I love this salon. I've been coming here for a couple of years now and have only had one instance where I was dissatisfied, but I literally came back the next day and they fixed my nail shape. I've had my eyebrows done here, and a few sets of gel-x. But I mainly go for pedicures. I tell my friends to go there. Bring out of town family in there. Have my man come with me. It's clean and there's enough FREE parking outside. You can schedule your appointment online, and even select your tech ahead of time. If there's any issues with your appointment, Frank calls and gets you squared away. They also send texts to check in on you after appointments and if you've been gone too long. Check them out, Dillingham is a nightmare, but these guys are worth it. read more

This was NOT relaxing at all I have not gone to a headspa before but I called ahead and they had availability so I said why not try it. I saw on TikTok and Instagram their reviews but that was not the experience I received. No photos were taken of my scalp so I am not sure if that was apart of it... The scalp massage was more like aggressive rubbing than massaging. I am sure her fingernails were used during my shampoo which began to hurt.. The best way to describe is It felt like my mom scrubbing my hair because she found out I have lice. my face was constantly being splashed with water and during the rinse off water went up my nose twice.. When toweling off my hair she was rubbing the towel, which is damaging to hair and creates knots. Save your money and just double shampoo at home, at least you can blow dry your hair to your styling.. I paid AND tipped as the service was done, proper training needs to be held so customers don't leave completely disappointed. I will not be returning and DO NOT recommend coming to Mili for headspa.. maybe just nails. read more

As someone who has visited multiple head spas in several countries, I can confidently say this was not an authentic head spa experience. The service felt more like a basic shampoo using Kirkland products than a professional scalp treatment. Much of the appointment consisted of lightly massaging or "petting" my hair, without any noticeable scalp cleansing or treatment benefits. Another issue was that my face was repeatedly soaked during the service, which made the experience uncomfortable. At the end, they showed me microscope images of my hair follicles, but there was no visible difference before and after the treatment. The location is also less than ideal, as it's situated in the back of a nail salon. Throughout the appointment, I could clearly hear conversations and activity from the salon, which took away from any sense of relaxation. If you're looking for a true head spa experience on Oahu, I'd recommend trying Dep Salon, Creave, or Dada instead. In my experience, they use professional salon-grade products, provide a much deeper scalp cleanse, and deliver visible results. Save your time and money and consider one of those options instead. read more

Annie did my nails. It was my 1st time having nail extensions and she walked me through my options. I decided on Gel x extensions. The process was quick and I love my new nails. I also opted for the "cat eye" gel polish. I love the way the polish reflects the light. The salon was busy but everything was neat and clean. Annie was very kind and did a nice job on my nails. I don't know how other salons handle pricing but if you are getting extensions and would like to add a manicure, there's a small additional charge. I've been going here for years & I just had my first bad service today. I'm giving it three stars because i normally have a good time here. I got an "essential pedicure" & a "deluxe manicure". I feel like the man that worked on my pedicure went above and beyond and it came out great. I paid more on my manicure than the pedi and yet it came out horrendous compared to my pedicure. It is kind of my fault because I was watching a soccer match so I didn't catch it, but she didn't push back my cuticles or clip them pretty much at all. There is nail polish as well on some of my cuticles. I paid extra for that deluxe service so I am let down. I dont want to name my nail tech because I shouldve noticed before the end of the service, but also I should not have to watch my entire appointment to make sure the service is actually being done. read more

I walked in - and luckily, there was a technician, Amy, who was available. She was quiet, strong, and efficient. I got the basic pedicure and enjoyed the massage chair. Amy gave me a chart with numbered nail colors, arranged by shades. I was able to choose while seated... instead of standing in front of shelves of bottles and looking at random hues. Thank you! The small shopping plaza is very clean reasonable amount of parking spaces. I did a mani and pedi, full set with French tips. Kathy did my Mani, she was so nice and sweet. The atmosphere was so quiet and clean! All the ladies are so friendly. I love that they take your opinion in considerations and they communicate very well. I truly forgot the name of the lady that did my nails, she sit at the very last table closes to the mirror. Love her sense of humor. This was our second time trying this salon, and unfortunately we had another disappointing experience. The first time we visited, we made appointments for two people several days in advance because we had a trip the next day and wanted to make sure everything was scheduled properly. When we arrived, we still had to wait about 20 minutes, and my daughter wasn't started on until an additional 30 minutes later. Because of this, our services didn't finish at the same time and the whole experience felt stressful and poorly organized. We decided to give the salon another chance over a year later, but sadly it seems nothing has changed. They still do not seem to prioritize phone or online appointments and appear to pack in as many clients as possible without leaving enough time or seating for scheduled guests. The environment felt rushed, chaotic, and involved a lot of unnecessary waiting. I would not recommend this salon if you are planning a girls day or hoping to enjoy services together with family or friends. Everyone gets started at different times and in different chairs, so you can't really relax or spend time together. It's unfortunate because the salon is very close to my house and extremely convenient, but after this latest experience I will not be returning. I would rather travel a little farther for better customer service, better scheduling, and a more organized environment that actually respects appointments. read more

I saw a Social Media clip on IG and decided to try Mili Nails 2 since it's close to where I live and have been looking for nail salon that makes me feel comfortable, that's clean, staff friendly, and won't cut my skin when doing a manicure or pedicure. If gel is over $10+ extra, the nail artist should be doing it to the best of her ability. I texted the owner regarding the sloppy pedicure I received, and he offered me to come back in for a free fix which I do not have time for. I instead wanted a refund for JUST the gel portion of my service (I was not asking for my $83 back, just my $17 for the gel EXTRS CHARGE). Response was not given for quite some time. I have never left a bad review for a nail salon before- this being the first says alot. Nail-polish not being properly applied, my whole toenail not being covered, and nailpoish left on my skin while having the audacity to charge $17 additional for gel. UPDATE: Frank was sick, however did end up refunding me the gel. I am still not happy with the tech, but knowing Frank took it seriously was definitely reassuring for me. I took my daughter Luna on a girl's date here for the first time. Everyone was so friendly and treated Luna very sweetly even though she couldn't sit still lol. The salon was very clean and had a very calm vibe. We were offered a complimentary drink and had a great time. Love that they offer kid's mani and pedi--Luna is thrilled with her first time visit.
