I hate to say it, but this place is not the same anymore. The nail tech did a terrible job on my gel manicure. I had to go back the same day because my nails didn't feel right and the edges weren't filed properly. Despite that, the gel still peeled off within a week! I paid $50 for this & that's not including tip, when I could have gotten better quality for the same price just down the street. Extremely frustrating. Please save your time and nails! read more

I want to give a higher rating just because the customer service was good and they were very flexible. Forewarning: This place barely has parking spots near it so you have to scout around and make sure you don't park in tenant parking lots of in illegal parking spaces. However the reason why I gave a very low score is the quality of the nail Polish that they use and the actual pedicure service. Not once, but twice that she made both on my big toes on my foot bleed. When she was painting my nails, her own hand nails were digging into the cuts she made when cutting my nails. The service was done quickly, but the quality of the job was really bad. CoViD 19- "NEW" Retrofit for service Review #5 By golly, the service providers had to spend some money to retrofit their establishment to comply with the Board of Health new requirements. I've been going to Miley's now for years mainly because they are in close proximity to my residence and in passing to and from my office. 1) They removed 1 pedicure spa chair allowing the 6' distance between chairs 2) They removed 1 manicure station allowing the 6' distance between each station 3) Masks required 4) You need to attest to clean health and away from CoViD by answering their question form and you are required to sign it Everything else appears the same. Parking limited to 2 assigned stalls and the rest is street parking. Pricing set to Pre-CoViD amounts. There are no CoViD surcharges. Staff appears to be the same as before. Their hours are limited; my best suggestion is to call for an appointment before heading there. A definite repeat for me. read more

I wish I could give em zero stars. I asked for my acrylic nails to be removed. The lady used a piece of fake nail to go under the acrylic layer and lift it off. It felt like she was ripping off my natural nail and she hit my cuticle a couple times! After, she used the nail drill to remove more of it and ending up filling down some of my natural nail. Some of my nails have red spots on them with a dent on it. They are now very sensitive if I press down on them. At the end, there was still some of the acrylic base left on my nails. When it was time to pay, she charged me $15 for this removal and added the tip without even asking me. Won't be returning to this salon ever again.. read more

I came here with my best friend because this place was the closest one from her. I had made a phone reservation over the phone doe 4:30pm and the man that answered the phone, was very kind. Same guy that's shown in the picture was also my nail tech. He was far by the patient nail tech I've ever had. And he took real good care of me and my toes. He didn't rush on me so he got a very generous tip from me also. However, the nail tech lady that my best friend had -- I felt like she was rushing. Like those nail techs that like to get people in and out. The ones that are about quantity over quality. Pedicures are supposed to be AT LEAST 45 minutes long. As so I've learn in cosmetology school. But my best friend's pedicure was only twenty minutes!! Twenty minutes compared to the minimum 45 minutes is a bit difference!! Makes me wonder if she even cleaned my friends toes good. By the time I finished my deluxe pedicure; my friend finished her pedicure AND manicure!! My friend couldn't also believe the price when she was done. They need to update their prices that they have shown right in front of you so that we are not shocked by the prices at the end. During my first visit, the gentleman did my pedicure. I got the he older woman with glasses on my second visit. Both employees are quiet, hard working, and efficient. If you're in the Liliha area, stop by for a treat! They have a parking lot right next door - look for the signs. The doors are open for a cool cross ventilation and there's a fan blowing for more circulation in the room. There are four massage chairs and four manicure tables. It's a small space that uses every inch well. I walked in both times, but for a guaranteed appointment, it would be better to call first. Nail broke after one week. Got the gel manicure + regular pedicure. My pedicure got messed up right when I walked out the salon as she did not let it dry completely. Didn't notice till I got home. I passed this place for years and finally went in! I've never had a pedicure and today was my first time! I was so surprised, how relaxing it was. They had the massage chair to sit down on as they proceeded to clean, soak and massage my size 13 feet! I have to say for my first time experiencing a pedicure, I was very pleased I did not get the gentleman's name who gave me the pedicure but, he was cool. A peaceful water sound coming probably from an aquarium made me feel relaxed. The place itself is a bit rundown and supplies are not santized properly. For example, the pumice was rubbed with another scrubber in the foot basin and placed back into the drawer for next use. All tools are just sitting in drawers. I thought nowadays they are all mostly single use? Sanitized and placed into sealed pouches? The service itself was ok. I got a gel mani and regular pedi and daughter got regular mani and pedi. Grand total was $90. A bit exepnsive in my mind. Also it took forever! It took us more than an hour because after my mani she went to do another service for someone else My gel mani somehow lasted less time than my pedi with the first chip being just a couple days in for both! I checked out Miley's Nails based on a yelp search for "Best Pedicures" in my area. I have had nail services done here (and at the salon that used to be here before Miley's opened), but that was pre-yelp time for me. I love that I could have made a same-day weekend appointment OR walked in depending on my needs, and that when I did walk in on Saturday, there was no wait!! The salon is small, but they offer waxing and massage services as well as nail services. Wow! And the prices are right. The only reason to subtract 1 star is that for most, parking will be a huge issue as there isn't any. You can probably find street parking and expect to walk a ways, but it is what it is. I got the added bonus of exercise, by walking from my house to & from my pedi so did not have to worry about parking. Score!! I'll be back. read more

