We Laser - Laser Hair Removal Near Me - Kaneohe, Hawaii

I started my laser journey back in ~2018 and I'm so glad I did! I used to have very thick, dark hair that would grow back almost instantly after shaving. After just a few sessions with Shauna, I noticed a huge difference -- my underarm and Brazilian hair became so much thinner and grew back much slower. Now, years later, I hardly have to shave at all! Truly a life saver that's saved me so much time and money in the long run. If you've been thinking about laser hair removal, I can't recommend it enough -- definitely one of the best investments I've made for myself! read more

I don't know what took me so long to finally get my hair lasered.... After many years of saying I'd get it done, I finally set aside the time to actually schedule it and get a couple sessions in. L.A Laser is a cozy little clinic tucked away in Kaneohe. The whole office is bright and welcoming as you enter and are greeted at the front desk. If you are a new patient, it's best to arrive early to fill out some very extensive paperwork. I love how thorough they are with all the details covered. Everything is very clean, with new drapes and gowns. The staff wears gloves and masks, which is extremely crucial when operating during a pandemic. Tashena is absolutely amazing. Extremely personable. She's so quick, yet is sure to reach as much surface area as possible. She also makes sure you are comfortable with the laser settings. I have a handful of sessions left in the Brazilian package I purchased during their 4th of July special and I'm always looking forward to my next appointment! No more waxing for me! read more

Deedra was very professional and explained the laser process to me! I purchased the Black Friday specials where the upper lip was $12 instead of $30 and 4 armpit sessions for $100. The pricing here is very reasonable and you can check for specials on their social media accounts. The laser treatment was not painful and Deedra made me feel comfortable. There was even a cooling mist option. After the quick laser process the technician will apply aloe gel on your armpits. Office space/treating rooms are clean and inviting. Parking can be tricky but follow the directions LA laser removal Hawaii sends you & you'll be fine! I was able to find the parking spot without any issues. :) read more

Shauna is super sweet and seems like she's been running the show on her own lately... love the results and it's super quick and gentle.

It was recommended by my co-worker who get her laser services here. I was skeptical at first & wasn't sure how it would go. LA Laser has been on my mind for a while, as many people talk about coming here. My other co-worker & I finally decided to go together and try it. Location/Parking: Kaneohe! Not too familiar with this city, but using your google or Waze maps location is easy to find! Parking is a little tricky. Their sign isn't too big, or it may be a hit or miss. Once you get to the location via the google/Waze app, you'll see a grey fence and their logo sign. Turn right on the gate, and your parking will be on the second right turn--either park inside the building (limited parking) or outside the building. Usually, the times we go, the parking wasn't a problem. (10 am-12 pm). The process to Sign in: They will communicate with you via text message about the instructions and a survey questionnaire that you'll need to fill about some common COVID questions. Usually, they will send it to you two days before your appointment date. When your appointment is that day, you will need to text them "I'm here" & wait for them to give you the message to come inside. Treatment: The treatment I did was on my upper lips & chin. I had Alexis & she is fantastic! She is down-to-earth, very knowledgeable, and sweet! She hears my concerns, and she is quick! She always makes sure I'm doing okay. Highly recommend her for sure! She makes my appointments go by smoothly. Overall, this place is good! They are fast, lovely & good service that they give to their customers. read more

Buttery smooth skin and no more in-growns? Call me in! I absolutely love Shauna and her team at LA Laser. If you follow them on Instagram, they have occasional discounts for those who want to give Laser hair removal a try and package deals as well (After your first session, the results will get you hooked, trust me). The process feels as if a rubber band is constantly flicking onto your skin. For my ladies, and gentlemen who have waxed before, pain tolerance is little to none. It is absolutely satisfying not worrying about maintenance because you don't have to deal with it then on after! Bare in mind the process thins your hair over time, so those who have thick dark hairs are perfect candidates. Services include removal of all types from down there (wink wink) to beard line ups. In addition, they have tattoo laser removal and facial skin tightening treatments as well! Location is quite hidden but they are located on the turn where Sprint store sits on Kamehameha Hwy. Find the green building on your right, and they are located on the second floor! read more

NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!! I go to the Las Vegas location which is amazing, but I'm home visiting for the summer. I called to book an appointment so I would not have to waste the sessions that I already did in Vegas and be able to continue. BUT NO ONE ANSWERS. I called multiple times and multiple different days. It has now been a month and a half and when I call still no one answers. I wasted my money on the sessions that I have already done because of it. read more

I really don't like pain... and this was absolutely painless. Plus Alexis was so sweet and knowledgeable and made the time go by quickly! Highly recommend. Treatment areas: full legs, full Brazilian, and armpits. read more

