Which is a good thing! The owner frank was running the front and is friendly and very efficient. I can tell that customer satisfaction is a priority here. Booking your service is super convenient. You can book online super fast and easy. You also get reminder texts which is helpful. I'm glad we booked online because it was busy.. (we went in on a Sunday afternoon) I booked hybrid eyelash extensions with Mimi and she was so kind and patient with me. I didn't come prepared with pictures or examples but she was very helpful when trying to decide which style would best suit my preference. Mimi showed me pictures. I asked if I could have a mixed look between 2 different pictures. I didn't want too natural but I didn't want too full either. Mimi mapped out the lash plan, I just nodded fully trusting.. when I woke up from my nap.. (sorry for dozing off, Mimi ).. she created exactly what I wanted. I would say the only difficulty was getting on and off the table/bed thingy. But that's on me, I'm just very out of shape and a big girl haha. Mimi is tiny compared to me and I'm thankful to her for helping me sit up from my "lash nap".. yes, it's comfortable and she added an extra pillow and blanket (I think) which made it very comfortable. Mili Nail Two is very clean! My husband was getting a pedicure during my lash appointment and by the time I was pau, his chair and area was already cleaned. There are two head spa beds side by side, tucked into a semi-enclosed space, closed off by a folding screen. I understand that space is at a premium here, but I kinda wish for a little more elbow room, and a completely walled-off room at that. I will give kudos to them for maximizing use out of every corner! I was 30 minutes early for my appointment, and expected to just hang out in one of the mani/pedi chairs, but they went ahead and took me back to the head spa area. Mimi took care of me, absolute sweetheart. I do computer work, am prone to stiff neck/shoulder. Mimi found all my knots, was DETERMINED to work them all out LOL. We had a bit of a language barrier, but she took to Google Translate to communicate with me. She voiced her concern that I would get headaches from the tension, and went back to working out the knots after drying my hair. I've been to a few other head spas on island...this is one of the better ones.

Then another customer came in with what looked like a chipped nail. An employee came out from the back, greeted that customer, discussed what she needed, and took her straight back to fix her nail--all while I was still sitting there without a single acknowledgment. I understand appointments, regular clients, and quick fixes may take priority at times, but it takes only a few seconds to acknowledge someone waiting and let them know what's going on. The salon space was clean and well-lit. The chairs were massage chairs and they're actually decent, better than a lot of salon massage chairs I tried. I was also offered water. The basic pedicure also included quite a bit of different services and that's just basic, and I think it's more than enough. Parking could be challenging because they only have a few spots right outside the salon as the other stalls are reserved for other businesses. Some signs would specify their hours of operation so if I arrive out of those hours I would just park there. Also Sunday street parking is free. Initially it was only be for two but…read morethe next morning we added on two more pedicures and they were very accommodating to all the changes! The prices were very reasonable. I paid $75 for my manicure ($25 manicure, $45 gel french tip, $5 nail fix) and my pedicure was $37 for a basic. The new salon is brand new and everything is very clean. Ruby did my pedicure and Alex did my manicure. They were extremely busy while we were there but it seemed like it ran really smoothly. Everyone was pleasant enough but not much talking and it did feel a little rushed at times but also understanding that they were trying to accommodate all 4 of us on short notice. Ruby cut slightly too deep into the side of my left big toe and she apologized but it was very noticeable swollen and painful the next day compared to my other toe so that's not ideal. She was very meticulous with the polish application though! Alex did a great job with my deep french manicure. He was very quick and efficient with putting on an acrylic tip onto my thumb that was shorter than the rest of my nails. He was careful to not have the gel touch my skin and seemed to be the go-to for frenchies. The girl working the front desk didn't seem to be in a good mood. I don't usually mind but she was very short with her responses and not particularly nice or helpful when I asked a few questions regarding the pricing and point system. There is plenty of street parking available and it was easy to find. They're very popular so expect to be a slight wait and it's definitely a more sterile and clinically run salon than a welcoming one. I didn't see anyone with a walk-in so I would always recommend making an appointment!
