because it seemed like they got even darker! when i went back a month later for my second potenza i talked to them about it and they told me its normal and it will lighten up, just give it time, trust the process. and guess what? IT DID! when i went back in may (so 3 months in between) and did another face scan, there was a noticeable difference! i think it actually got much better by april, from a dark brown to like a beige (i'm fair skinned hapa). i just had to be PATIENT, religiously wear SPF and reapply every 2 hours (use a stick which is much easier on the go), and be CONSISTENT with skincare (i added vitamin C along with azelaic acid in mornings and tret at night). it's def not a quick fix, it's a long haul and it's totally up to you to take care of it post op so i'd like to think results may vary and so far mines going well! skin stamp - apparently this tx is suppose to be the most painful but i didn't feel a thing?! i got a massage, electro wand, facial, numbing for 30min and went to town with the stamping but i felt nothing! chloe (?) was very surprised and said i must have a high pain tolerance which i dont agree with, im a baby with pain haha. another ice wand and then i left with a collagen mask that she told me to try and keep on for several hours and then moisturize before bed. i literally just got this done today so hopefully i see some good results! all in all, i really enjoy the lab and look forward to every monthly (my choice) tx. i'm very happy with my results and i have rec several friends to try it out. best part is that it's in my neighborhood ho'opili, so convenient, no need drive to town!

Located in a residential area, google map made it fairly easy to find this place. When I arrived, I entered through a door and read the signs, putting my footwear on a shelf and used their house slippers. I walked up the stairs and there was a nice lady who provided guidance on what to do and where to go. I would have to say I was disappointed in my consultation. Although nice, the lady spent less than five minutes going over the consultation and didn't really explain anything other than to let me know to use sunscreen, take vitamin C and collagen and suggested anti aging addition to my facial (which I got) and pico laser if I come back (wasn't explained why). When I mentioned I made a last minute appointment she made a comment "oh you're the one." It kind of put me off a bit. I have to say though the facial was divine. I've had many facials in the past and it's been a while. My face was in dire need. The facial was so heavenly and my face felt soft, moisturized and clean and lasted for days. The massage was divine and left the place in a daze from being so relaxed. There is room sharing with another customer but she left shortly after I started. The ladies are very nice, the place is very clean. I will most likely come again, and hopefully get a more detailed consultation.

This was a 10/10 amazing experience that completely melted my stress away!…read more Parking is right in front, very easy but keep in mind that the lot is quite small and there aren't a lot of options elsewhere since it's located right on King St. When I was waiting I heard other people say that they were having trouble parking so something to keep in mind. They have Japanese hair products that they wash your hair with and give you a neck/shoulder massage as well while you're lying in a massage chair for true head to toe relaxation. Tara took amazing care of me, she was great and so so kind. If you're anything like me and like to prepare in advance, you don't need to fully remove your clothes but they do recommend you take the top portion off and use this tube-top thing they provide you with so they can massage your shoulder area. Small earrings are also fine to keep on but I believe you do need to remove any necklaces you have. I would 100% recommend this to anybody seeking a relaxing experience. Everything from the ease of booking the…read moreappointment online, to the luxurious full body massage chair, and indulgent Japanese waterfall head spa - AMAZING!!! Would absolutely come back! Pros - Nakaia did an amazing job! And I'm uber happy I splurged on the additional extended treatment. I definitely felt relieved to rid my body of the built up 'tech' strain in my neck, shoulder, chest, and arms. Worth every penny! - Secure lockers to store your belongings are located at the entrance. - They give you a blanket to keep cozy during the treatment. Bonus! Unfortunately, the blanket's just big enough to cover your stomach and legs. If you easily get chilly, suggest bringing/wearing socks, and maybe even bringing your own blanket to ensure your chest and feet stay warm too. Cons - Parking lot can fill up quickly as they share with Baskin Robbins, Fantastic Sam's, Mana Musubi, i-naba, and Boba House. - The spa is one big open area. The only privacy is created with thin curtains to separate each of the chairs, when in use. Which means you can hear everything, and everything can hear you. (During this visit, I could hear a fairly loud lady, and her teenage daughter and friend carry on like they were the ONLY people in the whole place. Rude!) - your face, shoulders, and chest will get wet. Not really a con, in my book. And you shouldn't be surprised either. You are getting a Japanese style scalp massage after all. Overall I had a relaxing experience. I would definitely get the same treatment with the extended time again. ‍‍‍

I noticed the skin tags on my face as I age and spend too much time in the sun, and she helped zap those off efficiently. Maggie is unlike any place where you can get a facial. She uses all the latest products and has years of experience. I wouldn't want anyone else to touch my face if I didn't know they had the expertise to do it properly. The HydraFacial is a state-of-the-art, non-invasive treatment that combines cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, and hydration in one seamless session using advanced technology. Unlike most facials, it infuses potent serums tailored to your skin's specific needs, resulting in immediate and noticeable improvements without downtime. In a world where so many people are offering facials nowadays, I did the homework for you; if you're looking for someone to take care of your skin truly, Maggie is one of the best in town. She focuses on keeping your face looking its best and isn't your typical facialist or aesthetician who does everything under the sun. She doesn't do Botox, eyebrow tattooing, or eyelash extensions--which women often do--but instead aims to concentrate on the aesthetics of pure skin, which is clear with her results. My friends all notice that if I don't go to her, she has helped me significantly with my acne scars. You get what you pay for because you're paying for quality care. Thank you, Maggie, for always taking such excellent care of my skin! If you're looking for a great way to pamper yourself and give your skin the love it deserves, I highly recommend trying the HydraFacial Syndeo with Maggie. It's a game changer!