First time ever at this location for laser hair removal and I definitely signed up for the monthly program hah. And let me say these ladies are all so sweet and welcoming! I had so many questions about their procedures and programs/ packages they offered. They were so patient and helpful. If you have waxing PTSD like me... This is your solution... @lalaserhi Hands down the most comfortable, knowledgeable, professional place on island. I've done my share of research and stalking on IG to find the right fit for me... The perfect combo of spa ambiance yet reasonable pricing. On a scale of 1-10 my pain tolerance is about a -1.5billion and honestly laser is nothing compared to waxing ... Alexis is amazing!!! She answered all my questions and concerns. She also made sure I was ok the entire time. You could tell it was more than just a job for her, she really cares about her clients. I went in thinking this was going to be a one time deal for me, I honestly thought "putting a laser on your bikini line just doesn't sound like a fun time". But I walked out with such a positive experience and prepaying for my 5 remaining sessions. Feel free to book your appt with Alexis and let her know I referred you read more

I've been going here for a couple of months now and let me just start off by saying, I love it here! Thank you Deedra for being so awesome! My first laser hair removal was nerve wrecking! I was so scared because I didn't know what to expect, and how the laser was going to feel. I've been waxing for a really long time but I decided to try laser hair removal because my coworker was so happy with her results from this place. Deedra was great in explaining everything, procedure, what to expect, pain scale, and aftercare. I had a bunch of questions with aftercare because of course, who wants ingrown hair? NOT ME! Doing my underarm, it took literally maybe 5 mins. It was so fast, and painless! Deedra wasn't joking when she said: "the paperwork takes longer". My second session, we went a bit stronger but it wasn't so bad- just like the first session, it was super fast. After treatment, she applies aloe and it makes that "sunburn/itchiness" feeling better. What got me hooked was from my FIRST session. I saw results after the hair started to fall off. The new hair that grew back was sparse on both underarms! I was so amazed by my results! If you already haven't followed them on Instagram, you definitely should because they post up when they have promos! I did the 3 underarm treatments for $100. Their IG name is: @lalaserhi They have such wonderful and welcoming staff. I would totally recommend this place. read more

Everything was great up until after my appointment with Jacey. I found out that she shared information about me and my appointment with someone outside of work. If I'm not mistaken there are hipaa laws about that. I will never go again because of that. I am not going by my real name because I do not want more of my name and personal info out there. Jacey did in-fact share about my appointment outside of work. This person knew I went to her and what I got done. This is very bad business practice. I loved going there but now I don't feel comfortable at all. Please go over HIPAA laws with your staff. read more

Still 5 stars for me ! The membership deal is such a steal. Went from only coming to do my underarms to a Brazilian as well. I cannot wait to see the results , jacy is my esthetician & always does a great job at making me feel comfortable . Love love love the service . This place is nothing without its awesome laser techs ! read more

I absolutely love coming to LA laser. When I was trying to find a laser tech, I originally wanted to find someone in town because there's where I'm closer to, but when I got referred here, I could tell why all my friends go there. Very clean area located on the second floor. When you get there the girl checks you in. You're probably in there for like 30 minutes max depending on what area you're getting laser. If you're doing a bigger area such as your legs, it may take longer. They have a 6 month program where you pay $99 each time for $6 months. This is a pretty good deal. I've been to other laser salons and the price doesn't get better than that (esp in Hawaii). You can also do a 12 month contract as well. $99 special allows you to change the areas you are being treated. Which is awesome because who doesn't like options? You can chose between 1 medium area & 2 small areas, 1 large area, 3 small areas, or 2 medium areas. After treatment hairs will fall out about a week after and doesn't grow back as much goal is to eventually be a as smooth as a babies bum haha y'all feel me I use to go to another laser removal place and it wasn't anything near the price. Definitely satisfied with my results. Love love LOVE this place. Make sure you refer me if you decide to go ;) read more

This place is so clean and inviting. The decor is nice. The reception are is small and cozy. There is various types of music playing in the background every time I go. The receptionist and technicians are very nice. They are generally on schedule with the appointments. The laser is just warm but definitely make sure you get it with the cooling mist operational. I had a treatment with and without it and it definitely makes a difference! I just feels like light pricks coupled with a warm sensation. They have packages running all the time on their Facebook page. And you can trial before you commit. The prices are really reasonable and you start seeing results within the first treatment. read more

Alexis was amazing!! Totally painless and super comfortable. The inside is really pretty too! Great staff and great treatment!

