This may have been the worst manicure I've ever had. My technician nicked two of my fingers (my left middle finger and my right pinky) and did not address it. The polish was chunky and my technician let it flood a couple of my cuticles. She filed my nails unevenly --- the photos attached were AFTER i filed them myself to try and even out the shape. I usually don't leave reviews but I feel compelled to share just to warn others who don't want to waste their hard earned money on a subpar manicure. I would have spoken up, however I felt bad and nevertheless tipped 20%. There are better salons that are worth your money. EDITED: the photos attached are from one day after I got my nails done here. EDITED 4/2: in response to An's comment, I've added a photo of the credit card charge from my visit here to validate that I was indeed a customer here on 3/26/26. I made an appointment in advance, but still had to wait almost an hour after arriving. The pedicure was disappointing -- a lot of dead skin was still left unfinished, and some of the tools did not seem disposable or properly sanitized. I only got a simple single-color gel manicure, but the surface felt rough and bumpy afterward instead of smooth. Overall, both the service and the technique felt rushed and unprofessional. Edit: Anna called apologizing said it was a miscommunication on their part. And will gladly redo my nails. I will re-schedule it later. So I went in for my birthday nails with 3D shell art in mind....like the pictures they have scrolling through their front desk TV screen. I wanted cat eye with 2 fingers in each side with 3-D art. The cat eye...done beautifully. The shell not so much. I was not happy...I tipped full 20% and left...I called later to tell them that I just wanted it redone...the one finger. They said no problem...come in anytime. I said I can not make it today (Friday). She said ok sat..:I said MAYBEI can but would be after 2pm as I work, she said ok no problem. They will be there. I could not make it. It thought ok...i did not make an appointment officially...so why call. I come in Monday...hoping to get it fixed. She said ok, no problem but I had to wait 30mins til one person was freed up. I waited and stepped out for 6 mins and when I came back she was in to the next person. I understand taking the business first before the mess up/fix but you could have told me before hand...maybe not today?! Not proceed to tell me and side eye you client about how I did not show up when I called...when I clearly said I could not. And that maybe I can in sat but not sure. The attitude was not necessary. Very sad to downgrade my review but after three consecutive times I'm no longer coming back. They do not respect your time. I make appointments for a specific time and have to wait 45-60 minutes after my appointment time to finally get seen. I'm super disappointed. If you value your time, do not make an appointment here. They do not respect your appointment time, no call to update this and expect you to wait around for an hour. The first time I booked a pedi and Mani which is usually done at the same time. For some reason, they made me do the pedi first and I could not spend 2 hours here to do the mani after. The second, Rose was starting on another customer when I came for my appointment time. I had to wait an hour to be seen. The third time, Rose was just taking off gel polish from a customer so I knew it would be awhile since she just started on her. They said I could go with someone else but couldn't tell me a time either. I left because I had a meeting and my son with me. So disappointed they have no respect for people's time. I made an appointment. I was not a walk-in which I could understand having to wait. Strike 3 on them double booking my time slot so I need to find another place. I love the fact that I could book it online. Very convenient. They are located in market city next to foodland. Parking is hit or miss it can get pretty busy. I was getting my nails done for my trip to Bali. My mistake was that it was also prom season when I went so I waited a little bit. It was interesting that the nail tech only cut off the tips of my nails because it eventually separated and I ended up having gaps between my nail and the acrylic one that she glued on and food was getting stuck which was really annoying. She did accidentally cut me from her tool when she was shaving it down. Which is the reason for my 4 stars. But I do have to admit they barely lifted after almost a month especially when the last nail place blamed my nails lifting was from washing my hands. Mine came out to $95 without tip. read more

I got a text to confirm my appointment and provided a picture of what I wanted and she nailed it lol! - I arrived early to my appointment and was greeted and checked in easy on the electronic pad to get points. - Nina let me select my color and glitter preference. My appointment was at 1:00 pm and I finished at 2:30 pm which in my experience is very fast. She was also very gentle and very nice. This salon is super amazing... it was a Sunday late afternoon and I decided to have a hair transformation. So I look up Yelp and found this place. Drove quickly over and thank gosh they were open and do take walk in! All the people working in there is super duper friendly and welcoming. I ask my stylist to do a long layer with curtain bangs. She was very careful and attention to details when cutting my hair. She took her time to make sure I look good and my hair are perfect. My hair turn out Super great! I am very picky with who cuts my hair but this place did a great job! They are also a nail salon place so I will definitely get my