I have found neurotoxins (Botox-letybo- Juneau) as low as $6 and daxify $7, from very good businesses. And 3 syringe fillers $660. The sales are out there!!! 2. They have you place lidocaine on a popsicles stick so you can put on yourself either in the waiting room or the bathroom/ how turn and burn is that? You'd think with HIPPA they would give you some privacy and anonymity. 3. Roughly 2 years ago give or take, they went through a number of nursing and support staff, they gave me double the amount of GLp that I was being prescribed. I know this for a fact as I am fully aware (now) of dosing and measurements. I was scarred at the injection site, had huge side effects and they took no accountability; rather they blamed me. (Use IVIM or HERS) When I asked the first time they told me I didn't understand how they added b-12 and other things to the formula so the dosage was always different -nope!!! They had to many staff in and out. And they completely dropped the ball between pass offs from the person who checked with me, the second nurse who gave me the vials, then the dad who had me pay- all in the same room with glass case and the payment desk. 4. When addressing the 2 scars they did 2 microneedling sessions (about 10 minutes) and amber thought 2 -3 more would probably take care of it, but wanted me to pay for the sessions out of pocket. Even though I was an established client for various treatments. And it was their inattention to detail that cause me to scar at injection site All in- I think I gave them close to 8k. Had my cousins and my mom go there because I thought (at the time) they were well priced and seemed like decent Christian people. Now I think they are all about money; and to use a restaurant phrase "turn and burn" . I think they get clients in and out, rushed through- with little care or concern- because the entire family takes a salary, mom -dad-daughter and son in law. Now I am aware there are many other great med spas that offer similar or even better values. You don't numb yourself, and they give you time-detail- and even "free touch ups"; not to mention time to discuss concerns or how to move forward feasibly with a budget in mind I hope others had a good experience, this review is very late because I was waiting for a family member to finish their pre paid banked units. Dr. Schaefer is very personable and she's very nice when in the chair, but the business model and the way they treat their good customers who have valid complaints or issues are just horrid! So I was sure to clarify 20 additional units at $5 a unit. Total around $100(yes I did clarify $100). To which the injector said yes. When I walked to the front to pay I was told 3x that price, over $300. Obviously I was shocked and objected, but I was met with a condescending tone. I was told that there must have been a misunderstanding on my part and that I was told Botox units. Even though I was Sure I clarified the dose and pricing prior to injection. The women continued to repeat herself over and over in a rude manner stating there was nothing she could do and that technically I was given $5 a unit but for 60 units not 20. So beware they dose in Botox units no matter which product they provide to you and even if you clarify the price and dosing they will change it on you before you check out. This is deception marketing. This strategy is to confuse you and require you to do the math at bedside to figure out your actual cost. Huge disappointment. Extremely embarrassing situation that they exploited. This is suppose to be a treat.

Before I saw Dr. Yew I suffered with severe jaw pain, migraines, light sensitivity, and ringing in my ears. Within a short time of receiving botox, I noticed a significant reduction in my jaw pain and most importantly it made all my tension headaches go away. I waited as Albee I imagined was busy on her phone which I didn't mind and waited a few minutes and as she got started was still on her phone and apologized but I seriously didn't mind as we all are constantly multi tasking in some form which I why I wanted to get this done. I booked a pedi with art so that they're aware and not upset that I changed services or whatever and showed her a couple of inspired pictures and she didn't seemed impressed. I wanted a dark red glittery base with some silver gradient color she said no can't do glitter on glitter and went on to cut my nails without asking...mind you I was growing it for over a month just for this purpose. It was cut SHORT AND CROOKED!! Also nicked my cuticles and painted the ugliest flat red with a fade a five year old would do better. Paid $50 ($45 service + $5 art) and had the nerve if I was gonna leave tip which I did because I believe in that. There was nothing she agreed with me not the color I chose, no glitter polish, no art, she chose the color, no customer service but I certainly guarantee one thing...No Thanks!!