I've only had 3 sessions so far with Shauna & I LOVE IT. After one session, my hair was noticeably thinner, growing back slower, & some hair didn't even grow back at all. ONE SESSION at the lowest setting! It also lightens your skin! Great for ladies who have insecurities about darker underarms. It is soooo affordable too & that's a lot coming from me Shauna & her girls are so sweet and welcoming! It's not a shop you walk into where you feel catty & intimidating vibes. It's so cute & clean in there. I drive all the way from Ewa Beach to get it done. I don't & wont go anywhere else. I offer waxing services myself but I always always always tell my clients to go get lasered at La Laser. It doesn't make any sense not to, you're saving money in the long run. I can't wait until she opens up a shop on this side. Edited to add that Savannah is the new laser tech. She sat in during my session with Shauna & she's so sweet & I wouldn't mind if I had to go to her too! read more

Let me start by saying I'm deathly afraid of getting "shocked". Like "if I see you rubbing you socks on the carpet I will banish you" afraid. So you have an idea of how (literally) afraid I was to try this method of hair removal, but let me tell you, I wouldn't give 5 stars for nothing. I came her by a friends referral and I'm so happy I did. Ive been a religious waxer for years and I can honestly say I don't think I'm ever going back. Shawna and her staff are so awesome and make you feel so comfortable. I'm on my 5th round and I'm practically hair free! I saw huge results the first round alone! I highly recommend LA laser. Their price, specials, and service is just amazing. read more

BEST LASER REMOVAL EVER! Shauna is the sweetest person & made me feel so comfortable. Absolutely painless, I'm obsessed. Also, on top of being probably the cheapest laser hair removal on the island, she's always having specials on her Instagram. I wouldn't go anywhere else! read more

I went into LA lazer because a friend of mine told me she has had her underarms done here. I got the Brazilian and under arm treatment package. I have been getting my brazillian Wax done for the past 7 to 8 years and wanted to try giving a Lazer treatment a try. I was very apprehensive at first because I had been sooo used to getting waxed and wasn't sure if lazer would really work on me. Booyyyy was I wrong! Shauna did my first treatment. She was very very sweet made me feel completely comfortable and also made sure I wasn't in pain when she first touched the lazer on my skin she kept checking on me, talked story which made it easier. After the first treatment I waited anxiously to see if hair would fall out. On the 9 th or 10th day I could see my hairs start falling out for days!! And I am now on my second treatment and I am NOT disappointed I cant wait to see what I'll look like on the final session! Thank you Shauna and LA lazer for making this mommy feel great about herself! Cant wait to keep on coming and will definitely bring customers your way! read more

I've been following LA Laser Hair Removal for quite some time now and after hearing such good things about them. It took a few testimonies from my friends who has seen them to finally build up the courage to schedule an appt. It was all in perfect timing, cause they had a special promo going on for our underarm and lip waxed for $50. I always went to get both my lip and underarm waxed in the past, so I thought it was finally time to find another solution. Especially with the fact of having two kids, I just didn't have the time to up keep with all the maintenance. They're located in Kaneohe, behind the building that has Sprint on the corner. They have a small sign to show you where their parking is located and there were many open stalls to choose from. You open the door to their cutesy location with a small desk and waiting area. Bree was right at their front desk to greet you. Checking in was easy, it was the paperwork that took the longest, which is why they ask for you to come in 15mins prior to your appt time. After filling out my paperwork, Shauna brought me to one of their rooms and went over everything with me. After doing so, we proceeded to my first treatment. I ain't gonna lie and say that I wasn't scared cause come on now, it's laser. Shauna started me on their lowest setting, to see how I would react to it. We started to talk about our kiddos and next thing you know, I was done..not even five minutes! It was painless - to me it felt like cold water being sprayed on at a high pressure. Shana was like, "girl, we're going at a higher setting next time cause you didn't turn red, nothing!" It's been almost a week since my first treatment and the hairs on my underarm are taking longer to grow out than they usually do. I'm so looking forward to my next session! read more