nails done next time. This place is adequate but I wouldn't recommend it as a regular place. I've been here three times in the past few months. First visit I had a pedicure and it was fine. Second visit was a gel manicure. They did not file my nails and the cuticle edge of the gel was uneven and started to peel up within a week. Third visit I expressed concerns about using a drill on my natural nails. They were defensive rather than reassuring. I prefer a natural shape, neither round or square, and somehow ended up with very round nails. At that point it was too short to correct. I asked for the same shape I came in with. They completed the manicure without having me wash my hands at the end, so I had a mixture of lotion and nail dust all over my hands and arms. I have no problems speaking up but really that's a basic expectation. There's more but I won't get into it. There seems to be happy regulars when I visit. I was sincerely hoping to become a regular here but I keep getting disappointed. Update: I wrote the first part of the review while still in the shop. I noticed the edge of the gel was uneven so I asked them to fix it while still there. The technician did not listen, kept interrupting me even after I asked her to stop interrupting. I remained calm the whole time but she did not. She also called out this review online, accusing me of lying. Be warned. read more

I called when they opened to make an appointment at a certain time. They confirmed that they were available for the time I selected. I called again because I was having trouble finding a parking space and when I confirmed that I would be about 5 minutes late to my appointment, they were confused and asked if I had an appointment. I told reminded them of the call I had in the morning with them and it seemed like they forgot to write it down. I arrived exactly 5 minutes late and waited about 20 minutes before I got seated for my scheduled regular pedicure. I wasn't able to select a nail color while I waited which is typically what happens. They sat me down and the water was extremely hot as it was filling in and it started burning me. I wanted to give this place more stars, but there is another review that also highlighted the poor customer service. The manager Anne is extremely rude. I am new to the island and I don't have anyone to watch my son. So I had to bring him to my appointment. Instead of offering to hold him, the manager asked me to leave. Where I am from, most nail places will offer to hold your baby just while you finish your appointment. So when she asked me to leave, I did. But gave me trouble when I wanted to come back by myself to complete my appointment. I came back and within three days of the appointment my gel nails were chipping. Gel usually last up to 3 weeks. So I asked to come in to have them repainted for Christmas and she was again awfully rude telling me they were too busy, so I had to keep calling. She failed to tell the other nail technician that I was coming so I looked like I cancelled on her twice when I had I totally scheduled. This is the part that makes me think she is a terrible business owner. As I am having my chipped nails repainted, she proceeds to badger me in front of other customers blaming my son for being the reason that my nails chipped. When I defended myself saying that I came back without my son- this was her issue that she wasn't replacing the gel because it shouldn't chip that easy. She kept talking over me then charged me for my nails. She clearly doesn't have compassion or respect for mothers. Also, she has poor customer service skills. I wish I could come back because I love the lady who did my nails, but I won't be because I don't love how the owner treats customers, including me. My first time here, it was a great experience. I don't remember the names of the two women who took take care of me, but they made my stay comfortable. The vibe overall was cool, you didn't really feel that "they talking about you" vibe. It was very welcoming. I requested a pedicure, gel polish, and acrylic French tips. It came out lovely, but I believe I was over charged a bit ? I think they just automatically included their own tip maybe thinking I wasn't going to take care of them afterwards ? Anyways, I was looking for someplace that I could build a relationship with my nail tech because i will be coming here often, hopefully they don't over charge me and is willing to build a trusting relationship with me. DO NOT RECOMMEND: Went in for a full set after previously calling to schedule an appointment. My appointment was agreed to begin at 11 am and was not seen until 12:30 pm due to the girl who did acrylics not being there just yet. After making conversation I found out she lives in Mililani and tries to not be at the nail salon too much everyday which doesn't make sense if you're going to tell someone a certain time they will take you in but not have the right person there simply because they don't want to be there that much. (Other clients were also experiencing the same thing of being told to get there at a certain time for appointment but not able to be seen then because of the set back due to acrylics girl not getting there for an hour and a half). Application and nail polishing took about an hour as I got a plain color. Shaping was good. Length was what I wanted. Great until it wasn't. Nails popped off soooooo easily and left my nail bed absolutely DESTROYED. So weak and left with sunken in marks from the acrylic nail placement. One of my nails appeared to have a bacterial infection. Green bacteria growing under my nail and sore to touch was not something I had ever experienced elsewhere.