This place is my new favorite pedicure place!! The inside is clean, massage chairs comfy, they play Netflix movies, and let you enjoy a drink while you pamper yourself. Parking stalls are in a lot next door. Their prices are great- $20 for a spa pedicure, $5 for nail art. I hope they dont raise the prices, bc it is such a gem. My nail artist was an older lady. She was meticulous when it came to prepping my nails. Really took her time. Also, the foot and leg massage was 5 minutes- per foot!! Plus an initial foot massage while cleaning and scrubbing my feet! I went last week Tuesday to do a pedicure with some sisters. It was great but the lady didn't ask me what kind of pedicure I wanted. Plus she didn't even massage my feet for a long time. I'm writing this review since my girlfriend beat me to it :) This place is awesome and super affordable. The owner is a true nail artist... bring her a picture or give her an idea and she will make your nails beautiful. You will not be disappointed. Luckily for me, Miley's Nails is right down the street from my house... however, I would drive from Kaneohe, my original hometown if I had to because she is so worth it! The staff at this shop is super friendly and they speak English (a definite huge PLUS when at a nail shop). They have a staff of around 3-4 women working daily and are very accommodating to the needs of the clientele. Another huge bonus is that the staff are very respectful to one another . Making appointments is suggested but not necessary. When getting our nails done, she does not rush us or hurry us along. A huge secret that I did not know until recently is that they have a little parking lot next to their shop, it is right passed their location in front of a house. This makes life a million times easier because I used to hope and pray for street parking (&& I am NOT a good parallel parker). Whenever I go to this place it feels like family, they all talk story with me and help me feel comfortable. There is a TV that plays Netflix. They also have coffee and water that they offer too. I know that my nails will look awesome when I leave. And I never feel like I am being over-charged. ( u know some places they charge to take off nail polish then charge to put it on ... Where to start with this place. All I got to say that looks are deceiving. From the outside looking in, this building looks run downs yes, the building is run down but the inside is clean and cute. I have 2 ladies working on me at the same time. Shellac/gel manicures and pedicures. They clean my hands and feet cuticles like no others. I wish the manicurists in the mainland would do as great clean cleaning like them! They also give great long massages. I have no complaints. Very nice small place that's humble, not flashy. A nice man took in me and my daughter for a 3:00 pedicure appointment and didn't have to wait. You definitely get what you pay for at this salon. I paid about $67 after tax and tip for a spa pedi and gel manicure. The experience overall wasn't anything special but they got the job done. The whole salon environment was kind've awkward and quiet because they had a TV but didn't turn it on and the nail tecs were just talking amongst themselves with very little interaction with there customers. I live about 5 minutes away walking distance and always just walk in and get seated within 5-10 minutes. But if you don't want to wait you should call in advance to see if they have an available opening because there were only 3 technicians every time I went as the salon itself is fairly small. After coming here a few times I wanted to write about my experience... The first time I came here I was very disappointed because I asked for a full set with a simple vertical stripe design but I could tell the technician wasn't very experienced because the lines were so messy, the paint was everywhere and she even cut my finger! I paid $65 just. for. my. nails. and I felt overcharged because on top of the horrid experience I wasn't anywhere close to satisfied with my nails. I thought I would never come back again, but I had some free time today and just walked over one more time and asked for a simple spa pedi with just a clear coat and an all over glitter gel mani because I thought to myself how can they mess this up right!? For the price that I paid I was satisfied with my service today and now I know that if I want some simple stuff that this is the place to go! The cleaning, scrub, massage and paint were all great to me, my second experience here was way better! My mani and pedi were both done by Tee and took about 1 hr and 15 minutes.