Coming from someone that started from shaving...I thought getting brazilian waxed all the time was the BEST THING EVER. I always loved getting waxed because of the results, I even waxed my own armpits at home. But after I gave birth to my 2nd baby, maintenance of going to get brazilian waxed all the time wasn't on my agenda lol. I decided to try out laser hair removal since the results are better and last longer than waxing itself. I discovered LA laser through Instagram and just saw that they literally had the best deals and specials compared to other places I've researched. So for me, since I knew nothing about laser hair removal, I looked up a few YouTube videos first so I know how to prep, what to expect, etc. from what I did learn, it just feels like a rubber band snapping on your skin which to me...doesn't seem as bad compared to the pain of waxing lol. You do have to shave COMPLETELY where you're getting layered the day before, I did the night before. If you know who beauty guru Jackie Aina is, I would reccomend watching her YouTube video on her experience. She goes more into depth about it lol. Okay so as for my personal experience, i shaved the night before I went in. They say it's best to shave the NIGHT BEFORE and not the MORNING OF your appointment just a tip. I came in earlier as told to fill out new client forms. Inside is super nice, I love the cute furniture and fluffy rugs! Shauna is my tech and she made me feel super comfortable the entire time. She started me off on a "low" setting to see how I felt at first and told me next time we could go higher if I wanted to. The whole session was a breeze it honestly did not hurt at all compared to waxing. I would choose this over waxing ANY DAY! Today I just had my second session and even if we went higher I STILL like it better than waxing. I'm in & out of there literally within 10 minutes for both my brazilian and arm pits I'm always looking forward to my next session because the results are so totally worth it. Highly reccomend this place over all 10/10 stars! read more

Been going to LA Laser hair removal for several months now. I love coming here!!! The girls are all so sweet. I see Shauna who is awesome! She does a great job at explaining the process and making sure your prepped and maintaining properly after. The office is located in Kaneohe and the building has lots of free parking. I love how clean and comfortable the office is. I've been waxing for several years now but grew really tired of the maintenance. Also, even though my hair thinned out, I didn't like the idea of having to do it forever. Especially because it hurts, and I absolutely DREAD my Brazilian every single time I go. Laser hurts way less than waxing and I love that the results are more permanent. Please note however that laser hair removal is more like hair reduction and I also noticed that my hair got lighter and finer. I've already seen really great results from my first couple of sessions. Shauna makes you feel really comfortable and is easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend LA Laser to anyone who is looking to put their waxing days behind them or who are really sensitive to waxing pain. Love this place!! read more

Like everyone else, I was hesitant not knowing what to expect and with the affordable pricing was worried that it was too good to be true! However, I was pleasantly surprised with the results as well as the overall experience at LA Laser! This is a very clean and inviting establishment and the staff is exceptional as far as their customer service. I started with the 3 underarm sessions for $100 and after one treatment i have results that have me thinking I don't need to continue but of course I will as it was explained to me that 3-6 treatments will ensure long term results. All in all I highly recommend and am so impressed with LA Laser Hawaii, both the staff and results of the treatment. I will no doubt be going for laser of other areas! The pricing is very affordable as I frequent a spa in Kapolei that offers the same services for triple the price. Kaneohe is a bit of a drive from the West Side but I would encourage anyone not to let the distance prevent you from going to LA Laser if you are contemplating Laser hair removal. Check them out on Instagram for more information and videos of treatments! read more

Can't wait to Laser my whole body! This place is very clean and the technicians who do your laser are very friendly and efficient. The price is so reasonable versus some of the other med spas.. I don't even know where to begin, this has been such a pleasant experience all around. Thinking back to my first appointment the parking directions/pre treatment directions that I received were soooo clear and concise it made my life so much easier. First impressions of the salon was that it was so cute, clean! There's a nice seating area to fill out paperwork before the first appointment and water available. All the girls at the salon are so sweet. I go to Alexis, and from the beginning she took the time to explain the procedures and aftercare and made sure to answer any questions I had. The laser was painless and has me thinking "why did I wait so long to do this?!!!" Alexis is so easy to talk to and checks up on you to make sure you aren't feeling any discomfort from the laser. I've done 3 underarm sessions so far with Shauna, and I could not be more pleased with the results! As someone with darker skin I was initially a bit skeptical of getting laser. However, at my first session I was immediately put at ease and incredibly happy with the results. My hair grows back so sparsely and thinly that I only shave once a month, the day before my treatments. Laser hair removal is addicting in the opposite way that tattooing is- totally life changing. Shauna and her staff are friendly and professional, parking is convenient and free, and her office is super cute. What's not to love? read more

I started coming here for laser hair removal treatments for my Brazilian and my underarms in January 2018. I had been waxing both areas for a while, but I wanted to try something with more long-term results. I moved off island in July 2018, so I had six treatments done, and I am so impressed with it! My hair is lighter, thinner, and they grow back very sparse. I would only shave in preparation for my appointment, other than that, there was really no need because the hair became so thin. Aside from the results, I need to mention how amazing Shauna and her team is! They're all incredibly friendly and personable-- if you feel a little awkward about anything, they make you feel reassured and comfortable. I can't wait to move back and get my arms and legs done here! Definitely recommend this place! read more

I always feel like I just want to stay there and hang out with them however, I was in and out in 15 minutes. That are alway on schedule and make sure you get a full service. My hair are almost gone.
