The membership fee essentially loads money into a wallet that accumulates until you're ready to come in, which makes budgeting for treatments really easy. Everyone here is so sweet, professional, and helpful. I always see Leina, and she's my go-to. She makes me feel so comfortable and confident in my own skin, and she always gives a little extra TLC, almost as if she's treating herself. You can really tell how much they care about their clients here. They also have an app where you can earn and bank rewards to turn into treatments, which is such a great bonus. I've gotten Pico and microneedling, and I absolutely love the results, they're long-lasting, and the difference is so noticeable. I've even gotten compliments from friends on how good my skin looks, and I owe that to Artistry Wellness! I also love the products they sell, especially their sunscreen. I'm obsessed with it! It's so lightweight, flattering, and complementary on my skin. I wear it every single day, and it gives me that healthy glow without feeling heavy or greasy. Leina always sets me up for success. She makes the whole experience so cozy and relaxing from the warm blankets to the heated pads. Sometimes I even fall into a meditative state and doze off during the numbing process. This place is truly a gem. You walk out feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, and glowing. And if you get the membership, the deals are so worth it, I'm amazed every time. Everyone should be coming here!

Dr. Gill was extremely sweet, very helpful, and 100% transparent about her consultation advice and recommended treatments. It's a busy building in the morning, so give yourself some time to make it to the elevators and head up to the 14th floor where you walk into a serene world immediately. The sight, smell, and sound of the spa immediately draws you in. After settling in, I had the most amazing Salt Facial at Honolulu Spa & Wellness with the owner. I do not get facials regularly because I tend to leave the salon with sensitive skin that's all blotchy and red from the chemicals that were used. But getting a Salt Facial is so much different! No chemicals were used and the results were amazing. The salt used is a natural antibacterial and antimicrobial agent so my skin was not irritated one bit in the process. I learned this is one of the few places offering this service, so definitely take advantage of them having this service. The procedure started by cleansing my face and neck first. Then the Salt Facial followed with her using a wand that used all natural sea salt resurfacing to prep my skin for the next stages. I thought it was going to hurt for some reason , but it didn't at all and just felt like a deep exfoliation. I then had an aesthetic ultrasound to nourish and increase circulation of my skin, which helped whatever she used to get deeper into my skin. The next step was where I could really feel the treatment doing its job, and that was the LED light therapy! I did that for a couple of minutes and could feel my skin getting its natural glow back. The last part of my experience here was a hydrating face mask that I didn't even know I needed. The whole process felt so fast but gave such great results. My skin feels brighter and tighter, especially around my under-eye and cheeks where I felt like my skin was sagging a bit. I could just feel my skin was softer and had reduced the bumpiness in some areas that were affected by acne in the past. All in all a great experience and a facial I recommend to anyone that wants a natural approach to getting one. I am sensitive to chemicals and often left waiting for results after a couple of days, but with the Salt Facial results were immediate. Try it for yourself and thank me later that you did!

We arrived before our appointment time and filled out their forms. We each had our own room/skin care specialist. The comfortable spa table is prepped with a little steamer to get your face ready for treatment. The HydraFacial machine was explained to me. She also stated that if the process felt uncomfortable, I could alert her to adjust the pressure. The procedure helped to clean, exfoliate, and remove impurities from my skin. She then applied a serum of antioxidants, peptides, and hyaluronic acid. The final application was sunscreen. While the untrained eye, probably couldn't SEE a difference after the HydraFacial, I could certainly FEEL the difference. Clean, fresh, and super rejuvenated! As a follow up, I came in for the Scultural Face Lift with Buccal Massage. This included lymphatic drainage (behind your ears) and microcirculation of my shoulders, neck, and jaw area. If you've never had a massage inside your mouth, try it! This helps to relax jaw muscles and many TMJ patients use this. Honey, you are worth it! Whether a special occasion or just because. They have many options in their menu of services. They also sell products to compliment all your skin care needs. God blessed you with the skin you're in, this is a great way to maintain it :)

So I was sure to clarify 20 additional units at $5 a unit. Total around $100(yes I did clarify $100). To which the injector said yes. When I walked to the front to pay I was told 3x that price, over $300. Obviously I was shocked and objected, but I was met with a condescending tone. I was told that there must have been a misunderstanding on my part and that I was told Botox units. Even though I was Sure I clarified the dose and pricing prior to injection. The women continued to repeat herself over and over in a rude manner stating there was nothing she could do and that technically I was given $5 a unit but for 60 units not 20. So beware they dose in Botox units no matter which product they provide to you and even if you clarify the price and dosing they will change it on you before you check out. This is deception marketing. This strategy is to confuse you and require you to do the math at bedside to figure out your actual cost. Huge disappointment.
